Cape Crossing Resort & Marina

Very comfortable stay. Plenty of space. Multiple TVs all with free wifi and streaming services included. Worth the extra $. Even saw a rocket launch!

This place was a pleasant surprise. Clean rooms, nice pool, and great BBQ grill that is brand new. It has a gym and nice lounge area. Would definitely recommend staying the night before you set sail on a cruise leaving out of Port Canaveral. We were two families, and had plenty of room in a 3 bedroom, two and a half bath.

One week before our visit to Cocoa Beach, I called to reserve a boat from Cape Crossing. We were only able to get a half day for Saturday, August 15th which was from 1:30-5:30. When speaking with the rep, I informed her that we would have about 8 people and that we were interested in fishing as well. She told me that would be fine, but that I was to arrive early to watch a short video about the manatees. We arrived at 1:00 to check in. We waited patiently about 8-10 minutes while the person in front of us was deciding what day she wanted to reserve a boat all while safely socially distancing. As we finally approached the desk to check in, the phone rang. Instead of asking the caller to hold, she proceeded to spend another few minutes helping them instead of waiting on us.(customer service 101). We finally got checked and was asked to step over to watch the video, which did take longer than I expected. At this point its past 1:30, so we drive around to the dock to load up our stuff. There were two pontoon boats, one was definitely bigger and newer. We watched as 6 people boarded that boat, it was obvious they had no intentions of fishing, just cruising. Of course, we were given the smaller boat. This boat was NOT what I expected. It was old and had several large dents and no type of power steering, so it was very hard to maneuver. It definitely was not suitable for what we had requested. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.

This place was so beautiful i didnt leave the whlole weekend i wanted to stay longer i will return again soon..we had the three bedroom every room was gorgeous.

The accommodated my family from out of town last year for my daughters wedding. My family lived this place and said when ever they come to visit us here in Merritt Island that is there place to stay! Staff was great service was great!

Beautiful property close to Kennedy Visitor Center. We needed a place to stay that was close to KVC and this place was perfect. The unit was a clean fully furnished condo with the bedrooms upstairs and living area down. It had wifi, cable and all the amenities such as soap, shampoo, dish-washing liquid, etc. that you need. There was only one day of coffee provided. There is a nice outdoor patio that overlooked the river that had two chairs and a table. We only used one of the three bedrooms but the bed was very comfortable and the location was quiet. We didnt swim but the pool was heated. The staff there is very helpful.

We stayed here while escaping a hurricane in SC. Couldnt have asked for better accommodations or nicer employees! The booking process (went through airbnb) was so easy and communication was wonderful. The condo was gorgeous! The pool is amazing! The marina is very nice, we saw dolphins and manatees. Mike told us to throw rocks in the marina at night and theyd glow... and they did! Very centrally located while still feeling secluded. Would highly recommend!

Was fortunate to watch the Facon 9 manned space launch from 6th floor roof observation deck. Beautiful facility with magnificent future plans.

Stayed here with our wedding group. The location is great. The house setting was nice and clean and a beautiful design house. Recommend for groups or big family to stay at one of these homes.

Lock up your stuff. Security is non existent. My friend failed to lock a bike and it disappeared.

Convenient location, reasonably large and fairly well appointed townhomes.

We are fortunate to have found this marina as home base for our Viking 44. Its first class all the way, from the resort management to the dock master and offers a stress-free environment. The facilities are family friendly and easily accessible. Whether as a place to dock your boat or staying in one of the townhouses, I would strongly recommend this resort as a vacation destination.

Cape Crossing Marina is under new management. Out of the goodness of their heart they allowed us to put our sailboat in for the hurricane. They are redoing the entire Marina but stopped working on their projects so our Lady Longlegs would be safe!!

Nice place and I bid the electrical on the condo thats being built out there right and won the job.. Theres gonna be a restaurant built on the waters edge out there too.. Contractor also doing more condos in the area plus a 180 give or take custom homes too in the area.. Nice place for your vacation....

We are becoming owners of one of the townhouses. Very excited! We felt in love with this place at the first sight. Beautifully designed homes, great amenities, great location and hospitality shown everywhere we go. Cant wait to stay in our own place and enjoy what the resort has to offer. We work with Ellen Krall, and she has been amazing! Highly recommended.

Wow! This place is very welcoming. I love it here. I would recommend this to lots of people. This place has lot of things to do. Pool, bags, Kan-Kan and bunches of other GREAT things. So, if you are staying in Florida and you want to be on Meritt Island, go here!! ️Again, this place was great.

