Peter Piper pizza will always hold a special place for my family. In our hometown we would go all the time for the food and video games; its so easy to order a pizza and watch the kids play games. This location is no different. Although the number of games has been reduced theres still plenty of selection for the younger kids, and the pizza is still top notch. Theres not a lot of these around so if you have an opportunity for a casual spot for simple, good pizza and a safe place for your kids to run around, make it a point to stop by.

Great food and great staff

Its a good place to have fun with the family. I normally go over there to reserve birthday party for my sons. I have referred this location to other people and they tell me that they like the place.

Gr8 customer service from the moment we walked in. The general manager answered all our ?s plus more. My sons 2nd bday party was a huge success thx to all the staff.

The food here is really good. Not the bland stuff you get from other kids pizza places. Theres a decent arcade for the kids, all newer games, nothing classic. This place gets crowded, but thats too be expected since theres a lack of other arcades, its connected to the mall, and because the food is so good. They do kids birthday parties, but keep things cleaner that a certain Chuck pizza place.

Employees were very friendly. Didnt like pizza temperature. Wouldve wanted my salad cold instead of warm. Loved the games they have for the toddlers.

Had my sons 6th birthday party at this establishment. It was our first time visiting and we all enjoyed ourselves! Our party host, Alvaro, was superb! Very attentive, patient, and polite! The price for the package I ordered was great as well! My son and his friends wore themselves out on fun games and tasty pizza! I highly recommend this Peter Piper Pizza!

It was cool... Wish they had more rides and things to do for kids under 3. All in all we had a good time and the stuff was friendly.

The food isnt bad. But even I can tell that sauce is just tomato sauce in a can, not even a pizza sauce. But I would come back for the wings.

The place was packed and there was hardly any staff to help with any issues. Half of the games ate my tokens. They did have some fun games for my kid to play.

We had a great time for my daughters and sons birthday party. Teresa, one of the managers, took great care of us. They were slammed, but everything still ran pretty well. The chicken alfredo pizza was actually pretty good also. I would recommend this location to my friends.

Had a great time with my family. Very clean. All the games worked no problems. The store looks brand new. It’s very conveniently located to me. The pizza buffet was great. Fresh salad, nice variety of pizza. My daughter had a blast. But I am so amazed at how clean it is. I hate going to places like this because everything is usually sticky and stinky. Lorena assisted us, she was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Will definitely will visit again.

Went here for a birthday, have no need to ever go back. Game section is a fraction what it should be and dining area way to big. They should consider expanding the game section. I will say the pizza was pretty good though.

Their GM Tim is a real one there was an incident at the mall and Tim kept his composure and made sure to make sure everyone and everything was taken care of. Idk what kind of training they get but Tim was on top of it even managed to help calm the kids

I like to take the kiddos here for the buffet when theyre out during the week cause I dont like cicis. Food is always fresh when we go, but I do wish they had better dessert. Now the reason for the 3 stars is because I was given cards to have crossed out whenever I get an adult buffet and after like the 6th one you get a freebie. This time when I went the lady at the couter was so rude when I presented the card, because it was marked out with a pen, yet she says they have a stamp. Well I didnt know. There were other things she said, but I felt she could have handled it so much better.

Great prices and good pizza ..it has a small game area but lots of seating with TVs all around showing kids shows. Found it can get crowded around the games pretty quickly. Staff very friendly and professional.

Wonderful i really enjoyed myself

This PPP is a very small, mall location so dont expect a large variety of games. Kids could easily get disappointed as the game payouts are not generous and the prizes are double of what other kid casinos are. An extra large roll of Smarties cost 100 tickets. A tiny game where you pull the lever to bounce the ball into the pockets was 60 tickets and a dollar store ball with the logo on it cost 500 tickets. For 750 you can get a miniature Marvel Figure of a supporting character and the prices go up from there. We noticed that several of the games were broken but not unplugged and you only found out after inserting your tokens and wasting your money. Other games functioned fine while some flat out cheated on ticket counts and actually providing the correct amount of tickets. A Jackpot Hit that didnt produce tickets was called a game malfunction by staff and tickets were not given. The game staff were not friendly or attentive at all.The facility was clean and not busy on a Sunday afternoon. While we did not eat, the buffet appeared to be extremely fresh and the staff on that side of the establishment seemed to have a better attitude/work ethic. There were booths and tables for small groups and larger tables for larger groups. High chairs were provided and there were a couple (maybe 2) rides for toddlers.If you really want a good PPP experience, go to the Oakcliff location off of Jefferson. We have had two parties there and have gone on many impromptu visits for a fun day and have never left disappointed. The Mesquite location really has me mourning the loss of Mr. Gattis even more than I had been before.

