We had so much fun! Everything was clean and they had plenty of sanitizer out for everyone and did a great job not over crowding!

This whole place needs a bath. They need to scrub the soda machine so bad! Those things come apart chuck e! Power wash that bathroom man. And speaking of bathroom, my husband witnessed something shady between an employee and someone who wasnt in a chuck e cheese uniform. Come on guys at least deal your stuff in the parking lot. Food is decent. They do have a good selection for this type of place. The game cards are nice because they are unlimited play and you earn tickets. But I have noticed they took out some high tickets payout games in the recent weeks.

No napkins given..they was so concerned with capacity due to covid-19. Yet not one employee walked around wiping tables between customers the whole 90 mins I was there.

This is absolutely the best Chucky cheese. Always very clean and well staffed! The pizza and salad bar is excellent, really good! The kids have a blast great place for a party and to have fun on a cold rainy day.

All my kids are grown ups now.So I havent been in this joint for years.However I do past by this place when I often run by walmart for an quick stop.It seems to still be doing okay for them selves.Frankly I would say if they are still open then business must be great.....

Website said they closed at 9 got there at 8 said they were closing in 15 minutes most of there games were turned off anyways would not recommend this place.

We had my granddaughters 2nd birthday here. We were treated very nice. There were two ladies taking care of our group and they were wonderful. They made sure all of our needs were met. All of the children seem to have a really great time. My only complaint is that we ran out of cups. We were only three cups short. When I asked for more cups I was told that they dont give more but I could purchase an adult cup for $3. I felt that was a ridiculous price to pay just for an empty cup

Plenty to do for young children. Plenty of food choices. Bathroom as clean as can be expected with all the children. Decent food. Loud childrens atmosphere as can be expected but there is a quieter dining atmosphere. Staff is courteous. Children are checked before allowed to exit facility...a good thing!

Great place, and the team had a lot energy

After reading all the horrible reviews we were afraid to go. However we were pleasantly surprised. Place was generally cleaned with the exception there were several tables that never got clean once the guests left. The rides were all in working order. The food arrived very quickly and was pretty good. Overall Chuck-E-Cheese she did a good job.

My grandson enjoys him self so much..we took up space for two hours..till someone walk off with his Little card.. he put it down to play the game and it was gone.. my poor Little guy.. buy he was ok I told him maybe someone Thought it was theirs..as his grandma I try not to show him not all people are nice.... but in me Im like what kind of person would do that to a Little guy..

We visited this location and it was our familys first Chuck E Cheese experience. We came at lunchtime on a Saturday and there were plenty of places to sit. Our food was delivered promptly. We bought a combo, personal pan, and 3 game cards and it totaled just over $95. However, our daughter was just diagnosed with several food allergies and the manager, Tim, was beyond accommodating. He printed off all of their allergen information and let us review all ingredients. He made recommendations where he was able and cautioned us when he wasnt 100% certain of an answer. We appreciated his honesty, hard work, and the sincerity with which he helped us.

Half the games didnt have tickets and when you have a play card you lose time waiting on workers to fix the game because you can only pause the card once.

Pretty cool place. Had a lot of fun. Wish they had more stuff for toddlers too. I know they have the little rides, but my daughter is scared. I still had a lot of fun. Went with my friend and her older grandkids. The staff was super friendly. The food was pretty good. Pizza was great. Would stop by again.

Its exactly what you would expect from a Chuck E Cheese. Crowded, full of kids, and cardboard pizza. But kids love it and thats what counts.

The customer service sucks. They were on their phones most of the time even while i was asking questions. The gentleman that was replacing tickets was super awesome though. Last time we are going there.

This Chuck E. Cheese is a great place for the kids, This location is Very clean, No games are out of order and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Great deals on wednesday also 15$ for 1 hour of game play not bad. If you have kids and looking for FUN for the kids ( And a break for the parents) Give this location a shot Wont disappoint

Great place to have a birthday party. My daughter had a blast, but I would suggest putting the points that the kids win on their games onto the reusable cards instead of the paper tickets. So much easier and less time consuming.

This place is A1 for kids. Had to give it 4 stars. Because this place needs to be bigger being that its the only one that services all of northwest Indiana

Only thing I would change about the birthday experience is to notify the party host when the pizzas are coming because I had my back turned and one table of kids had made 4 pizzas disappear. I was making sure everyone got enough and had to order more. If Id been able to make the plates I would have probably saved money.

Took over 1 and a half hours to get two pizzas. Staff seemed a bit rude all frowning and a bit with attitudes. Place was filthy.. and to top it off the mouse didnt come out to greet the children but was to busy with the private parties. ..

When they first open during the week is the best time to go!

My son loves this place but my medium pizza and fries took over an hour to come out. And they always need help at the redemption counter. One girl asked for help from some new guy and his excuse... He wasnt trained. She told him shed walk him through amd he declined. At that point, he doesnt need a job. Be grateful and help out where needed or give someone else the opportunity

All day pass is a great value. Great selection of games. However when I called ahead of time to ask a question the people on the phone who I spoke to were not polite or helpful.

Good for a childs birthday party. Only one drawback is there was a 6 ft tall rat running around.