Very nice place to stay. Clean and had everything we needed. Was very happy until we had gotten home and received a message that there was a blanket missing?Nobody in our party had taken anything on accident or on purpose.I called and Ruby let us know that they do an inventory after everyone leaves. ( even thou the other person I talked to 1st asked me if it was there when we arrived?)Long story short we were charged extra 40.00For it.Word of advice, do your own inventory!

Rentals and resort very nice. Not all that much for amenities yet but what is there is good. Nice exercise room and pool. The marina has filed up with boats that look tired and run down, some even have tarps on them. The marina definetly doesnt match the rest of the place.

Cape Crossing lived up to our expectations., The townhouse was very clean and spacious and the staff at the clubhouse could not have been more accommodating. The pool was also fantastic! We rented a boat while we were here as well and to our delight, there were many dolphins swimming all around us. It was an amazing experience for us and our kids. If you are visiting Kennedy Space Center this place is where you should stay!

This Resort is AWESOME! They have a comfy pool area with sauna and hot tub. It’s a peaceful place by the river, close to the beaches, NASA, Cruise, Restaurants and Highway. The houses are totally furnished, everything is new with high quality. Is the right place to go with your kids, parents, relatives and friends. They have units that are Pet Friendly. Congratulations to Cape Crossing Team! We loved the time that we stayed with you! Next year we will be back!

This place is great! We are boaters who happened to see some good ratings for Cape Crossing, so we called and booked a slip and room for the night. Beautiful, huge units that are spotlessly clean and a good, secure marina slip right out back. Boaters, take a close look at Cape Crossing next time you are coming through this area.

This is a gorgeous resort with outstanding water views. There is a beautiful pool area and really nice gym and sauna. The homes are large and beautifully decorated. It’s nice how close they are to the cruise port area.

Absolutely perfect from check in to check out!i never do reviews but felt compelled to do so based o the superior service and facilities. The condo is by far and away the best kept secret in the Space Coast area .

I made a reservation to stay here the night before we left for our cruise. I made the reservation about 5 months in advance only to have it canceled by the owners the day before our stay. NOT IMPRESSED by a place that would do this to their customers! BE WARNED!!!

Wel the cable was difficult to use there wasn’t a gide in the condo to let you know what channels were the local station or instruction on how to use HBO, Showtime (etc) one of the toilette stools top was loose, their was some dust behind the Tv stand and dresser in the bedroom,and had to keep sweeping the dug in the living area, it needed to be vacuumed othe than that we enjoyed the condo and we would come back thank you

Had an easy check in the rooms were great. Nicely appointed kitchen comfortable all the way around great for a family who needs to or three bedrooms. The staff were welcoming and nice and ready to accommodate any questions we had

My boyfriend and I came here for a quick weekend getaway and we could not have been more happy with this location! It was brand new and everything was impecable! The gentlemen in the front desk was so nice and upgraded us because the original room had a problem. The rooms are spacious, and clean with full kitchen and beautiful balcony! We will definitely be coming here again!

Beautiful buildings, however portions of the property are under construction. Room was pretty but ceiling fan didnt work, nor did several outlets. Poor construction quality perhaps?During check-in my total price was $40 higher than quoted on Hotels.com. The front desk said it was an additional Cleaning Fee. After complaining that it should have been part of the price I saw on the website, they eliminated. Overall frustrating stay.

Check in was great, my husband and just wanted to get away for the weekend only to be disappointed..new facility, room had electrical issues, so we we’re the moved to another only to find it had not been cleaned. We we’re upgraded, with a better view, but still electrical issues, reported new issues and was told by a maintenance associate we were Ginny pig’s for new place, not very professional nor comforting.. not sure if we will stay again, maybe after there done Ginny pigging there customer and correct the issues.

Had a beautiful stay! My wife and I were completely in love with all the decorations. Although it was one short night we enjoyed every bit of it. Loved the shower, the bed, the balcony had view. It was just right.

Newer construction 3bdrm/ 2.5 bth furnished condos were tastefully appointed with all the comforts of home. Tremendous value forr large family and great spot between beaches and Orlando attractions. Friendly staff / guest service service and nice clubhouse pool. Highly recommended!

We LOVED LOVED LOVED this property!! We could not have possibly done better in locating a perfect property for what we needed for the weekend! We were sad that we only booked the weekend! We intend to return to stay longer! The staff was so very sweet and attentive! They were awesomely accommodating! We ran into an unexpected issue which delayed our arrival beyond office hours and they completely handled it perfectly!
