This was my first time at the Paloma Soccer Complex. The soccer pitches are nice and it looks like they have good lighting for night games. Parking is tight, especially when there is an overlapping of game times.
Nice facility for kids sports.
My partner and I had a great conversation with Alan. Very interested about teaching pickleball there..
Arsenal Soccer Club Fields, bathrooms inside. Arsenal Fan shop opens Wed only 6-8.
The soccer store is phenomenal. Very well run, well stocked and great customer service
Fields were in great shape after all the rain. Facility needs some real restrooms.
Attended a community meeting put on by SRP. This community building is inviting, handicap accessible and worked well for this community event.
Paloma Soccer Complex is very nice, but there are a couple things to know. The first is that ok ts incredibly windy. Its a very open area, with little trees or tall objects to break the wind, so playing soccer there can be difficult. The second is that if the ball goes out of play there is a hill and then a decent ravine which can cause decent delays in the game.Besides this, there are Porta potties, outside sinks for water and the field is actually pretty nice.
Awesome soccer fields and soccer club.
Nice area. Well organized. Bathrooms are close but are Porta Potties (hard to convince a 3 year old it is ok and that daddy will make sure she does not fall in).
The facilities are improving but the fields are always super hard and the grass isn’t the greatest. Coaches follow teams up for way to long. If you don’t love a coach you might as well tryout somewhere else because he will be following your childs team up for years to come. Also, be aware that there are mandatory volunteer hours or the club will pull your athlete’s player card.
Great place! Amazing place to learn soccer, very professional coaches.
Adequate parking and the fields were in decent condition.
Weve been with AZ Arsenal Soccer Club for 5 years, with the last 2 years being on the competitive side. Your experience is going to depend 100% on who you end up with as your coach and, be forewarned, that the club will not intervene at all, if your coach is subpar, because they dont want to tell their coaches how to coach. This season our U9 (8 year old) son ended up with a coach who coaches all the U8, U9 and U10 boys teams as well as a U13 boys team and he told us that he treats them all the same regardless of age (clearly hes not a parent). This coach has continually been demeaning towards the kids during games - telling them to run after the round thing, put the round thing in the goal, yelling at them that they are just uncoachable and finally, the straw that broke the camels back for us, telling the boys after a game that he was so mad at them for losing that he didnt want to talk to them, and he walked away. This is completely unacceptable and our complaints up the indicated chain of command fell on deaf ears, so we pulled our son from Arsenal programming. I will not allow him to be bullied by his coach who is supposed to advocate for and mentor him. Its disgusting that the club supports this kind of behavior. Our U11 daughter will finish out the season, we have no issues with her coach, and then we will be moving on to another club.
Great soccer club, great church.
Fields are in good shape
The best church I have found
Nice fields but this is the 3rd time we played here and 3rd time we are waiting for someone to open the gate. Should be open at least an hour before game time
Nice soccer fields but no restrooms yet.
The grass is okay, the field is generally level with no big holes. Facilities are lacking though