The Best Peter Piper pizza Ive ever been to. Always clean and great customer service the 2 times I went.

We recently had my sons 6th birthday there and he loved it. The pizza tasted okay and the staff was very friendly. It would be great to see more variety of games and better prizes but otherwise, for the location it was way better then I expected.

The only thing this location has in common with the other peter piper pizza locations is the name. This pizza taste absolutely nothing like the pizza from the other locations.

They have really good prices for children

The service we received yesterday for a reserved birthday party deserved 0 stars. They had NO clue what they were doing, and made NO effort. We did all of the work, constantly hunting them down and asking for our things we ordered, which they told us they didnt have our order? It was a $250 birthday reservation. It would have been such a fun party with our family and friends there if the staff would have cared about us customers and did their job. They really disappointed us and made us feel very unimportant. I will never have another party here again. Which is sad, because its a fun place for the kids.

Horribly slow service and expensive. $5 for a medium size wax paper cup is way toomuch for me. The place had extremely slow service.... maybe they were understaffed or maybe because they have nothing but a bunch of teenagers working there. Parking was horrible. Take too close together. Not enough room to comfortably walk around. Game area very small. Limited games selection. Overall horrible experience

We had my daughters birthday here yesterday and we had the best time! It was super clean and everyone was so helpful and nice! Sol was amazing! He had everything decorated before we got there and did everything in a timely manner! (Even with me being as bossy as I am!) I would definitely recommend having a childs party here! Thanks Sol!!!

Went to get a pizza for my daughter the pizza is great staff was nice I use to take the kids there when they were younger it looks like its pretty good place for adults also.

The customer service when ordering over the phone could have been better. But my pizza was delicious.

Not sure how much longer this place can last. Every Tom I’ve been here, there’s only a handful of customers here, EVERY TIME. the pizza here isn’t bad, but not great either. On par with the other similar nearby pizza places. Problem is, lack of customers=lack of options and fresh options, which = a turn off as a customer. This translates into higher prices, stingy on doing fresh food. Limited buffet hours and days are a big turn off. All this while knowing that the rent in this place has to be massive.I never want to see a business not make it, but I don’t see how it can make it too much longer.2 stars for decent food and cheap games.

Food was good but, service wasnt that good. The coupons we had they didnt accept. They said it was for the Jefferson store only. There was no particular store indicated on the coupons.

My first time going to this new location. It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, at first look it seemed kind of expensive. Until I realized how much fun four children hsd with only 100 tokens split 25 a piece. Will definitely go again.

I will just like to thank Vice President Mark Eastham. My wife and I are new to the DFW and was celebrating my daughter 2nd birthday. The food was amazing, clean atmosphere, and my kids love the video games area. This was our first time attending “Peter Pizza” but it will definitely not be my last. My kids have being begging the whole car ride home to return tomorrow. Thank you again. Wish I could rate this 10 Stars ( OUTSATNDING)

First time here, good experience. Daija* was our party hostess and she was very nice and friendly. The place is very clean and organized. The play area could be bigger, more games but the kids didnt seem to mind. The pizza had a little too much sauce on it for my liking but otherwise pretty good.All in all, great price for hours of fun.

I came here because of the grand opening and I know they have a buffet for lunch hours. Even though its not as busy, they make sure they put out fresh pizza. Most buffet places dont that. Also the workers are very nice and they went out of their way to make the pizza that I wanted. I will definitely be coming back.

A worker won at a game and asked if my kids wanted to play. They are too young to understand they werent actually playing. But he let my son keep all the tickets!

Pizza is ok. People let their kids run around unsupervised, so it can get chaotic. The games run on tokens, not cards like other places. Several games do not work so that was a bummer. Overall, the kids will enjoy this place way more than the parents.

First of all, this place is legitimately good. Their food is great but pricey. The small arcade is helped by the fact that almost every machine was actually working. My kids LOVED IT here. I only wish they had the buffet option in the evening or weekends for lunch.

Clean place and nice employees. But deplorable people! Went to a birthday party and my daughters phone was stolen off the table and of course none came forward and turned it in. Employees didnt want to help and didnt review the cameras. Just a sad experience. So patriots beware and keep your valuables close.

First of all the ones that clean up always pick up our stuff. Sodas and full pizzas. My salad was picked up and i did not even touch my salad yet. It would be great if they asked first if we are finished with the food before they are picked up. And then the first time i ever went there my phone was picked up too and the guy cleaning up acted like if he did not do it. I saw him and still not even police helped me at all. Smh. Although the manager was super nice and gave a new salad and a new pizza.

