We do all of our custom framing here. Have loved each one. We hated one a few years ago and they reframed it for no additional cost. Not sure if that is still true. Our last two were fantastic!!!!

Overall good review. They had what I wanted at a reasonable price.They could have used an extra employee or two on a Saturday to help customers find items.But better than not having the item which one box store told me.

Walking in the door, a employee was at the door but didnt greeted me. So I had to speak first then I was spoken to...but never a Welcome to Michaels. My first time at this Michaels, I did ask were the planners were located, she didnt know. Just had the feeling of not being welcome.The checkout wasnt the best, I felt like I was bothering her . Over all not sure if I will go back to this one. I do believe that sometimes we can have an off day... The store was clean.

Some outstanding clearance deals for my 3 year old granddaughter...yarn selection is great. Ive been looking for a 9 x 12 frame for a reasonable price. $6.99 - discounts.

I mostly visit the framing department. Candis and Paul are a great team and are great at helping me make my framing choices. Candis has been manager there for a number of years and it never seems to get old to her. If anyone has a project that needs framing, I recommend Michaels and their dynamic team.

Most everything I was looking for was in stock and some was even on sale! Fast friendly cashiers overall a great experience.

Very disappointed in Christmas selection for decorations. Waste on my time did better at Hobby Lobby.

Mgmt is terrible! They had an accident with a candle display and took all the workers to work on it. They left one register open on Black Friday with about 15 people in line! It took us a 1/2 hr to get through the line. Where is the common sense??

All the crafts for any project you could imagine. Finding what you want could be a challenge, but staff was helpful when asked.

Great place to buy all kinds of craft supplies, My photo albums are getting old but I found the best prices on picture storage boxes. They are really nice and hold a lot of photos. There is such a great selection of supplies for just about any type of craft you do. And great prices!

This store was amazing. I recently just got into vinyl crafting and I was like a kid in a candy store. Not to mention the sales they had were actually cheaper than ordering some of the stuff off Amazon... Which I had been doing. Will go back.

Was frantic trying to find bags of plastic snow for my Christmas trees throughout my home! Michaels had them in stock and the store clerks were wonderful and patient at the counter today! Love Michaels!!!

Great place. Great deals when they have sales going on! Very wide selection off items! Awesome place for teachers to get supplies for our classroom. I ordered a cart for my classroom and I got it for less than half the original price!

Another great craft store. I particularly like the garlands hear better. If youre looking for something specific go online and check them out.

Well, the store was clean and laid out pretty well. I love to crochet so the expansive yarn collection is always my vav place. Art supplies are numerous but kind of expensive. They sell all kinds of good things. Even great collection of kitchen ware. I have to cookie sheet pans that will outlive me! Plenty of parking. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention, happy to stop what they are doing help you find your item.

Food was cold must have been cooked and let sit in bins even though they were so busy.

Michaels has a good selection of general art supplies, but unfortunate that they have very little watercolor materials, wish they sold sheets an addition to the paper pads they have. Checking out is always a drag, never enough people on register which creates long lines. When someone has a question about where an item might be located more often than not the customer is left waiting up to 10 minutes just for help. This store needs more people on the floor to help customers!

Although everybody was friendly and helpful Michaels does not have a lot of the crafts and items of that nature that they used to have. Theyre going more in a direction of like a Hobby Lobby with decorations for your home and I a lot of times I have trouble finding what I need here. However they have really cute decorations and a lot of different things for your kids to do

Michaels is one of three craft stores on this strip near SouthLake Mall that I shop at. The store itself is fairly well organized and I love the deals and specials, for that reason I would give it 5 stars. However on more than one shopping trip the sales members have not been very helpful or courteous and would receive a rating of 3 stars.

Despite there being rearranging a stuff in the store. Is there a really great experience shopping there. The people were really helpful. The prices I got on things especially poster board was really great. I love their teacher rewards program. You save15%. Its totally better than Hobby Lobby.

Excellent place to get whatever youre looking for for Home Design to crafts. Just recently bought some of the fake plants for a terrarium and an Aquarium!They tend to have good sales often, and can be the perfect spot for Christmas presents!
