We had ago much of fun. From arrival, the front desk agent had patience and made sure we had all waivers signed and socks top jump. The food stand attendant was very friendly. The pizza was hot off the press. Management made sure we were satisfied. For our first experience visiting, we will spread the word and return often. The attendants made sure to disinfect the equipment hourly and made announcements to wrest mask. I felt safe and appreciated. Thank you for helping us celebrate my sons 7th birthday. I can only imagine if we would have rented a section. Great job!!!!

My 9 yr. old has a membership with SkyZone and is always happy & excited to go. He doesnt deny a invitation to go there, so thats what assures to me its a safe & enjoyable place for children. Beginning with the staff & employees that are very nice and attentive to children and parent needs.

Probably my least favorite trampoline park in the area. They did not have a designated toddler area like Defy. Check in was painfully slow which made the line very long. There was only 1 computer to fill out the waiver so the line backed up for that as well.

I love the brightness of the facility; passing by on the street, one would never know the MAGNITUDE of brightness that one would encounter upon entering.Kids from toddlers on to young adults seem to like it here; this isn’t a guess, but an official mini-survey I took while I visited. I opted not to jump, the look of sheer exhilaration in the eyes of the jumpers is enough for me to FEEL their pleasure.We checked online for a coupon/discount admission fee; FOUND IT; sweet!!!!! Only caveat, is they make you purchase their orange or pink (depending on shoe size) socks with the grip-strips on the bottom. But good thing is, you only need to purchase them once.There’s a small cafe/eatery of sorts annnndddddd a party area.

We had a great time jumping at Sky Zone! The staff were friendly and the experience was very fairly priced. There were also free lockers available to hold our belongings. We will certainly be returning!

Sky Zone is one of my son’s favorite activities, and I’m able to get in a pretty decent work out.

We love the place but the staff never answers the phones and we come all the way from the westbank twice so far only to find that the online posted hrs are not correct there was 2 times posted one said 11 and the other said 10 but when we got there the staff said they are closing at 930I am seriously considering dropping both my kids memberships and doing elsewhere

Prices too high. wasted good money ...Upper level parent chill area closed and all tables available were dirty and trash was just overflowing. Had to ask for someone to clean one. Restrooms smelled of urine. Were required to wear masks but half the staff werent. They did give my kid a free pair of socks because it was her birthday.

Never in my life would I have thought that I would pay over 100 dollars on my kids to come enjoy they self and they couldn’t get nothing to eat due to them only having 1 oven and the pizza takes 1hr 30 min and I only paid for a 90 min session. I was denied a refund due to me making a purchase online. No where to sit so I’m literally standing up holding a pitcher of drink.

Everything was amazing. I was curious to know the sanitizing process considering all that’s going on in the world; but overall we had an amazing time !Seth was very professional and helpful, EVERYTIME I looked up he was assisting someone with a problem and still managing to help his co workers.

My time was cut short due to purchasing on Groupon why isnt this explained prior to purchasing? I waited in line and then was told I had to sign a new waiver if I hadnt been in after May. I signed waivers waiting in line again and then was told you all do not take Groupon after 6:30 and my time will be cut short if I jump at the present time. This does not make any sense.

I had tons of fun here celebrating my daughter B-Day. I enjoyed it more than the kids lol. The obstacle course and playing basketball were good for kids, teenagers, and adults. There are trampolines sections for all ages so even babies can have a blast.

I had a great time! However, I’m an idiot and fell and injured my knee. The workers were very nice and helpful and carried me to the car. My suggestion is know what you can and can’t do!

Had a good time until I fractured my ankle. Went with a group of 5 and did the 90 min jump. Everything was going good, about 20mins in I landed wrong on my ankle. I sat out the rest of the time, everyone else had a great time. Im now in a lot of pain, not faulting the trampoline place, but just be careful!!

Just recently tried Sky Zone on a trip to Florida and we decided to join the one here at home. The kids love it and cant wait to go back!

Super fun kinda high and you gotta buy there socks so u can go on the activities think that should come included but they have food (pizza, nachos,ECT)for a decent price unlike sector 6 which only has a vending machine

The prices are fair and the place is nice and clean it could use a little more sitting area especially for parents while watching their kids preferably the staff there is mostly young teenagers and a couple of them had really nasty attitudes Im not judging the place based off of them, however they should adjust the way they act an talk to ppl, as far as the establishment Clean, and plenty of fun I have kids and grandkids my 19 month old had just as much fun as my 14 year old they should offer a little more maybe marketing with some specials on prices but other than that the only thing I would suggest maybe as far as the establishment goes while the workers are sitting around acting not so nice maybe they could spend more time separating the older kids from the younger kids section I was only worried about a big kid falling on the baby kids but Im just a nervous person anyway I would definitely suggest this place to anyone I gave it four stars only because the price could use a little bit more specialized but it is very fun and very worth it

I purchased 2 elite memberships for my boys at a rate of $22 a month per which gives them 2 hours every day of jump time. For an additional $5 monthly I got the parent jump pass which allows me the same jump time with my kids.Absolutely fun environment and peaceful to hear so many people having fun

Theyre pretty strict with all their rules and kinda expensive. Its pretty small as far as trampoline parks go and not super baby or toddler friendly. Overall all though its clean and kids love it. Its better to go with the membership!

