Its in my neighborhood. Didnt know that had.a area.for adults to work out. I worked out in the kids area because the ground is bounci and great absorbing shock when you run around. Bathroom is clean and great kids area with gates to keep them inside.

Classic park in my neighborhood grew up playing in this park, cool to see that they revamped it for the youth today

Crespi park is a small family park in the shape of a triangle. Its a gated park between Crespi Boulevard, Hawthorne Avenue and 79th street in the neighborhood called Biscayne Point directly west of Miami Beach. It features a childrens playground, basketball court (sometimes crowded), open green lawn, and picnic area with restrooms. Its well maintained and clean. No dogs allowed. Its usually open from sunrise to sunset. Recommended!

Nice park...but small playground, I think that have enough space to make more playground (or activity things) for children
