Went to Caliente looking for a vibrator with zero knowledge of the different types of vibrators i could buy, but thanks to Amaru I bought 2 that I absolutely LOVED. He was extremely professional, kind and made me feel super comfortable. I will most definitely be going back.

Been here 8 times now. Older employees way better. Guy made it seem like a big deal he had to work with me to find what I was looking for not sure if he was trying to flirt but when we ran into a wall in what Im looking for didnt offer to compensate or look for what I needed (which I have purchased and replaced from here more than one) he told me I can go somewhere down the street. Like I said been here 7 other times always a pleasant experience and more helpful then I can imagine. But new employees honestly rude and not helpful, never been told to look somewhere else for a replacement to something I bought from that store. Overall maybe recommendedation to you is what he told me, you can go to the place down the street (didnt even mention the place extremely unhelpful and disrespectful honestly)

I walked into Caliente with the hopes of finding products to pleasure my girlfriend, but had no knowledge of what i needed to complete those tasks. Until i met Amaru! He was quick to get up on his feet and show me around, super knowledgable of all products and very friendly.

I have been looking into wands And kits that would spice things up. As the other caliente store is going through remodeling (extremely excited for that) I decided to come to their Miami location.I was curious and would rather see multiple products in person because I had a list of questions. Gilbert assisted me with narrowing down all my needs and answered all my overwhelming questions, I was filled with curiosity and he even recommended some necessary additions to keep things clean. The staff is clearly aware, knowledgeable, and respectful ! I was even impressed with Gilberts ability to multi task, not to mention his knowledge of products, I will certainly be back soon !

The place is awesome, i have been there with a couple of coworkers. A girl with tattoos is very rude though. She did not want to explain what some items were about. She has a very bad attitude also. She said in spanish “no tengo que explicarte que es eso, buscalo en internet.” Meaning “i don’t have to explain to you what that is, look it up on the internet.”Next time i go there i would like to speak to the manager if she answers like that again.
