Place is dirty and the maintenance man is useless.

Lot rent is very high, roads are in very poor condition and management plays favorites, no loud vehicles to include motorcycles

I gave it three stars because Im not really sure how to rate a trailer park. Or why.

Yards are very dirty road maintenece is very bad. I would want to live there.
