Awesome. Amazing time thank you.

Ive been going here for years. it used to be great but my group of 7went there tonight and payed for two sessions. each one is 40minutes each. the second one we started at 10:30 and were done at 10:49. thats including two briefs for the game mode and switching sides. and my teams worker didnt even show up for the first game. we played 2rounds of captain, which is where my teams worker didnt show up, and we played 2rounds of single life bomb.

This place is the best laser tag place around! I played a session Saturday and our battle tech Dagger made it so enjoyable! The equipment and guns were clean and so efficiently working! My first time playing laser tag instead of airsoft and this establishment treats you like a guest and not just a customer with friendly staff who make the experience all the much better! I believe the name of our “battle commander” Matrix was very accommodating to our group as well! As we requested to play control point since some of the members of my group have played here before and recommended it to me instead of airsoft, and he granted our request! Kudos to this place! I will be coming back!!

I forgot to post this yesterday, but we came in to play, and IT WAS AWESOME! We were on blue team, and I think his gamer tag was Mufasa, but I knew him as Markeif. He did a well good job helping us out, and he’s definitely a reason I’d come back. I was having a bad day, and his energy and his drive to succeed definitely helped me have fun, so kudos to him!

Due to a mix up on their website, saying they were open on Wednesdays and they are not. They graciously acknowledged the error and let me make the Wednesday reservation. They had employees come in, set it up and let us play. They were very nice guys and my family and friends thank them greatly.

We had a blast! 1st time a little hard to understand everything we had to do but so much fun!

Amazing experience . Our group had two men (about that life ) and two women in flip flops, both had an equal amount of fun. Workers did a amazing job of making us feel welcome and were very involved in elevating our experience . The Arena had a plethora of environmental vantage points to windows and more . Highly recommend for individuals with high energy or enjoy COD. Be prepared to have a mental, physical, and soulful experience . Matrix, our team captain, did an amazing job, and promoted me to “Vortex”. Give this place a 10/10 for any group looking for a new experience or another ethanol fueld memory.

It was awesome, they arent regular lazer guns no. They have a scope and u hold it like a actual gun, reloading is very easy too. The people that worked there made it even better!!

My kids and I play every couple of months and love it! Their staff is great and always helpful.

This place is pretty cool. I have never played laser tag like this. This place is overall pretty good with cool staff and a clean environment. Then only problem I have is with the N64 emulator, it was very laggy and I hope they could fix it in the future.

Zero stars. Mediocre atmosphere, and the equipment is completely garbage, my vest smelled like it had never been cleaned/washed, and they have got to have the cheapest lazer devices I have ever used.

This was a very fun and exciting experience.Really fast paced.You will sweat!

Great place to bring your friends on any day of the week! If you are competitive or play video games this is definitely the closest thing to do that correlated with just that. They have awesome new weapons and technology that I haven’t seen anywhere else in NWI or the surrounding areas. This place is a must-see, must-play! Staff and players are all so great too. You meet new people because it’s open for anyone. Great memories and good times here.

My boy and his friends had a great time!

Me and my wife had a blast we loved the guns, vest, and score board at the end of the session. We truly had a good workout and the staff was amazing we really felt like we was on the battlefield and my wife and I enjoyed shooting each other. The only two things I didnt like was the 20 point health system and the 4 seconds reload time. Maybe turn the health down to 5 or 7 points and reload speed to maybe 3 seconds. But other than that we had a blast and we are definitely coming back with friends!!! Thank you!!!

This was the best fun my family has had in years. It can get costly but the fun makes it worth it. The staff was friendly and my sons 13th birthday party was a hit! We had pizzas, unlimited drinks and 40 minutes of running around like we crazy.

A little bit pricey. But what else are you going to expect in a place like this? The people are great! They made adjustments for us very kindly and very quickly. The helpers inside the tournament or phenomenal! Always great to see employees who love what they do, and how could you not love what you do working in a place like this?take time to talk to the referees, always give you great advice, always smart.

