Clean, quiet and well maintained. I dont live there but visit a friend and thats how its been every time I visit.

Eh I lived here for a couple months. Trust me, Its not the best, but not the worst. Its quite, yes, and peaceful, and the houses are beautiful. But the woman who runs this neighborhood is rude, kind of.

A safe and quiet mobile home park near several schools. Good for kids to play outside unsupervised safely.

The older lady that runs it has no idea what she is doing. I dont know how a rude lady like that got with her nice husband. And there is an elderly couple that live in a fifth wheel stay away from them. They go around judging other trailers, when theirs is the ugly one out of the bunch it does not even conform. All together find another place garuntee you will regret it in here!

As a former tenant, my experience with the onsite managers was horrific.

Staff is knowledgeable about which spaces are presently available, and the spaces that are not rented yet are kept well maintained as well as the parks. There is a playground close to the back of the park that my daughter loved.

Just another trailer park except it has a park. Their are a lot of parks in meridian so wouldnt pay a lot for that.
