I remember being able to get just about everything craft or art related but now the stores are smaller and I cant find half of what Im looking for. They have a lot of things for kids. What ever happened to them having classes? I never see this store having any classes.

A lot of stuff ~N~ things...

Nice store to get the things youneed to express your creativity.Across From Merritt Sguare Mall.

I always have a nice and relaxed atmosphere...the employees are always very helpful and courteous. I enjoy shopping and getting my supplies from Michaels

Our first visit here, was cool, if youre into crafts, etc...Oh, and you get a 50% discount for signing up for their club (giving them your email). Which is a pretty cool perk! So, happy shopping yall!

Nice big store. Plenty of room to move around in. There are a lot of sections, but not as extensive selection of products in the areas I was interested in (Wire wrapping/jewelry making tools.)They were having great sales for that night only, a lot were 70% off!

Very pretty and clean store. Great customer service. Alas out of stock on what I was looking for.

I feel prices are way too high. I love the store though so many crafts and options to choose from.

We were looking for a 10 inch clay pot and Michaels was the only place that had it, the price was great and even better when we checked out and there was an additional 20% off. All the associates were very helpful

Lots of stuff. Not a lot of people. That makes a good shopping experience.

They have everything you need for crafts. Also, they have really good looking decorations!

There were some nice deals. More variety in Viera.

Always have nice selection of decorative items for all seasons.

Really cool art supplies and knick knacks

Well stocked local craft store with a friendly and helpful staff

Nice place get ur caft

Lots of really good low budget holiday deals. Mostly on sale.

Pretty decent. Usually has pretty good sales/ deals

Friendly associates knowledge well kept store

Out of a lot of merchandise. Not everyone was wearing a mask :(

Everything for crafts is there but over prized

I love Michaels but it was ten minutes until closing, so I really didnt have time to look for what I needed.

Fantastic location. Everything is on sale and if not then theres always a coupon online. They have something for all your craft needs

Friendly service and I love the crafts!!

Nice to wander through a store... they, as always, have something for everyone! Some good sales, too!!

A craft store like no other, always has everything my wife and daughters need to feed their artistic hunger. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Unfortunately, store was packed today when I went in and the majority of customers did not have a mask on. Im very disappointed that Michaels doesnt require customers to wear a mask to protect their customers and employees.

Wonderful selection of home decor, art, and craft supplies!

I placed an order then realized I should have ordered more of something. Well without paying a arm and a leg for shipping (twice) I cant do it.So I am shopping around elsewhere for the rest of my order.Companies should not make it so hard on customers. Looks like Michaels will have less of my business but Im sure they dont care someone else will give them money. At least I can do reviews and warn others.I have to add onto my review. One thing from my order came in. It came in pretty fast however the box it was in was open looks like it was used! Great job again Michaels.

Great sales going on. Employees were very nice. Store was very clean.

Always find what Im looking for and being a rewards member saves 20% every time

Awful customer service. It was 7:01 and they were complaining that they were closed when we were getting checked out. They all had an attitude and me or my friends felt in welcomed. I will never walk into this store ever again.

I can get lost in this store for hours. They have almost every craft supply I could ever want and everyone is always so helpful when they see me wandering around. Its a great store to waste some time in if youre a creative type. They have great prices too when you find what you need (or want, or have to have!)

Love coming here to Michaels they always have the supplies I need for my craft projects and they always have cool craft projects for kids. The staff is always friendly and the store is always clean

I always love shopping at Michaels...so many possibilities!

Was there for one of their big blowout sales and had lots of coupons to use. The cashier, Cameron, was extremely helpful in letting me get the biggest value for all of my coupons. It took awhile but we finally got through it and she was absolutely wonderful and very pleasant to work with.

Staff is always super friendly and always love the sales...

Nice store, helpful staff!

Didnt have felt for project.

Easy, bright clean.

I didnt go to Michaels, I went to the new Aldi and it is so nice.

This store has a great selection and very friendly staff. They are attentive and helpful every time I visit.

Great deals! Extremely helpful team. Even though the line was long it moved super fast. Great job! I was in out and on with my day.

I love all their products for DIY arts and crafts.

I needed to run back in because I forgot something and they locked the doors 15 minutes before they were actually supposed to close was not able to get what I needed to get it didnt make sense that they lock the doors that soon when they should have at least stayed open to their advertise time dont plan on returning anything they just decided to go against their own policy to not return items even sealed and using the virus as an excuse

They actually stock terecotta pots. Unbelievable!!!!!

Hit or miss with their inventory. Online it says in stock- get to the store & its nowhere to be found. Seems like a trend with the Michaels chain . Great when you can get a deal and get the item though!

How can you not love Michaels?

Rarely have I been disappointed whenever Im looking for a craft items. Friendly, helpful staff. Good prices, great sales! Wish they still had a monthly calendar of classes ️

We love this place!

Most art supply stores shut down, but not this place! Nationwide they supply art supply at very affordable prices. They always have something useful on sale along with their generous coupons that come with every purchase. Depending what city you are in Michaels usually staffs artists which can guide you on any project!

Cant beat the deals you can get on the many crafting supplies I need.

Very organized well layed out store. Very easy to find what your looking for.

