Ive been stationed all over the country, and this is the best cigar bar yet. Sure, they may not be the biggest (although they are very large), and they might not have that one cigar youre looking for, but the service here is what keeps the neighborhood coming back. I was referred to by name, led to exactly the section and cigars I was looking for, and relaxed in an incredibly nice, spacious atmosphere. But for me, the best thing was the drink selection. Oh yes, this bar is actually a bar, and has a VERY nice selection of both whiskeys and other liquors (notably very top shelf tequilas). Plus, every day they have drink specials (I had 50% off scotch today, who the hell else does that?!), each month cigar specials, and every now and then an incredible house-infused cocktail or cigar. And on top of it all, I got $10 off just for signing up for their online newsletter. Incredible people, service, and business, nothing else to it.Im very sad to have only been in the area on business, but I absolutely promise that if Im even within 50 miles of this place again, I will be coming back. Keep doing what youre doing.

Very nice cigar lounge. They have outside smoking area if you want to enjoy the sunny weather. They are the only cigar bar...they have a good selection of spirits and beers on tap. There are drink specials based on the day of the week. They also have a few food items to choose from. The place can get pretty smoky if its crowded. The ventilation could be better. One issue I have is that there is a humidor section that the staff has to open. It can be annoying if youre in a hurry and they are crowded. They have a decent selection. They also have smaller humidors throughout the space. If you dont see what youre looking for, usually the staff is able to help you find it. Prices are competitive. Definitely worth experiencing this cigar bar.

You hate to say you feel uncomfortable in a place but be aware the owner will make you feel unwelcomed. A group of me and my friends we asked to leave. We had bought drinks and cigars and were waiting on another friend before ordering more. Two of our friends literally had cigars lit when we were kicked out. some of us came all the way from Chicago. Crazy when you get customer service that poorly. We wont be back again.

These guys have the absolute best selection of any cigar lounge I have ever visited. They also have a great selection of bourbon and scotch among other adult beverages.The management is very down to earth and the lounge itself is beautiful and has a pretty nice clientele.I cant wait for them to be able to open up for on site business again so I can come for a visit.

As a healthcare worker helping out in Indiana Ive waited for this place to open full service, I was not disappointed! If youre ever in the mood to enjoy a cigar, Karma is a nice spot. They serve a full bar, food, and helpful when pairing a beverage with your cigar. With big screen TVs, and modern decor, it showcases class. During the warmer climate, you can enjoy a cigar and cocktail outside on the patio. They also host several events with different vendors throughout the year. Even if youre not into cigars, Karma seats a nice atmosphere for just enjoying a cocktail.

Awesome selection of cigars. Extremely friendly staff. Plenty of comfortable seating from lounge chairs to high tables. Put together a great super bowl event. Very low key, relaxing, awesome food, quarter raffles for cigar merchandise, and got to enjoy with a great cigar.

If you enjoy sipping scotch and smoking a good stogie this is the place. I walked in and was escorted by the staff to a wall of cigars. I told them what I liked and they suggested the perfect cigar to drink with my scotch. The ambiance is very nice and the ventilation is superb. I managed three glasses of scotch and two delicious cigars. I cant wait to go back Thank you, Karma. See you cats soon.

I enjoy Karmas atmosphere and large cigar selection. They serve Alcohol now which is a plus. They have mix crowds.

The exhaust system is either not on all of the time or does not work properly. The smoke can get a bit thick at times inside.

Friendly staff & excellent cigar selection. Beer & wine available as well as limited menu. Comfortable chairs & couches with several large screen TVs to relax while smoking.

The furniture is relaxing and allows you to meet with your own friends easily as well as discovering new ones. He also has a great premium club membership that offers discounts well beyond the membership price to keep you coming back to enjoy his establishment more. Certainly the best in the area!

The sticks are kinda on the pricey side but he does have a large selection. The owner says I can not enter his business with a beverage because Indiana law prohibits anyone from doing so. I only came in with a energy drink. I mean its not a alcohol beverage. He serves open alcohol beverages to his patrons though which I dont understand. Im an Illinoian so I guess Ill never understand. He did offer to hold my drink to keep it cold but what am I gonna drink with my cigar? I dont drink alcohol like other patrons do. Service is a bit rocky because I remember the owners wife who was once a very nice warm welcoming person who turned into a snotty witch withaB. Customers should never be told no or be turned down service because they simply want to enjoy an energy drink with their cigar. But whatever.

This location is excellent for adults 40 and up. The service is great. You can come here and chill by having your favorite drink and cigar. They even have events on a regular basis. Nice music and atmosphere.The pizza and pretzels with cheese are great and they also serve sandiches.

Incredible place! I know NOTHING about cigars, but went in looking for a gift. The owner took the time to walk me around, educate me on the brands, and make a selection with me. They are kind, gracious, and I just might start smoking cigars because it was awesome inside.

Very poor customer service. Owner is only interested in making money not the comfort or the art of cigar smoking for its patrons. The drinks and cigars are over priced and many people have stopped going to this establishment in the past months. Im sure many more will follow soon. Waitresses are quitting each month and this place is losing business. ( Saturday night, 6 people cmon do the math) There are plenty of other Cigar lounges to go and spend your money and be relaxed and appreciated. I will never be back.
