A wonderful experience. The staff and security make you feel at home. The Entertainment was top notch.

I took my granddaughter to this last night for her Birthday and I have to say, We loved it! She loves Ballet! Theyre performance was Spot On! This wasnt our first visit to the Temple Theater. We have been many times and cant wait to return. Cant say enough about this beautiful place!

We were here today for a T.V. show shoot. We travel a lot for the show. I’m giving this venue 5 stars because I’m a sucker for old theaters. This place has all the trimmings of a premier theater, and still has much of its original timeless lore. It’s a little beat up in spots, but it’s nothing that would detract much from its charm.

Its an old building but it is nice for a fairly large crowd. There are three levels of seating so it is not too hard to find a seat that allows a person to see the stage from their preferred angle/position. I have been to graduations, dance recitals, concerts, etc. there. Other than the seats being narrow it is cozy and comfortable.

Beautiful theatre. Love seeing movies here, especially at an affordable price.

The building needs a good remodeling to compete with the Riley Center aestheticly. However, the owner has gone above and beyond to make it as great as it can be. The atmosphere is a 5, cleanliness a 5, and the owner gives it a family feel instead of a business. It just needs the funding for a makeover.

I apologize for the review/post I had written. I went to the theater with the same name in Des Moines, IA, not MS. I cannot in fairness, review this theater. But do not know how to take away stars. So I revised from 5 to 3 because I assume the theater in MS is fine. Sorry...

Temple theater is a great place with a lot of history every time I go in there I am totally amazed and astonished of the artwork in the type of talent that comes through that building it reminds me a lot like the old singer theater down in New Orleans Louisiana as a child I remember that place in miss it but the temple theater brings back a lot of memories as well similar to the ones of my childhood.

Art Deco heaven and oppulence of a thriving town!

I took the kids to the haunted house tonight 10/21/19 it started a hour late and only lasted 10 minutes we were very disappointed prior years were fun not this year

We went over for the Crabb Family Encore Tour and was wonderful place.

Beautiful Vaudeville era building, but in need of repairs.

The floor seats are always the best and more comfy however they need to remodel/update the entire section. Floor/ second level seating.

The Sucarnochee Revue put on another great show with enough variety for everyone. Music from Hank Williams, to Waylon Jennings to Motown to Johnny Mathis to Johnny Cash to Patsy Cline to the Cathedrals. Jam packed!

A wonderful historic building still used and reaching out to its community. It is mostly run by volunteers who are so friendly and kind.

The temple holds so many great memories for me that Ill always be grateful for I love this place.
