My children started here 2 weeks ago and I love it and so do they. The instructors are friendly and speak to you after every lesson regarding your childs progress. They have learned so much in just this short amount of time. Coming from another school where it seemed as though my money only mattered, I enjoy going with them to these lessons.

I grew up swimming all year round, and still swim to this day. I can first hand say that this swim team is a great place for all ages and skill levels whether it be swim lessons or competitive swim. The coaches do a great job of coaching each child, while maintaining a great level of comradery and culture in their club.

The SLST organization is amazing! The instructors, especially Kaci McGuire, are very attentive and in tune with your child during sessions/practices. Water safety is stressed at EVERY practice as well as a description on why and how each move being taught can save your child’s life. I would recommend them every time! Go Seahorses!

Both of our sons start swimming with SLST since they were 3 years old. They love it very much. They can’t wait to go to the pool each day so that they can get training to become better swimmers. The coaches are great. They take time to teach our sons the right strokes and help them achieved their goals.

We have two children that just started with SLST this year. We are loving the progress that they are making in such a short time. My kids love going to practice and my son had a blast at his first meet! Highly recommended!

Great place for swim lessons, recreational swimming and competitive swimming for kids. Awesome coaches that really care about all the kids that attend!!

My three kids have swam with South Louisiana Swim Team since the fall. Ages 10, 6, and 4 they are all at different levels of swim lessons and competitive swim team. SLST is able to meet the needs of all three. And my kids love the classes and thier coaches.

My two children are swimming with SLST, my daughter was really scared of water when we first started, today 3 months later she is already swimming by herself.We love this swimming schoool and all coach’s is really good .

Yall are awesome ! My 4 year old granddaughter was scared to get in water but after 2 weeks of lessons with your swim club she is loving the pool ! She swims every chance she gets and loves being in water. Thank you for giving her a wonderful gift to enjoy !

It’s a good experience with my 4 children because the coaches are good and nice, and my children learned how to swim.

Im very very happy with Krislyns progress since joining the team at SLST. We attend the Crescent City location and Krissy just loves her coaches and friends she has made. She has learned so much since swimming with our local club. We just signed up for prep in Jan and I feel she has improved 100% in the short time being with the team! They are the best! Thanks guys :)

My daughter suffers from severe anxiety so swim was recommended as a way to help her manage. Boy does it! SLST has great communication and an enthusiastic group of coaches who are skilled at improving swimmers. Not only were they able to get her in the water they make things look so much fun that she forgets to be afraid.The improvement we have seen in her swimming ability has been fast as well. Shes learned all the major strokes, how they work technically, and even competed in her first meet. Coach Kaci has helped her improve her form and gain valuable core and body strength. She went from plugging her nose with one hand while doggie paddling in the baby pool to an awesome butterfly in the big kid pool in just the span of a few weeks.Finally they have a flexible schedule, reasonable prices and plenty of opportunities to get involved with a true team. Highly recommend!