Prices are a bit steep. 11 dollars for 30 minutes of unlimited play. About 11 dollars for 3 soft drinks. Games are easy for kids to win tickets to redeem for prizes and the place was clean.

We went a few weeks ago for my nieces party & we all loved it and had a blast even us parents! The place was so clean considering it was a weekend and there were so many kids. Also,we lovel how safe they are about our kids with the hand stamps. When leaving my fiance and I forgot about the hand stamps and just went to leave with our daughter and the lady blocked the door and didnt let us leave until we proved our hand stamps matched our daughters, which was impressive to us. We will be going back soon with our daughter again! Its a safe & fun place for both kids and adults. Although food is crazy pricey.

Took my child there for her 6th birthday party and it was a horrible experience. The place was super packed the prices for the food was to expensive, the only good deals they had was the gaming cards for 32$ for 120mins

Understaffed, dirty restrooms, dirty tables, a lot of broken games. I took my goddaughter for her birthday. I had to wait in line over 15 mins to order while one family was asking questions due to there not being more on person at the register.. Wanted to get the salad bar but it looked unkempt. Then when it was time to go I had to wait over twenty mins just to cash out her tokens. I know it wasnt the worker fault.. I dont blame her at all, she apologized more than enough but there were multiple managers there that were in the back and not even trying to help out.

Cheaper than other kid places for parties. Fun for the children but usually too crowded for anybody. Especially on the weekends. Pizza taste like cardboard with sauce but kids dont care.

Had a great time with the kids when we were there on a Thursday afternoon during spring break. They have lots of great games. Even a tall giraffe that you can climb up the stairs to pretend that you are sitting and riding the giraffe. Can easily spend a couple of hours there

This is by far the BEST Chuck E. Cheese I’ve ever been to including the 2 story one in Minnesota. A week before my kids birthday party Ms.Armanda -one of the managers (excuse me if I’m spelling her name wrong) promised me that my kids party would be great !!! And she kept all of that promise from the time we arrived until the time we left LITERALLY. the staff was EXCELLENT Ms.Armanda, Naomi, Bri, and a few others I had contact with. Naomi made my whole party smile, laugh, made us all feel COMFORTABLE even my grandma lol. She was a JOY. They’ve exceeded our EXPECTATIONS. The food was good. And fresh. Chuck E. Was a joy too!! My 3 y.o wanted him all to herself. My babies are hard to please but yet My kiddos literally still talks about their visit and can’t wait to go back I know I can’t !!!! I’m so glad they have the BEST STAFF THERE EVER !!!! Thanks A MILLION times again Ms.Armanda, Naomi, Bri && the rest of the staff !!!! I highly recommend having your kid(s) next party here. You guys keep up the GREAT work here!!!!

Fun for little kids!

My four year old son wants to have his birthday party there so we went to check it out. The weather was bad so it was pretty dead inside, it was also a weekday around 4pm. I spent $11 on 33 game point, they lasted him about 40 mins. He won a total of 101 tickets which wasnt much when it came time to redeem them. He had a blast and I loved watching him have fun!The only con was the service when we walked in. Our hands were stamped then we stood at the register while the lady behind it was talking to another employee about her schedule, like we werent there. After she finished her conversation she helped us, thankfully there was no further interaction needed with the staff.

We booked a small birthday party for our 3 year old granddaughter. She and her 1 year old sister had a ball. We were pleasantly surprised with the tasty pizza and Barbie birthday cake. The employees were very nice and polite and engaged the girls in conversation every time they went by. The only downside was that the bathrooms were a bit dirty and the garbage cans were overflowing. I do believe if they had.more employees this wouldve been taken care of. The people they had working were going nonstop and could not have been nicer. And the lady working the prize counter had the patience of an angel while she helped our granddaughter make her choices. Definitely happy we chose Chuck W. Cheese for our small celebration.

The manager rushed us out telling us it was unsafe to be there while ahe cleaned up and closed her registers, but we had just gotten our pizza minutes before. The kids had fun but that was ridiculous.

Family friendly need a few things to keep adults entertained too

We dont go as much as we did before, because of the new system with the cards. I like the tokens better it was easier to give the children the tokens slowly so they didnt use them all and one of the machine in five minutes

We did 90 mins for 21 dollars a piece it was alot of fun

I like the new option for unlimited games for a certain time limit. This location was clean, well lit, with newer games and old classics. Kids had a great time on a cold overcast day.

Moat important the children had fun Only complaint I have spending a $ 100 and u eat no one comes to remove the trash from the table until u leave that sucks We were there 4 hours Someone need to look.at that process Once was there before and young man came over and removed the garbage and cleaned the table off We had 3 children 2 adults

Lots of fun if you go when there is no party going on or people using it as a daycare. Some kids dont have any money but just sit on the equipment.

Its ok for kids to have a little fun but the food is never good. Now they introduce salad bar and it was nasty. I really try to never eat there, no matter which location we visiting for the day sometimes I do it just for curiosity and I regret right away.

Toddler really had fun up until someone stole his tickets from him... the lady at the ticket counter tried to make it better.

They have timed game passes helped my kids leave with no tears and they were very reasonably priced (the game pass). I did not feel stuck we got in and out.