Went with my school it was the best theres different challenges it was so fun

Ive been here twice. 1st time was fun. 2nd time was ehhhh nothing like the 1st. Lack of communication when the system kept failing was so unprofessional. We kept getting the run around with why we were just standing around waiting for the next round. They kept telling us we maxed out the system. What ever that means. But each group got different answers. Kids run that place. No one over 19 was in sight. You can tell the techs favored their friends playing in the groups. Will I be back ... More than likely no.

We visited on 10/25/2019 from 7pm untill 11pm. We started out by playing the virtual escape room (the mine specifically) our experience was lead by Ctech. I brought a friend with and it was our first time trying something of that nature. We had a total blast doing it. I highly recommend the experience to anyone that goes! We then opted into playing a half session of laser tag with another group of people that came in, both teams enjoyed the experience a great deal. Our teams battle techs were Ghost and Crash, they were very helpful in teaching us how to use the equipment and made sure to not leave anyone out or left behind so to say. Their personalities really added to the experience. If our experience was left at that I would have said that it was a 10 out of 10. little did I know that it only got better from there. We won the first two games out of four. I was afraid that the other team might have not been having a good time as well and that their experience was not as good as ours. This could not have been further from the truth. their battle tech Bubbles rallied them and brought them to a w the next game. at this point everyone was having a great time and i would highly recommend coming in with a large group so that you can fully experience all of the battle techs and what they add to the game. i could go on and on about all the little things that made it great but I am sure you will experience them too when you go. Keep up the great work guys!(and gal)

It’s more or less just laser tag, but this takes laser tag to a whole new level. The people are very friendly. You do get that tactical feel to it. Some of the equipment did malfunction, but that doesn’t stop you from having an adrenaline filled time. It’s worth going, and will be back.

If youre visiting in the summer be prepared to sweat! The play area is not air conditioned and if you want to win youre going to be working up a sweat. They have tons of different game modes and the staff is super positive and helpful.

This weekend was our second time going with a large group. This time it was mostly 25 teeange boys and a few adults. The staff was so wonderful and helpful. They treated everyone with kindness and respect. They were fantastic with the kids and i was just coming off a severe injury and they were exceptional at making sure i was safe and doing okay at all times. For the second time we had an amazing experience. The kids absolutely loved it! The adults absolutely loved it as well. Our only complaint really is that the price is a bit high so we dont get to go as often as we would like, but it is truly a great tactical group exercise...like real life video games. A great time!!!

My 10 year old son had an amazing time. Definitely worth the price. The staff was wonderful. The waiting area was nice and comfy. We will be back very soon!

I’ve been here about three times and each time has been a blast! We had different themes and tricks for each round and our “commander” (or whatever he’s called) helped us tremendously!

Had an incredible with our group! This is the best laser tag I have ever been to. I especially enjoyed the missions youre given. It makes the experience very unique and more realistic. This is a great activity for a group of friends or a family. Our group of 5 was able to stay on the same team and the staff was especially helpful at every step. Im glad we did a half session for our first time even though time flew by with it being so interactive. Every one of us was wiped out afterwards. All in all, I would highly recommend Team Combat and cant wait to go again!

Super fun for groups. Book ahead online. It makes other Lazer tags look like Mickey mouse. Definitely book a full session, which is two hours. Arrive early so you can sign the waiver. The guns and scenarios are realistic.

