Despite being in a beautiful location and having a gorgeous interior, unfortunately, this club is too far gone to re-build any redeeming reputation. The hostile and toxic work environment for employees makes it very difficult to provide great service to guests. There is no leadership that is present nor interested in supporting the staff and club members. The staff is not trained, cared for or even treated with respect which means unfortunately, guests are not either. Staff are not paid their wages, tips and rightful earnings. I hope this club is able to create a positive, encouraging and inspiring leadership team that will treat staff with fairness which will ultimately provide the best experience to the members.

Had a wonderful womens Summer Social golf outing at RC on June 17. The weather was perfect for a fun round and the course was in really good condition too. The Social part included yummy skewers of chicken, steak and shrimp, with fresh veggie cups and fruit. Take a look at that dessert table! Lots of variety and bite-sized. Even had iced coffee with all the fixins. Really nice job RC!

Very cool spot. Came here for a wedding reception and it was nice. The reception hall overlooks the golf course. There is an outdoor area which is covered and attached to the main hall. The hall is large and spacious. Parking is ample. Staff is friendly. I would recommend this spot for hosting an event.

Loved this place. Excellent food, beverages, wait staff excellent. Wonderful place for every type of event.

Im not sure you could ruin a wedding day more if you tried. One of the worst run facilities I have ever been to. Sarah, Rob and Cindy are the most worthless and incompetent people I have ever met. Would not recommend holding your wedding here. The staff was so bad on our wedding day that we ended up getting a refund. We had 3 different event coordinators in 9 months and none of them wrote down the details of our wedding day, so when the day came they missed on everything we discussed. They were short staffed for our wedding, so food wasnt served on time and everything was behind schedule. When complaining to the General manager, she put her hands on my father and I and told us to stop complaining or she would call the cops... even though she put her hands on us and venue was behind and couldnt get our cake served, bar restocked, coffee refilled and buffet refilled with food. That is just a few of the 29 issues we experienced on our wedding day. Needless to say they ruined our wedding day, never want to step back on the property of this course again.

Good food. A little pricey at times for what it is. Great selection of gluten free which is a must for our family (dietary restriction).

They hosted my schools prom. They had great food, great service, and nice people there. The balcony was set up very nicely. The only thing I didnt like was the dance floor was very small for the 300 of us that were there.

You can only put so much lipstick on a pig, the venue is beautiful but the staff is awful. They ruined my husbands and I wedding day by not getting anything correct and falling behind the whole night. Wish I never held my wedding here. Could have spent half the money and had a better day at a better run venue.

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception here and it was absolutely beautiful. Sarah and rob was amazing Sarah was there to assist us with all of our last minute changes and questions. Everything turned out perfectly. Thank you Riverclub of mequon for making our day perfect and beautiful

I love this place. Went there for a party and the people were nice and friendly the drinks were great. Love the outdoor setting by the pool.

Club of choice - there are many fine courses in SE Wisconsin. The River Club ranks among the best. Quality management and top of the line grounds crew. And it consistently improves.

River Club is a place i would recommend but i wish there was a Water Slide

As a past member for a year, I must say that this Country Club dazzled me both inside and outside. I knew it would be stunningly beautiful, however waiting for our Summer months to arrive in WI is a challenge. But what a super, awesome place to spend those four months of Summer. I welcomed the lively Nines Bar and Restaurant. But it was the second floor deck facing the Western sunsets with live music on Wednesday nights, that unfolds the perfect summer evening. All the employees were very nice and professional.

Booked a Bday Party for sons 10th bday in their game room. A couple days before the party they called and said, they already had the game room book, you can have an empty room and bring a Wii. They provided a projector. What a joke!!! Wont be back.

As a neighbor of The River Club, I was very disappointed yesterday when their mowers cut down the beautiful grasslands they had bordering the golf course.Milkweed there was full of monarch butterflies laying eggs, with caterpillars everywhere. In a couple seconds, it was gone.With all the publicity of the declining monarch population, you would think their Board of Directors would have had some insight.I am so sad and disappointed in their environmental awarenes!!

This was my second time visiting River Club of Mequon, this time for a family wedding. The food was great and so was the venue.

Summer swim team, swim lessons and open swim are all great. I love to relax by the pool. Plus, it is really never to crowded to grab a cocktail by the pool.
