We just as some of them is spring summer and fall and I think I did this time to watch the movie and in the spring 2021 going to change her back.

Its not bad for a small theater. Wish it had recliner seating. The theater is small, quaint, and well kept up. Its clean and the staff is nice.

This place is great. . We are on the Regal. Plan cant think of what its actually called at the moment. . Anyways if you download the Regal app And pay $23 a month. You can see unlimited movies. . This is good for them because they actually make all their money off concession. But I dont get the concession very often. Because I dont have any money. But Ive seen all the movies. For the past 2 months

Good theatre Super High Prices!. But big Space to watch movies

Small theater with about 7 screens. Probably one of the smallest concession areas Ive seen in a theater, although they have a decent sized arcade. Theater seats were cloth and didnt recline. Armrests did go up, which is a plus if you want to sit with your legs up. Located right next to the Merced Mall. Ticket prices I thought were a little expensive, considering the dated feel of the theater.

I had a great time at this Regal Theater. The employees have good customer service. Im heading to watch Fantasy Island tomorrow and I cant wait

This theater needs to be repainted and needs a renovation. The movies they showcase are great and they have a diverse selection of films. It’s not a very big theatre, but other than that it’s a great place to watch movies.

I hadnt been at this theater for a while. Its certainly not the most popular (we were there only two people watching this movie!) but the chairs seemed new, and were comfortable, we got in quickly, the sound and picture were great, the staff was quick and efficient and friendly.

My daughter and I watched Frozen 2. Bought the large soda and popcorn deal. Had a great time. New seats in theater 1. Had an excellent time watching the movie with the crowd. We all laughed! Thanks Merced UA Regency!

Its great place to go since I moved here in 1997 but they do need to upgrade their theater for the prices they charge.

I really like this theater. The seats are great. The staff are always smiling, helpful, busy keeping the building clean. I love the popcorn from here also. I love that it is a smaller theater too!.

This place has been here my whole life, its cool to take my daughter here. Good popcorn

Theyve made some serious upgrades to the auditoriums! The layout(s) are finally how they should be! Much more comfortable seating and improved video/audio quality.

Lines to get your tickets are incredibly slow, we waited 15 minutes in line, without moving. Concession lines are also very slow, and it never seams there are enough workers. The theater itself feels old, outdated, and somewhat unsafe. I have seen people here try to start fights. I try to avoid this theater, but sometimes it is the only place to see a particular movie. I do commend Bill for his hard work at keeping this place in shape and running, it must take a lot of effort.

Good theater but just need more employees at night because it seems like they always have 1 guy cleaning and refilling drinks and popcorn, there for it makes costumers miss a lot of time on there film

Everything is pretty standard except for the size and some of the show rooms seem more like chairs just lined up in rows instead of the difference in elevation in the other rooms

Loved it!!! Watched a movie all by myself!!It was great!!! Wish the movie would have been better but oh well!!!!!!

The manager said it takes up to 3 hrs to cook their hot dogs there WOW

Older theater but still good, could use an upgrade tho, the carpets are super worn. Other then that good quality screens.

$1 summer movies on Tuesday and Wednesday are super fun for the kids. I take my five kids and get a large popcorn to share between us. All for less than 20 dollars.

Great and friendly service! The theaters themselves range from small to large and it is always a lovely atmosphere. Has the old theatre feel and definitely one of the towns go to spots.

Really nice small movie theater. Going during some weekdays is very pleasing, you kinda get the whole room to yourself even for popular movies. The staff is also friendly and the bathrooms very well taken care of. I definitely recommend choosing this theater to go and watch a movie.

Cool theatre and main downfall is that its old and been around forever and feels like the seats have never been deep cleaned or upgraded at all

Too expensive. Good theaters nice and friendly staff. Hot fresh popcorn, clean and good setting. It is just too expensive. Should be more cheaper to go to the show!

Although this theater is bad, I will give it an extra star as it at least tries to better than the Downtown theater. This place is already at a disadvantage size wise due to its location. This theater has, I think, 4 rooms that are microscopic. They are narrow and remove middle seating so they can have one single walkway. Their are only seats on the left and right side and the screen is raised so high that you have to bend your neck up to see it. The large theater, is a minor improvement and thats only because it has stadium seating. The seats are very uncomfortable and are put on a minuscule incline, this means that they are not raised high enough to see over the person in fronts head. The screen is disproptiently sized the the theater and because if this the very front seats block the bottom section of the screen. Technically the sound system is terrible, and the projector is only 4K whereas the modern cinema standard is 8K. But hey, at least they tried to make this place better than it used to be, unlike a certain theater located in downtown merced.

I like the theater. They have good popcorn the staff is very friendly, some of the theater rooms may be small but the air is cool and the seating is conffy. Just make sure your not sitting behind a tall person. Lol

Very clean!!! One thing I cant stand is sticky floors and Id say a great of majority of movie theatres ive been to have sticky floors. This company keeps a very clean facility as well as having a very helpful and courteous staff willing to give you and your family an amazing movie experience.