Great local place for art supplies

Absolutely one of the best places on the planet to purchase arts and crafts accessories friendly staff sales Associates that are very knowledgeable of the inventory also from time to time they have little workshops shops like this that can get the whole family involved it is a clean and well-stocked establishment if youre looking for something that they dont carry they are always eager to order it for you job well done Michaels keep up the good work

Very clean with helpful employees

I havent been in this store in awhile. Everything was pretty much the same. Sales of 50% of all Christmas decor. With a few weeks to go before the holiday, they still had a pretty good selection. The shelves were neat and the store looked cleaned.People were meandering about but I didnt notice people buying as I left after I walked through. I was actually looking for cushion foam but, what they had really didnt fit my needs plus, I felt the prices were high.I think, one would need a 50% off coupon to make it a competitive price. I did go across the street to Ollies and bought a 4x22x22 piece of foam for $7.99 which fit my purpose but, I didnt even see that type of foam at Michaels. My thought is, if I did, it would have cost x4 that price. Either way, this store is very nice for the crafty mind.

The staff was super nice and friendly, on black friday the cashier gave me half off my item and and also threw in a little coupon book to use :)

Very clean, well organized store. Found what I needed, and managed to pick up picture frames in a size Ive struggled to find elsewhere. Plus, the pricing was comparable to online items. Would definitely recommend for craft items.

Had everything I needed

Very nice store

Overall not bad. Went looking for grab bags to use as a fundraiser after hearing how all the stores have them. Not so.

They always have pretty good deals and if you sign up for the rewards card, they usually have coupons that take a couple dollars off

They always have what Im looking for. They also have a great return policy. They have such a huge inventory of craft items that Im tempted to learn how to make things for myself instead of buying them! Seriously though they do have everything you need for just about any craft project. Plus the prices are really low. Just had a sketch framed they did a fantastic job.

Nice store with a huge inventory. If you like crafts you will find everything you need at Michaels. We went in there for a paint set and walk out with a whole lot more. The store is clean organized and has good customer service. I would highly recommend Michaels if you are interested in Hobbies or crafts

Staff is great!

Im super impressed with how neat and organized this store is!

Good craft supplies. Great friendly and helpful staff.

Great inventory and the workers here are friendly and helpful

Fun shopping for presents here! :)

Everything you need for crafts and decor!

The store itself is organized and easy to navigate. Ive been pleased with the option to order online and pickup in store. HOWEVER the few times I have had to ask for help locating an item I have not gotten much help. Michaels accepts coupons from competitors and one particular employee gave me a very hard time when I try to use my coupons. Her attitude was abrasive and rude to say the least no matter how nice I was. I dont go there frequently and that is one of the reasons.

Nice people, good discounts, good shopping experience

Its ok. I find theyre a SUPER (large) true craft store. For those into crafts? Its right in your wheelhouse. Me? Not so much. After being dragged to places like this for HOURS, & yes, YEARS when I was a child, my friends diagnosed me with Fabricphobia. Its really a nice place, just not for me. Happy Crafting, Yall!!

Low inventory means that we have to visit another store further away. Ugh.

What A FUN place to shop . Soo many ideas and more coloring pens than you can shake a stick at . LOVED their Water Fall Rock Fountains and Lights section.. Clean store, helpful employees and Great Prices for EVERYTHING

There is No Store Michaels at this location, please see attached pictures!!!!

I love this craft store the only thing they are missing is fabric.

Such a big store with lots of craft items. Almost anything you could want or need for a project. Very helpful staff.

Wonderful place for crafts and art supplies. Watch for their coupons, great sales. Wish they carried more fabric, but guess you cant have everything.

I needed needles thread and a seamripper, to repair my suit. Finding the sewing stuff was at the back of the store but there was a nice selection. Craft needles that are easier to thread and work through velvet. Polyester threads and cotton threads. A mix of cheap grab bag buttons and nicer ones. Need to get a cork board to peg the cloth down when sewing but did not see one. Friendly people.

Very nice visit. Found everythi g with the help of a very nice employee. Thanks

Went in before closing. Was quiet and nice. Picking up candle making supplies. Used 40% off coupon. Get one before you go. But, it Maybe hard to find something thats not on sale already.

Too expensive

They did an excellent job on framing three items. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Nice size store fully stocked with tons of fun crafts, floral, yarn, and paper products. They also have a very nice classroom in front for different arts and crafts classes. Very clean and organized store.

Great place for craft essentials, helpful and knowledgeable workers.

I usually love Michaels, but Ive really kind of given up on them lately.. Ive been in twice looking for a certain type of scrapbook paper they keep telling me theyre getting back in but it still hasnt shown up for months now. Also, their prices on things like toys are a rip-off! Bought Discovery Dinosaur RC toy there for my Grandson & found it on Amazon for $15 less a day after I already sent it to NY for him! Little squishy balls that you can purchase ANYWHERE else for $1-$2 are $5! List goes on...

Good place for art supplies and other hobbies. Good staff and great sales of all their stock like flowers, flower arrangements, fairy garden products, yarn. Also a nice selection of classes for all types of hobbies

Crafty place with just about everything.

For do it yourself ideas and more Michaels has what you need.

Then Cashiers were wonderful for working on a Thanksgiving evening

I love the craft supplies that Michaels offers! Its a fun and relaxing place to shop.

Love this ️ place, great sales and staff is very helpful...

Great place! Love the crafts they offer to kids and adults.

Great Place to find and get crafts and art supplies although it is a tad bit pricey

Lots of great craft supplies, including knitting and crocheting yarn.

Great service in the framing department!

Expensive but plenty of craft options

Got some pictures framed. The person was very helpful and professional. Explained the different options and prices and provided color scenes to enhance the overall look of my painting.

Great selection of arts and crafts to choose from. 4/5. Would have given 5 Stars if employees had gone out of their way to try and help.
