This was a nice store, show was working good, would recommend to those in the area.

Had an extraordinary time with my son and grandson. Very clean. All games were working staff was pleasant.

Good place to bring lil ones..not same when I was little. Mainly arcades now. No slides or tubes.

Im a preschool teacher. My class had a field trip here today. They had a blast! Its safe & enclosed, perfect for a rainy day like today. And for $8.99 per child (group price), including 20 tokens and pizzas & drinks, very worth it.

Attended Birthday party had a great time. All the children enjoyed themselves. The staff did a good job serving the children and entertaining them

Easy access. Love the stamp and check at end of stay to make sure your with your kid. The pizza was actually pretty good. My little guy had a blast. Some games were busy but he got his turn. Wouldve given a 5 star review but we had to wait for someone to help getting started with a card, ordering food, etc... There were too many games were out of order or the tickets had run out. The ticket reader wasnt correctly reading tickets. Put in 10 and said it was 5. So we couldve probably got something better than the cheesie 500 and under junk.

My kid loves the place, it was clean and the games/rides all worked and the food was surprisingly better than I remember from the last time I went to a Chunkys many years ago. Not stellar, but not horrible. No complaints.

We took out son here on his birthday to play with his cousin, they had a blast. Place was very clean, specially the rest rooms. Used the rest rooms and liked how they had diaper changing pad in mens room and had paper towel(Hate blowers). For $10 kids can have a really good time playing in the arcade.

Most of the games were broken. Asked about it and nothing was done about it as other CHILDREN put cards into them.talk about taking advantage of children

The place is horrible! Too many people and not enough staff. The lines were very long, rude people would cut to the front and the staff did nothing. The new points system is designed to steel your childs chances of playing. Will not return to this one or any other Chuck E Cheese.

Its nice and clean. Bathroom were clean at 8PM on the Saturday I visited which is a miracle! They recently added some games which is nice but unfortunately a lot of them were out of service or I had to swipe twice to get it going!

Good place for rainy days and reasonably priced for birthdays! Both my kids love it!! New and improved games too!!

Is so clean the Restrooms and the tables,what I did not like is that a male manager came in on the other side of the counter,he was walking by,he drop a bucket fill with utensils and just keep walking,did not even bother to pick them up.. The cashier was bussy taking my order, why it was hard for him to pick it up? I got very upset with this Manager other think I like there new way, they could improve much more..

I ordered a few times with doordash and it was fine, but the last 2 times i ordered whether through doordash or ubereats, my order was wrong. i ordered once and put “light sauce please” under the special instructions and they just sent a regular cheese pizza. i figured maybe i had to specify more. so before i even ordered today, i called to make sure they could even make light sauce pizzas. the employee said yes and i said ok, i’ll put it under the special instructions. i did that, and also ordered pretzels with cheese, and selected a free prize because why not. the free prize didn’t come, my pizza was full of sauce, actually looked like extra sauce, and i got no cheese for my pretzels. i put in a complaint with uber eats but they’re “holding it for review” so i don’t know if i’ll get any of my money back. i’m disappointed that i went out of my way to call and make sure and they did even worse than last time.

It was very clean and maintained, kids were let be kids. The only reason no 5 star is it is about pricey.

They should have games that you dont have token!

It is what it is and although its tough for parents to sit their or chase the kids, the kids love it.

Service could get better, when I got there there were only dirty tables, I had to clean one myself. there were more than 4 machines out of service it may not sound like alot but on a busy day like a Saturday probably made my experience like a 3 start.

Early morning hours are the best! Staff is great and its nice and easy to navigate for the little ones the first hour of opening.

Chuck-E-Cheese manager direct quote out of her hands saying they will not refund childrens tickets even though it says unlimitedso the direct quote from the manager was that the unlimited doesnt matter she has no authority on that. Even though the unlimited price we paid was not following me because most of the games are out of order or taking the tickets more swipes without paying out again direct quote from the district manager was its out of her hands talk to the corporate office and I have three children complaining out of their office in the Methuen location. will not be bring our business here again will make the travel and go to Danvers location hopefully better service

We went for my daughters 6th birthday and a lot of the machines were broken and take our points and when we notified the staff they didn’t really care. It was a hit or miss with the staff members, some were nice and others were not. A lot of them seemed to be grumpy though. I wouldn’t go back to this Chuck e Cheese. It was very clean though.

Not worth it people cut you in line employees see and dont do anything both when ordering food and picking out prizes they seen to hate their job. For being a big chuck e cheese their prize selections werent very big.

Very crowded, and small.. No todler section, like other locations.. But the food was good.

Very crowded. Kids will be kids but the parents have no respect for others. If you get food and then you play with you kid. Someone will sit at your table and eat your food. Because there not paying for it. There is around 8 game that are out of order. The prices are a little high but the food is ok. Not great. But just ok. This place is very small. And they put a lot inside so everyone bumps into one another.

Staff were nice although a bit over extended, one woman was trying to run the counter and the entrance at the same time so she had to stop part way through everyones orders to run across to the gate every time someone entered or exited, it got a bit ridiculous. Lots of out of order games but we all still had a great time as it was a fun atmosphere.

I was there for a party of a friend of my daughters. It probably would have been better had it not been at the same time as some other birthday parties, because it was more crowded than usual.

Love this place. And noe it has beer. Awesome. I wont give it a 5 bc the beer isnt cold like its supposed to be.

Food is decent enough for an afternoon out with the kids. Best bet is to get the meal deals that include game tokens. Games reward good tickets and the prizes are good enough to pkease the kids.

My 3 year old likes the coin machines and little rides. She also likes feeding the tickets to the automated counter. Havent tried the food. Might not be for everyone.

Really liked the unlimited play for set times at set prices. Only 1 of 4 ticket counting machines was working and employees offered no alternatives.

Not a busy day but everyone working made it a memorable experience. My son asked one if the managers to play with him while his dad and I were eating and he happily agreed. My son did not want to leave when we wanted to leave and instead of getting irrated with a crying child they all tried to make him smile.

Parking its free, place was remodeled and its now ages 0-10 any above that might get bored, food its good, salad bar decent.

The girls who work there I really really unhelpful, they have a really bad attitude, remember this is a play for kids. I ordered a pizza and after half hour waiting they told me they will start to make it because they forgot. Waooo

This place suckbgive no refunds and doesnt let 17 years stay by them self they also rigged all the games and got rib of the well playing ticket ones and finally they all dont clean very well so most of your kids are going to get sickOk went back after 2 day hoping it would be better it was worse they had no trump fan sign up and were saying if you want to come In you need to take a poop and drink this sprite and I said screw you to the poop guy because he was in a poop coustume a day was saying I like chicke butt the free item of the day was any in a asticl never come here

My toddler loves this place.

The manager Margarite, extremely rude, and mean. I had 3 coupons for a cotton candy. I asked for them and she said we dont have any, save them for next time, theres nothing I can do. She kept interrupting me when I spoke with her, and walked away when I asked her for different cups or prizes. Its not that she wouldnt give me a prize for the cups I bought, but that she was rude about it, giving me an attitude like oh well, whatever and treated me like I was bothering her. My family spent over $100 that day in pizza, chicken, tokens, drinks... and I hope my kids had a good time, because it was the last time. Also, Im not a huge fan of them switching to cards instead of coins, because I could devide the coins to the kids, now they have to take turns with the cards. Also I learned from my friend to give them each one token at a time, and the kids would need to come find me for the next token. It was a cool way of keeping track of them.