Is the best the games is better than chunky chesse and they pizza was the best better than chunky chesse I will visit everday when I go to mall

Carolina put me on hold for 10 minutes when trying to order a pizza to go. I was in the middle of finally ordering after a 6 minute wait then she told me to hold AGAIN because a person walked in the door! What?!?! We decided to order in person and the place was EMPTY. It’s ridiculous that I can’t even order a pizza and the place was not even packed. I’ve ordered at other locations that were much more busy and never had this issue. This place will eventually close due to their lack of organization.

The customer service here sucks!! When it came to ordering, my family and I decided to go with the Big Fun combo and we decided to get a beer. The guy rang us up and carded us. Then he stated we had to wait for the beer because of not having clean glasses available. We were advised that our pizza would be ready in 30-40 mins and we were given a buzzer. My family and I decided to play some games to kill some time. The games were fun and the kids had a blast. An hour later, we were wondering why our buzzer had not been paged. I went over to the cashiers and was advised that he will look into it. 10 mins later, I went back to the cashier and asked where is the pizza? One of the workers said that they have been paging my buzzer for a while. I found this quite interesting as my buzzer had not been buzzed for the whole hour. I even gave them the buzzer to take. They pulled the pizza from the back and brought it to me. It was cold. I told them it needed to be heated. They advised they can place it back through the pizza oven. I asked them to heat the pizza back. Normally, anywhere you go, they are willing to remake the pizza. Not this place. I am guessing the manager (black shirt) came by to see what happened and I advised her of what transpired. She didnt apologize or had a care about what happened. They were more concentrated on cleaning and getting out of there then handling my concern. Definitely a terrible experience. I do not recommend anyone to eat here. The games are fun and very reasonably priced. The food was not good at all or worth the money!

I dont know what it is with the pizza but it has an odd taste. Not horrible but odd. Games are cheap though and my daughter has lots of fun.

It was okay. I only can speak for pizza and ice cream. Pizza had to much sauce. Ice cream wasnt the best. Small location. Kind of high. Did not play games or tokens so not sure about cost.

Laquaysha was the best server ever! She catered to our every need for my grandson Jraysons 1st birthday. She made our first experience at the Town East Location a quite pleasant one.

Just as a pizza arcade should be, clean tables, good pizza, and noisy arcade. O my downside is the place is a bit pricier than others like it. Still, Ive always loved their pizza and atmosphere.

Employees were rude like they didnt want to be at work the managers tried to give us free pizza for the next time because we asked for the corporate number instead she gave that then we told her one of her employees was giving us a bad look for over ten minutes we had a bad experience from the pizza being cold to one of the pizza being wrong I spent 108 dollars for poor service and food!!!

Staff is nice, bathroom clean, fun games. Pizza was cooked in a timely manner and tasted good. My son had a good time!

Great place needs to be bigger

The manager is RUDE AS HELL ! Shame on her. We walked in with my son birthday decorations, we put two round tables together so our guest could all be together (one of the staff told us we could do it). So while in the middle of setting up, the manager comes walking fast towards us saying with an attitude, on how we can’t put our tables together due to if any wheelchairs needed to get by. So me and my boyfriend responded back by saying we noticed another party had there tables together towards the back. Then she immediately went to go tell the other party to separate their round tables. Then she comes back to separate OUR two round tables herself!!!! Like wth?! She never separated the other party!! She knew damn well the other party across the floor had their tables together. So during my son party, she kept an eye on us the whole time! So if anyone who wants to just walk in for their own party, DO NOT DO IT! The manager most likely rather have people reserve their party!!! She approached us a wrong way!! As a loyal customer who always brings my toddler..I’ll probably never go back!

Very rude customer service we waited for over an hour to get our food and then they still did not want to give it to us the manger talked very ugly to my husband and even called mall security and him kicked out... not good service for a kid friendly place and all that was working was a lot of teenagers. One start is still to good for this location!

Went to check PPP out 4 my grandsons birthday. Was disappointed cuz Chuckie Cheese in Arlington offers more.

This place was super crowded. Its no wonder its at the mall. Good customer service and pretty good pizza. I dont like crowded places but it was worth the smile on my great nephews face when I showed up.

Small arcade nothing compared to shenanigans or round one. Even nickelramma was funnier. This place probably wont be at Town East mall long. Its ok if youre trying to kill time but my kids got bored quick