The good the bad the uglyGood: Let’s start with the weapon system and vest. The holographic site was fairly accurate I was able to shoot my friend shoulder sensor from at least 25 feet away with no problem. The rifle itself was a 30 round clip with a reload lever Located directly on the left side of the rifle when pulling this back it takes approximately four seconds for your gun to reload.This is to simulate removing your old clip and loading a new clip. Also located on your gun is a button when pressing it it displays your health you start out with 20 health points (1 bullet= 1 health). Once your health is depleted the weapon itself will deactivate forcing you to go back to your response in order to reactivate you’ll know you’re dead because you’re here flatline sound.The arena space is great for both beginners and advanced players. For beginners it allows you to get a feel moving from cover and different potential routes. For advance players there are towers which provide overwatch positions and the multiple routes allow for flanking. A well trained team can dig in and hold down an entire side during certain mission-based games.Which brings me to the mission-based games you have a Bomb dufusal, propaganda, VIP escort, and your standard team death match. The variety makes for a new experience each time you play even with the same play space.The Bad: My wife had planned a party for me and made reservations for 20 spots this required five dollars per person for the spot we were under the understanding that this was just to hold so we had $100 hold that we thought we would get back come to find out it was actually $100 deposit which led some embarrassment now having to ask 5 buck from each player to gain back our money. Which to save face we ate the loss. The simple fact that this was never properly communicated to my wife is kind of sad and had it been properly explained it could’ve saved us some embarrassment. So if you’re going to make reservations with these guys just know in advance that whatever money you’re putting up to cover the spot you will not see that money back it goes towards your total, you’ll either have to get it from each player or you’ll have to collect the money from the players in advance.The ugly: Now they discuss the battle techs. Before I begin I want to first commend them because they’re all pretty young and probably not as well informed and they did a pretty good job for what it was worth. That being said they didn’t do all that great a job explaining the rules or even how the equipment worked I found myself asking multiple questions and having to relay it back to the team just so we all had an understanding. I also believe BattleTech‘s involvement in the game should Be optional or limited upon the parties discretion. Battle TechsOr pointing out players positions at one point and during the propaganda game they were actually blocking the player who was pushing the button with their bodies to prevent him from being shot. To me they need to just ref the game and not be involved. For children it might be fine but for adults I’d rather they ensure no cheating and answer questions. Multiple times during the propaganda match the opposite teams BattleTech cheated, this deluded the experience he would block players and another battle tech switched the control back to the opposing team when no one from the opposing team was even at the button. I can’t stress it enough battle tech participation in matches should be optional or limited to referring and ensuring no one is cheating. It should be the players preference to have them involved or not outside of their standard job.This could have easily been a five star review but given two major issues I had with staff I can’t do that at this time. That being said I still had a lot of fun and we will be returning but hopefully they’ll be major improvements made.

The greatest laser tag experience in the Chicagoland area!!! The staff is great and super fun and the experience is amazing. Its like playing call of duty in real life! No cheap plastic guns, you play with heavy metal guns and super cool missions! Cant wait to go back!

I reserved a party for my 12 year old and nine of his friends (boys and girls) at 3pm. When it was time for the kids to go inside the battlefied I noticed Team Combat was also going to send in 10 grown intoxicated men with my kids. I confronted the manager and explained to him that I didnt feel comfortable with my kids going in a dark area to play with a bunch of drunk and belligerent men. I also expressed to the manager that one of the guys came up to my sons friend whos 13 but very short in stature and placed his hand on his shoulder. I didnt see it happen but the kids told me. The managers response when I told him these men shouldnt be allowed to play because of their behavior was he thought these men were going to be a problem too but they seem okay. The manager also said Team Combat has NO RULE stating that these men cannot play Intoxicated. Wow! So if I was an irresponsible parent and allowed my kids to go in and play with these men and something happened then what? Well, that may be their rule but when it comes to my son and his friends, my rule and obligation as a parent is to protect these children and make sure they are safe. I felt like the establishment should have made a better decision but they didnt even care. They told us that my kids could play with them because they would have staff inside the battlefield watching or we would have to wait an hour to play. This was my sons 12th birthday party and I had to make my son and his friends wait an hour to play because of Team Combats poor decision making. Parents, if you are thinking about reserving a party for your kid please make sure you understand your child and his/her friends may be sharing the battlefield with a bunch of intoxicated men because there is NO RULE against that at Team Combat.

