I booked for Labor Day with only 24 hour notice and got an amazing pricing. So good that I was thinking there has to be a catch. There wasnt. Captain Rick and his partner were very friendly and attentive to our needs during the entire 4 hours of the yacht rentals. Lots of soft drinks, water and ice provided and they also helped us rent jet skis. Incredibly clean - Im amazed at the service from start to finish. They will be my go-to for yacht rentals for my Miami trips.

We rented a yacht for bachelors party and we had an absolute blast. The boat was clean and there was cooler as well. Rich was cool enough to wait for us while we were struck in traffic. We had a great time in Sandbar island and Rich took our pictures while we were busy playing around. He also told us a beautiful story about his Indian friend. Shouldnt forget to mention, being a captain he also took role of bartender and made us shots. It was a great experience as it was our first time on Yacht and would definitely recommend others.

Best yacht rentals is literally the best yacht experience you could ever have! Ricardo was AMAZING and so cool! We went to Sandbar which was so relaxing and fun! They have a food boat out there too! We relaxed on the blue float and swam! We even went jet skiing! On the way back to the dock, Ricardo took us sight seeing, which was BEAUTIFUL! Oh and the Bluetooth speaker was loud and cool! We thought that because we chose 7pm til 11pm we would not have as much fun but boy were we wrong. We stopped at the sandbar then sailed off to a small island and had fun there. We had a fabulous day on the 36’ yacht cruiser! Seven ladies celebrating their 40th in Miami. We all agreed this was the best part of the trip! Ricardo was our captain and was excellent! We had a great time at the sand bar and then cruising around seeing all the beautiful houses and buildings. Best Yacht Rentals was very easy to book with and they were on time. This is a must do if visiting Miami!!!!

We booked a 4 hour tour with Best Yacht Rentals and were super excited! We got a great rate and Rich was very easy to work with. He was very responsive to all my questions! Unfortunately we had to cancel our reservation due to the hurricane Dorian! Rich completely understood and refunded our deposit! And offered us a discount the next time we wanted to book!!! Rich provided water, cooler and ice. We also had a complimentary bottle of champagne.The 4 hours on the yatch was absolutely wonderful. We look forward to doing it again! Went on this boat for a bachelorette party with 12 girls and had a blast!!! Everything was so easy and they provided speakers, coolers ice champagne etc. it was everyone’s favorite party of the trip. You must book!!!

We rented a boat for a bachelorette activity and it was definitely a hilight of our trip! The boat was a great size for the 10 of us to all lounge and dance, and there is a nice size covered section for a few people to sit under the shade. The bathroom/bedroom/kitchen area is a good size as well and is perfect for hosting a party if you’re bringing your own food and alcohol. The sandbar area was very fun to anchor down at and walk through the water to the floating food vendors (I would bring cash as there is a hefty card fee). I wish we had thought to bring floats out to the sandbar! Our host, Ricardo, was so sweet, and we had such a good time we extended our rental by another hour with ease. I highly reccomend this company and Ricardo!

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! I rented the private yacht for my sisters bachelorette party and it was nothing short of spectacular. The yacht was phenomenal and our captain did his thang with assisting us with our every desire from Djing, accommodations with our refreshments. We loved every minute of our tour and every star given is well deserved.

Planned a bachlorette weekend for my friend in Miami two weeks ago. We decided to rent a yacht one of the days, i am so happy we did. We had so much fun, Ricardo our captain was amazing!!! Took us to a sandbar, he provides ice and water and we were able to bring our own alcohol and food! He had speakers that we were able to blast our Music on and he even let us use some of his floaties! Great experience definitely would book with them again.

What a true disappointment. I reached out to Rich and his crew to book for a Bachelorette party for a friend in May. He provided information via text message, which initially seemed somewhat skeptical. I let him know that my friends and I were interested in a particular time and day and ask if we could save the day. Rich mentioned that payments could be made then or later on, and that he would honor our Groupon as well. Within a few days, I check in to make payment and Rich said he gave away our reservation to someone that was willing to pay upfront. Money isnt an issue for me, and I would have happily paid upfront if he had been honest to begin with. He proceeded by calling me darling via text message, which is disgustingly inappropriate, and told me that he would help me find another deal elsewhere but I wasnt being nice enough. Anywho, dont waste your time on this sketchy reservation process and unprofessional establishment.

Horrible experience for me and my fiancé. We were suppose to be celebrating our dear friends bday and the treatment received turned out to be very poor. It all started with wrong fully informing our friend prior to about how many people can be accommodated on the boat to shortly after that the boat running out of gas to loosing power and then freely sailing until we sailed into a bridge. At that point everyone is scared for there life and thankfully the coast guards came and saved us. The two helpers on the boat were helpful but other than that please don’t use there services.