We’ve been to Sky Zone quite a few times and we typically have an a great an experience. I love it. However today was not one of those days. First we were given the wrong wristbands which said that we should stop jumping after 45 minutes, then were informed later that it was a glitch in the automated system. Next my son misplaced his jacket I asked who I can only assume was the manager being that he a black shirt on if he they had a lost and found and if someone had turned one in. His exact words were, No ma’am I’m sorry they haven’t. So I asked do you have a lost and found and he replied yes we do I just left from there and it’s completely empty. Literally right after he said another employee asked ma’am what were you looking for and I told her and guess she came from the lost and found with a gray jacket. Talk about an insult to me, when all he had to do is just simply attempt to see if the jacket was in lost and found. It may not seem like much but it just that the same employee is who caused me to even right a review and I feel it should be notated

The place was clean. I took my 11, 7, and 3 year old nieces and nephew. Great for all ages. They won’t let you use any other socks but theirs so be aware. Apparently the AC was out when we went. Made it 1000x hotter in July. But we all had a great time! Bathrooms were very clean and so were the locker areas to put your belongings (free of charge).

Fun but needs a toddler zone for all day not just am

We booked a party for November 2 with our party package they were supposed to provide cups plates and flatware, we had a plates of our own so we had put their plates off to the side someone came into the room and removed the plates that belonged to sky zone as well as the napkins from where we had them and put them away and didn’t allow us to use them so we didn’t have enough plates for everyone to eat their pizza on. People had to eat off of napkins. The attendant that was provided to us a young woman yelled at the children in our party room to shut up we asked her to leave the room because that was unnecessary she left the room and went downstairs. I asked for a manager to speak with her because that was rude and unnecessary. I don’t know if the manager spoke to her or not but when that same attendant returned she removed a pack of gray napkins from out of our bin and stated that they belong to sky zone and not us so she put them underneath the cabinet and then stood in front of it I have my receipt from party city where we got our napkins from and she still would not move to give me the napkins so I went to find the manager again but the two teenagers they had in the check-in area said they could not locate her so I asked them to call her on there a little Mic thing that they have on them That was never done. The party room we were supposed to have for one full hour they didn’t put our pizzas in until 712 we didn’t get the pizzas until 752 Then while everyone was eating they started to turn the lights off for glow night so it was just all in all a very bad experience the rudeness of the staff was absolutely ridiculous

Fun place. Not much to do as far as courses. Clean area all around and free water. You know you need water after all that jumping. One thing that I didnt like which I feel is totally unnecessary is having to buy socks. For each person.

Do not waste money on the food. Not enough sitting area to eat. French fries were burnt and took 45 minutes to get. The play area is the only reason to go.

The experience was fun. I wish staff was more consistent with their help, we had to wait almost an hour for pizza & had to make numerous trips for proper amounts of cups, plates, etc. overall, pretty great.

Had an awful experience at this SkyZone location. Lines was long to check in. Employees were very rude and followed me around throughout my entire experience. There was a discrepancy about a particular sock I had on (which were appropriate and had grips) and an employee harassed me about them even though I had already purchased the SkyZone socks. Won’t be returning again, please go to DEFY.

I uhhh sprained my ankle on one of the basketball courts, there was some type of metal part that hit my leg when i tried to jump for the hoop... it hurt like a mofo and it still hurts to this day. Im sorry if i made you think it wasnt a good experience but i was squirming on the floor for a couple minutes then once the pain stopped, i got back up and got away from the court. Seriously, i dont know why yall have these metal bars with broken pads in the basketball court where you JUMP to make the shot... I just had a semi bad experience, just saying.

They are perfectly accommodating! The most professional, sweet employees I’ve encountered in a long time. I went on Feb 4, 2019, a Monday which means it was pretty empty. They accepted my Groupon with no problems. I would recommend this to anyone.

Worth the effort to get to it. Better than Sector 6 if your goal is to keep track of multiple kids without running back and forth the whole time!

We were there this past Sunday for a birthday and when we got there every single toilet in the girls bathroom was overflowing and full of everything from pee to period blood. Im serious. It was disgusting. This is a family place, hygiene is a must. We warned the employees but in the two hours that passed nothing was done to fix the problem or at least apologize about it. Things just kept getting worse in there.
