I love supporting local businesses, especially when customer service is excellent and they have great knowledge on all things hockey. I always take my son’s skates to get sharpened there. They have the knowledge to really take care of equipment to make sure it lasts all season long. Not all sporting goods stores are created equal!

I have never had a bad experience there. Owner is very knowledgeable and will help you find the right piece of equipment, not the most expensive. You’ll get a list of pros and cons with every item there. Always been a great help.

I placed an order for 2 CCM helmets and a CCM stick through a high school program in mid May 2018. On May 22nd Hockey Zone charge my account and I paid. I didnt receive the helmets until the end of August. I still havent received the stick and its November 23rd. I have called 10 to 15 times and just keep being told that they havent received the sticks. I stopped in the store today, again getting very poor customer service. I was told that they just credited my account for the stick. I received no email or call that they werent going to honor their sale of the stick while playing around with my money for over 6 months . Hockey Zone has very poor customer service, is a very poor company and I would not recommend them to anyone. If I could rate them less than 1 I would.
