Rockin Jump is a great place for the kids to go burn off extra energy. The kids always have a great time playing basketball, playing dodgeball, climbing the rock wall, even just jumping around from trampoline to trampoline. overall its a great time to be had by everyone you can be a kid again!

My kids had so much fun and it was clean

I want to give this place 5 stars because the inside is clean and my kids have fun. But outside is filthy. The workers there are no fun and seem like they hate their job. Only fun people who enjoy being around kids should be working there.

This place was nice. My kids had fun. Loved the fact that they included a mini rock climbing area where my kids got a chance to experience it.

I came here to join a birthday party 2 weeks ago. It was my first trampoline experience. My high school did not have a gymnastics program. I was so intimidated but so jealous because it looked like so much fun. I eventually joined in and had a super fun afternoon. This is great, I cant wait to go back.

This was the first time I did my daughters bday here and they do everything, including the cake cutting! Our hostess was Erika and was amazing. I was so nervous handing over everything to a stranger to carry out all the details, but she did everything and was simply amazing! She let me know when she was going to start the dodgeball game for the kids and was on top of serving the kids their pizza, cake, drinks!! I highly recommend having a party here and request Erika!!

Kids had fun. For Wednesday 2 hours was 12 dollars. Had given it 5 stars originally but on Friday my experience was enough to deter me from returning with my children. Giselle our host was awesome but the customer service I received from Nathan G was enough to erase Giselles 5 star performance.

This is a great place for kids. My daughter loves coming here, shell ask me to bring her every time she remembers. They have a little play area that kids can climb up in and has some simple, fun obstacles that lead to the slide. Theres a climbing wall in the back and right beside it is the slam dunk zone. The dodgeball area has soft foam sports balls. There are two free jump areas, one is strictly for kids 6 and under. In the front theres a stunt bag to jump onto. I havent tried anything from the food court yet but they do have a party room available for booking.

I had my sons birthday party here recently and our experience was so pleasant! Their staff was very, very friendly (Destiny & Stephanie) when I booked his party I was able to set up ahead of time and surprise my son. I would highly recommend this place for all they do to make your child feel special on their big day! Especial shout out to our party host Nathan, he made this experience truly amazing and memorable for my child. Thanks for all your help. You are truly an asset to Rockin Jump!

Because my butt cheeks started to hurt so bad the next day., ( do butt cheeks have bones?) and there was this girl running around and calling me a teriyaki chicken and I broke my back and they do not have no ac so we we’re all burning in there and and it’s small and a lot of people and the employees were not doing there job of looking at the kids and making sure there safe and they looked lazy and the same little girl that was running around hit me with a doge ball and said I’m a pepperoni pizza and hit me in the privacy and they had some activities closed that why y’all need workers and they made me pay so much to work out ( jump) and I broke my toes

Took my son for his birthday. I even decide to to jump. Oh my god it got me tired. But my kids have fun. Its a great place to take family are friends.

Took our daughter for her birthday and the manager, Erin checked us in. She was so helpful and very nice. We had a bit of an issue and she went beyond our expectation to help us out. My kids jumped for an hour and they had a blast. We will definitely be back.

I was shocked at how small this place was. Im from Southern California and I was visiting my mom over the Easter weekend and I couldnt believe it was as expensive as the places in Southern California but a fourth of the space. It is definitely not worth $12 an hour. The Sky Zones in Southern California are $12 an hour and are four times the size.

Understaffed. Came in 45 minutes early because I knew I had to process the waiver and wanted to order food for the kids so they could eat. There were quite a few kids with the family in front of us. There were 2 girls working the guest line registers. While we waited in line, I gave the kids money and told them to order their food so we could save time. They went to order food and quickly came back saying there was a sign on the food counter that asks guests to order at the main guest line for check in. At this point we had not checked in yet. After checking in and ordering food, i asked the kids to use the restroom and change their socks so that they were ready when jump time started at 4:00. I noticed that during this time, the girl that took our order at the register was still helping new customers and at this point it was about 15 minutes until jump time started. I walked up to her and asked if anyone was starting the food? She was very nice but had said that she would be the one to get the order ready... so I asked how long it would take because the kids needed to eat before jump time started which was only 15 minutes away. She said it would take about 5-10 minutes for the food and that she would start on it right after helping the customers she was helping. She said she didnt start the food order right after we placed it because she had to help the other girl that was working the register for guest line check in and it was only them 2. My complaint is that you arent finished helping your customer after they place an order and pay... you should have completed our order before helping a new customer in line. While the food ended up being done by 3:52 and the kids ate in time to start jumping at 4:00, this is still poor customer service due to being understaffed. Help the customers in line, first come, first served all the way... customers that have paid and are waiting should not have to wait because there are more customers in line behind them. Complete the order all the way next time. Poor management of coverage...

Took my nephew for his Birthday, it was our frist time being there omg just perfect for a 3 & 4 yr and also my 16 yr they had a blast. Just wish the rock wall was fixed, it was under construction my nephew would of loved it. What boy doesnt like to climb. Highly recommended if you have kids.

Sometimes its a little more busy than other times but my kids really enjoyed playing on the trampolines.. They have a Dodge ball area and a rock climbing wall. They also have concession where you can buy food & drinks. There are also rooms that you can rent for birthday parties or other special events. You pay by the hour for jumping. Im not sure how much it is for parties

Had a birthday party for my daughter’s 13th for 10 friends and it was great! Had Gray as my party hostess and she was awesome, she made sure everything was clean and on time and a huge help to getting through! Daughter had a blast with her friends, couldn’t have been easier!

My daughter loves this place. It is well takin care of and the staff are all very nice and friendly and some even play with the kids while monitoring the trampolines.

If you have kids 3 and older great way to use some energy has even put young ones to nap on way out

Finally something family related in this lame ass city... Merced is so behind the times and has a university here where they should be trying to attract people with activities in the city.. all the great universities are in attractive cities... Rockin jump is nothing special but its just something for people to enjoy... Clean facilities and just a cool way to blow a hour or 2.. food is expensive tho like way more than it should be but whatever its a cool environment... Lots of parking and easy to locate.. kids love it and I always see adults jumping too

I was super excited to go to this place and I was thinking about it for days until we went. We were going to the place and we went online and it had on the website saying all of these things about the lights from 8-10 and thats was what we were doing so when we got there this family was waking out of the place and we tried opening the doors but there were locked and the lady said that they were closed. And so we knocked on the window and the person came through the door and said that they hadnt had their lights set up yet even though they had a banner in the place saying that they had lights and they also said it on the website. So we are gonna go again and do it earlier and hope they they arent closed again. Im also gonna see how good of quality this place has.

Clean, and friendly environment and wonderful distraction for the kids. Lots of options to play and eat. Never crowded, and always fun.

There are workers making sure that all the kids are following rules so that no one gets hurt I really liked that cause my daughter is 5 and there are bigger kids

It looked a little run down and there computers were slow so I had sign another waver. Other than that a fun time.

We went here today with four kids ranging in ages from 2 to 13. The younger kids had an ok time but my 13 year old didnt have fun at all. There arent as many options as the one in Fresno. Some of the employees are friendly, the rest are rude and strict. My sister was told not to hold her 2 year olds hands while jumping and they watch you like hawks which makes the environment sort of tense. I paid 29 dollars for my two kids to jump for an hour...I wont be returning any time soon.

They close at 8pm. Website advertises rockin Friday and saturdays from 8pm - 10pm but they close at 8pm. So disappointed. Welcome new fun for kids to Merced however it together. Also teens need a place to have safe fun here why close at 8???