Small theater but outstanding customer service I came in with 6 kids paid at concessions for tickets and snacks all at once and the girl who helped me so quick and polite and gave sharing trays for all the kids I brought without even asking way better than downtown and the kids had a blast

Decent Little theater I was using my movie pass for a whole year and stopped in Merced one night while traveling towards San Francisco for The Walk For Life ...and I attended a movie here using my MoviePass which actually worked very well for me for a whole year by the way despite many comments to the contrary I got a great deal from movie pass so I was not upset (however for awhile regal did upset me because they made a point of putting a little mp on each ticket you buy with a movie pass and felt kind of prejudicial the reasoning why was illogical ) ....anyways this little theater is nice enough & does what its intended to do ....and if theres any fellow Christians out there I want to encourage you to keep the faith keep growing...And if youre not a Christian I invite you to accept Jesus Christ today and be saved : repent and be baptized God bless you all

The new way of purchasing tickets at concession is so weird and deffinately foreign.

I went there with my mom it was an enjoyable the people and was a little between three people on a I spent $48 on a large large soda and three adults

I hate when a movie comes out and I see it listed here instead of at the theatre downtown. The theaters are all tiny with uncomfortable seats, terrible seating arrangements, small screens, and poor audio. The staff are courteous and the theatre is clean. But at the end of the day, you go to the theatre to see movies with a better visual and audio setup than you have at home and this place does not meet that.

A little old and outdated but it gets the job done. I still got love for theater by the mall. Used to come here as a kid, now I bring my kids.

Staff is friendly and the theatre shows a great selection of movies, always a good environment as well.

Great selection of movies keeps up with the hits and smaller theaters which means you dont feel trapped with a million people in one room.

Im sorry but watching a movie here is like watching a movie at home on your big screen TV. There is only one big screen and the rest are small. IDK why I keep coming back here just to leave dissapointed again. The movie we saw was good though

It was cool. The movie was a tear jerker. We were the only ones in our particular movie. Everything was clean and comfortable.

I enjoy going to this Theater. The employees are courteous and friendly. As busy as they are at times at the concession stand, so never feel I am rushed. I prefer going to this one than the one downtown. I do have one question, why is it that during movie an employee will come in with flashlight in hand, stand in front on the side for short period and them leave ? Keep up the good customer service !!

I know its an old theater. She on her last leg but damn the audio coming out of them speaker are there terrible. Took my kids to watch incredible2 there was so much static, if they gonna charge same price like other theater at least make thing work properly.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE WENT TO SEE WITH MY HIJA THE CURSE OF LA LLORONA KOOL FLICK BUT THE POPCORN & SODA HELLA EXPENSIVE WOW BUT POPCORN WAS GOOD SO I ATLEAST GIVE EM THAT CANT WAIT TO GO AGAIN .

Workers were very polite and professional. Screen is a little too high but workable and its not stadium seating. Have to keep your head up the whole time. The worst part was that they dont providing drink carriers or large enough trays for popcorn sharing . For the price you pay those things should be provided.

Love visiting with my husband. Enjoy spending our couple night out at the movies.

Nice place to go watch a movie, but food prices are outrageous. Cost me $31 for popcorn 3 waters red vines and nachos! Utterly ridiculous!

Dont expect anything fancy this theatre is very dated and a bit dingy but clean, it does the job. I personally dislike that there is a walkway down the center of the movie your going to watch because I like to sit in the center not in the sides. The have a concession stand that sell all the regular stuff candy, popcorn, nachos and soda. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Bathrooms are clean and theres 3 to a stall. If your in a date or out with friends dont expect to hang out here before the movie there is only one bench and the lobby its small. I personally think for this theatre the price is a little too high. I think they would make more money lowering their pricing and therefore people would rather come to this one for the price than on main Street .

If youre wealthy, have fun!If you have even a speck of poverty, they will treat you with minimal respect. Specially that fat guy at the door... Garbage small screen theater...

This place is ok. Very small but guess its still better than my couch and TV at home when you need a night out with your kids and other half.

Pretty ok joint. The theaters are small except they have 1 or 2 bigger screens. This theater usually only gets major films once in a while. The popcorn might be slightly better than average. The staff knows a little bit better than average how to use my Samsung pay. So this is why I say its ok.

I took my nephew on 8/12 to see Pete thr Dragon. I fell going up a few stairs. It was dark and i hurt my right side of my body. My rating is low due to management not even doing a follow up call to see how I am doing. They took my information. What burned was being asked were there witnesses? two ladies helped me up. Now maybe contacting an attorney sounds good.

We havent even made it into the theater yet and its already a horrible experience. A woman In front of us in line had bought her 8 tickets online, and when she got here there were no seats all together for her (understandable) and she wanted to switch them out for a later showing. That showing was sold out, and I only needed 2 tickets, but they wouldnt let us buy the seats she just turned in. Then when she said she changed her mind and wanted a couple of them back (because I wanted to buy them straight from her) they girl at the box office told her Nope, I already started returning them.So rude and frustrating!

Restrooms needed to be kept up there was toilet paper on floors toilets need to be kept up.. ticket booth sales more friendlier as in hi how are you today how can I help you other than that it was great.