Incredible laser tag would do again great staff good price on the snacks and beverages although its a little pricey its cheaper to go during the week than on the weekend although there is more people there on the weekend but overall is incredible and would do again oh and the weapons are life like and heavy so yeah great establishment.

The first time we went was with my new church in April/May 2016, this year for a youth ministry event. I have taken my daughter & her friends a few times since & every single time they all have a total blast. Just wish it was a tad less expensive so we could bring more kids with us but until then...at least they started up the $12 Thursday specials. Its so worth the money when you see the kids coming out of there red faced, profusely sweating, excited yet completely exhausted talking a mile a minute about how they completely destroyed it in there & how they beat out so & so. THAT it is great recipe for a solid & good nights rest!One day soon I will try it out myself & post my own experience.

Very entertaining for a birthday or group of friends. Works well with adults and children. Wouldnt reserve ahead as you will lose your deposit if you have no-shows.

Great laser tag area. Most fun laser tag I have ever had and I done a lot of laser tag in my days and this is the most fun.

I had an amazing time there, people were super nice and had grear humor. I recommend adding more weapons like pistols, shotguns, rifles, etc.

Really fun and tactical,only downside the special sound effects are really loud. But overall its really cool and fun.

Had a really good time

Not a tactical experience at all. Its laser tag for kids. 7 people in our group and none will be going back. Multiple gear malfunctions. We should have read the other reviews first, the refs cheated multiple times to influence the outcome of the game. It seems they are used to kids who wouldnt notice. They blocked doors so our team couldnt shoot out and wouldnt move after being asked, hid and moved keys vital for objective, allowed blindfire while the vest that targets the hits to be completely concealed, allowed their team to move keys while dead, allowed their team to hold room while dead, etc. Between the refs (Battle techs) and the lack of good hardware, it was not a good experience for what we were expecting after reading and watching the video. After 30 shots you have to reload which takes 5 seconds and is very difficult to hear and glitchy. The hits take a quarter second to register and it takes 4 shots to kill someone. So it typically takes 2-5 seconds to get a kill if you dont have to reload. If you have to reload you might as well start heading back to the respawn point which takes another 30 seconds to get active again. While they are hit they can run away so you dont get the kill. People on the other team learned (or likely told by the ref) to just stick their gun and head out of windows and blind fire, registering hits and unable to be hit completely ruining the spirit of gamesmanship and any tactics.

Yea this place was pretty great, it was fun running around with friends and shooting at enemiesonly thing i didnt like is that the sight picture did not let in alot of light, but hip firing was still pretty cool

Good experience, prices a bit too high for my liking.

The short version: Arenas was good. Guns are okay but not great. The reffing is very bad and they do not enforce rules and they dont seem to care and cheat. See the detailed version below.We were excited to try a new tactical laser place, but left disappointed. Firstly, the arena is probably the best thing. Its a good enough size and the layout is like a small town with lots of buildings to go into so there can be some nice fire fights. The guns themselves are okay but not great. The briefing video shows a gun with an adjustable stock which would be nice to accommodate various body sizes. Instead it had a foldable stock which was fine but not great.The bad stuff...the semi-auto feature of the guns is garbage. It will fire one round ever couple of seconds and does no more damage than the full auto. It is difficult to hear when the gun is reloaded due to the gun itself being too quiet and the obnoxiously loud music. When you shoot someone it delays successive hits and they dont always register. So it can take awhile you kill someone...which brings us to the vests. They work fine, but when people are crouching behind a barrel or window they can shoot you and you cant shoot them...so people just hide their vests and shoot at you which makes the attacking teams have a severe disadvantage. The absolute worst thing was the reffing and rules. Refs did not enforce rules and barely seemed to care. Blind firing, sprinting, dead talking, hiding sensors so they cant be shot...ALL of those were very prominent and the refs did nothing. One of the refs showed the attacking team where to find a code during one of the matches...seriously?In summary this is not a great place for adults. For children it is probably fine. There are plenty of loud noises and flashy lights. For adults though you should seek another place. CMP in frankfort is much better.
