They have a great variety of art and a gift shop.

Attending a friends piano concert here. There were art displays to look at while waiting for the concert to start and during intermission. Staff sold drinks (including alcohol) and snacks. Everything was very professional and nice and everyone was wonderful. They do accept card payments!

The Merced MAC is a great place to go when you want to experience artists work. Both local and away. There are pieces for sale and they have a large range of prices. I have seen some at $20 and some for over $1000. There were many pieces that I liked but these two were my favorite.

This is a must see. Local artists featured often from diverse groups of people from all walks of life, facing different trials. The art is amazing. I, personally could spend hours in here. Always something new to discover. They have classes and events held often.

First time here! Its really neat inside. I also had no idea they had different classes happening there. I saw a ballet dance class, hip hop dance class, and several others. This is definitely something to look attend and see what new things they have going on!!

This is a great small art gallery featuring a lot of local artists. The main display changes every few months and there is generally a small reception with wine and snacks when it does. Most of the shows have a theme and its really interesting to see how different artists interpret each theme. At the opening receptions you can frequently talk to most of the featured artists which is a lot of fun.

Great place to hold your receptions surrounded by great art work. If you like some of the art work so much you can buy it.

This venue offers a wide array of local art. The lobby is filled with beautiful art pieces regularly changed out to support various local artists. There are classes for kids and adults, ballet, theatre, etc. Check out their website for more info. They also partner will theatre troupes to put on amazing shows and events! Cant say there is nothing to do in this little town until youve checked into the MAC!

Great place where many events have been held. I greatly enjoy this place as it is also an area where local artist come to display their art and/or music. I would love to see more events happen in this place!

There are two new shows at the MAC. In the main entry area is the Stories of War;and upstairs are paintings and photos from artists who submitted art at their county fairs.

I love the different exhibits that the director a d team being to Merced. Hopefully after the construction around them is over itll be as lively as it deserves!

Very good place, a different kind of experience from usual Merced downtown. They often have events during the weekends, its better to check their Facebook page as they keep the page updated always. Some of the events need prior registration/tickets so make sure you have the proper ticket. They have a story telling every two weeks which is free. Its really good experience.

Theres always something neat happening here, check the website or Facebook to see what events are going on here. The space is wonderful with lots of space for artwork and for people to mingle.

I love that they have art for kids each month. Cannot wait to go back for next art project.

Went to go see the Dia De Los Muertos exhibit and it was awsome! I just wish the exhibit had explanations of everything in Spanish being that it is a Mexican Tradition and all.

Great place for viewing work from local artists. Also 3rd Saturday of month, January through November at 10:30AM there is a great ukulele jam with anywhere from 30 to 70 ukulele players.

The perfect place for regular exhibitions of beautiful art, stunning performance, and impactful arts education. A significant contributor to the culture of Merced and the Valley overall.

Hidden gem. The out side of the building does not reflect the inside of the center. Walls filled with art and sculptures. Awesome.

This place really is great. There is usually something going on as far as music, the open gallery is pretty good. They painting they sell are mostly local are really pretty good. Prices arent crazy either. Easy to get in contact with the artists as well. Head in there are spend a few minutes looking around, its worth it.

This is a cool place I dont know a whole lot about it but friendly folks that are very nice to talk to.

I bought a beautifully done artistic quilt tapestry. The artist even autographed it for me! For a mere $20.

Seen a play here, high school the musical it was fantastic.

Awesome community space with great vibe...the staff give it that professional and warming care. Super recommend it to the community, non-profits, n public agencies to support this well needed component in downtown Merced by hosting your events there...prices are very frugal. Muchas gracias, MMAC!!

Coming from a big city I was really surprised at the quality of Art. If you are visiting Merced and looking for something to do, and have an appreciation for the Arts this is a must-see.

Great environment and place to hop in and view some local art for free. They offer a lot of classes for adults and kids and usually have a multitude of events scheduled.

Its wonderful to experience art events in our community. And the MAC is doing a great job of exposing the community to a variety of arts. The MACs Dia De Los Muertos is a shining example of this!

Beautiful building with two floors of art exhibits, black box theater for events, third floor rooms for dance lessons and other events. Very nice venue.
