I always come here and they’re closed even tho they claim that they close at 10 but no they close around 8 or 9 so I never get what I want and it’s bad business when you lie to your customers and say you close at 10. Sorry don’t mean to be rude but it’s facts at least change your open to close hours to the right hours unless the business closed down then I’m sorry but I know I will never come here again. I’d rather drive all the way to 142nd and 7th ave bc they never lie about their hours of business.

I visit today with my sister the shop,it was excellent and we had a great time, i want to mention the excellent costumer service from izabella in the board games section, she was very helpful and friendly excellent.

I love your store

Coming from canada/ on vacation, stopped at the nearest store i could find dancer clothes in to sneak back home for work at my club. The guy at the counter was friendly and i was happy with all the options of dancer outfits even with it being a small store, i wanted to buy them all. I spent the last of my american money here before heading to the airport.

This place is amazing. Customer service is excellent. Look for Tiffany she goes beyond and she is very helpful. Very friendly staff and knowledgable about the products. Good quality with good prices .!!! Definitely I encourage to go and you will find exactly what you need. I would say out of all the sexy shops Ive been, this is the best one in the area

The employees here take any joy of shopping away from you.This store always makes me feel overwatched, and under valued as a customer. Employees try to help you, but then they scold you for taking more than 3 items to try on. Or when I came Out of the dressing room with theOutfit on, I was told I should take it off and not have it on too long because other customers will want to try it on and it Should be fresh. What is wrong with these people????

Went with my spouse. She is usually very shy in similar circumstances, but thanks to Carolina who was totally light and knowledgeable we ended up chatting like old acquaintances. We couldnt find what we wanted and Carolina offered to get it online for us. She found it online and luckily she knew there some one the store we hadnt noticed! We left with exactly what we went there to get! Awesome service.

Horrible environment and employees, was being followed around the whole time. The store is super small so imagine how close that lady was to me to be following me around. Never going back.. Caliente and playthings in miami are the best sex stores.

The lady that works there was kind of mean, like she didnt want to give me service but she had to. Also, they didnt have many clothing for thick or obese ladies. Besides those complaints, the store has a lot of good items.

Way more variety than other shops. Tons of awesome outfits.
