You can NEVER go wrong with this place a kids dream games pizza cotton candy and ice-cream what else could a kid ask for. Always clean and a great atmosphere for kids and adults
We had a lot of fun here! The staff followed all precautions and rules regarding COVID19 safety. The building and activities were very clean.
Its really run down and some of the games do not work or are closed because of covid-19 (including the tunnels for kids to crawl through). The food is over priced and the pizza is nothing to remember. We went for the Halloween glow party and there was no glow about it. They turned down the lights once but never handed out treat bags. We had to go ask for one and it did not contain glow bracelets. There was no dance party either. Overall the place really just needs to be updated. My 3 year old still had a good time so that is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1.
The staff was really nice. Not crowded at all. Most people were not wearing mask, I was, and people provided me with comfortable distancing. A lot of games are closed to provide distancing and hand sanitizer stations are provided.
Good variety of games and much more value for your money than other arcades in the area.
Its fine, fun for the family but the pizza is definitely subpar, nobody comes here for the pizza explicitly though
Great games. clean. go support them
I think it is a very good place for kids to run and play around. They also have good food. There pizza is made perfect. There drinks are just drinks. They have a jungle gym to play in. I think all kids would love this place.
Thats my favorite Chuck e cheese place
In here hiding out from the polar vortex. Its not as good as Round 1 for games but my boys still enjoy it. Plus its only $30 for 2 game cards unlimited play for an hour. Seems reasonable Quick update: This maintenance dude (see pic) really seems to hate kids which is ironic with his career choice. He wasnt rude to my little monster but ignored him when he tried to say a game was broken. Not cool. Im taking away a star.
Affordable fun for kids and family. We came for my nephews party and it wasnt bad. He had a great time and so did the family. It was pretty cramped in there though. So many people and so little space, like they tried to cram as much as they could unto the limited square footage. So it was a little difficult when it came to tables and seating after our party time ended and they had to immediately move us out for their next party. Despite how cramped it was in general it wasnt bad.
Out of my age group. Was for birthday party. Kids did love it. Not me
It wasnt crowded and we ll e the pizza
This place is sad, dirty, and a rip-off. The games are a decent value (30 minutes for like $15) but the overpriced terrible food takes forever to order and when it comes out it is the lowest quality allowed by law. The salad bar (for what it is) is dangerously under-tended and the few items available are room temperature and wilting. They would definitely benefit from a mobile ordering system so that customers don’t have to try to entertain their kids while standing in a ridiculous line forever to order food
Service was ok, not great. Hot wings and fries were awesome!! That is all I ate. Kids had fun playing. Didnt get to see them much since they were having a great time playing.
The pizza was not that good but the grandkids said they had fun so guess it was fine. The security seems good for matching kids and parents before leaving.
Going downhill fast. Latest incident with employee Mariah telling me that she was triggered by my son because he didnt make eye contact with me when I said something to him, and that behavior like his is why her brother went to foster care. What?? Other than the lack of professional service..half the games dont print tickets, the place is always dirty and under staffed. So sad, we spent many years at this location!
This just isnt the Chuck E. Cheeses I remember. Being an adult Im not going to poo-poo the place or employees be wise this is just a kid friendly place w/o arcade games Id be interested in playing. Games of luck/chance to win tickets to redeem for cheap toys and candies. When you purchase your play cards, its my belief that loading time is better than loading tokens. I didnt eat here but the pizzas I saw looked good.
Fun for the kids!!! Great for a birthday party!!
This was by far the worst experience ever. Long story short, my sister ordered $80 worth of food....45minutes later I check on the order, it took 15 minutes before someone came assisted me, she said, “Your order will ready in 15 minutes”. So 30 minutes later still no food. I spoke with the assistant manager she says, “I’ll be right back”. She comes out with the manager who says, “ I delivered this food”. I said, “Not to that table”. He then apologized saying that they delivered the food to the wrong table. He said we will remake your food. Again 40 minutes later still no food..... so we ended leaving with hungry children going somewhere elseThis place was unorganized
Salad bar was 5 star omg. So many cool games the employees were really good and friendly. Place was clean. Will go here again whenever I’m close to mentor with my daughter
Always Under staffed. You need to plan carefully if you want to avoid party time. Machines need better maintenance and disinfecting. We saved up for a toy worth 3000 points, we got it home, it was JUNK. Taking it back tomorrow.
Tons of fun for my kids. Staff was super pleasant even though we were there later in the evening.
Extremely overpriced considering what you get. Food quality is terrible. Selection was minimal. Alot of the same types and styles of machines. Staff was friendly though, so theres that
In some ways it is better, with the wristband cards that can be loaded for unlimited play instead of buying a bucket of tokens. In some ways it is worse, everything spits out tickets almost. Low key the focus is on getting tickets over having fun first, at least for my kids it seems that way.The toys are still crummy... same Chinese junk. But, the toys dont even matter.
Place was clean, staff were friendly, pizza was great. Would definitely recommend for birthday parties! Everything was fast, efficient and affordable! Very happy with our experience
Food good...grandchildren really had a great time.
It was a very nice for my Neice Myhia she had a great birthday turning the Big 3 year old.
Employees are nice but games are limited and the prices are absurd. Its a silhouette of what it used to be when I grew up. Just go to Dave and Busters.
The kids and I had a great time here. I was able to find a coupon online for them to play all the wanted for an hour and I was able to relax at a nearby table. Its all very open, so I could sit and relax, while watching them safely play. The staff was very helpful when a couple of games were not working properly.
Took the grandkids here today. Excellent place for families of all ages. Mostly younger ones have the best times. The pizza is excellent, salad bar fantastic, and if your nerves are going downhill you can actually grab a beer! The staff and management are very customer friendly. They really help you keep an eye on your kids. We had a great time!
Great service, food was good, and most important the kids had a blast!!
My 6 year old had a blast here! Food was a bit pricey (almost $30 for a pizza, pop and beer) Props for adding beer to the menu and the pizza was better than expected!
Always have a good time when going here! Online deals make it more affordable and as long as you stay away from the tunnels things seem safe. I think having Chuck E. Cheese toss tickets the way they do to children is an extremely poor practice and dangerous but everything else is fun and kept working well!
Decent pizza. Very fun for kids for their birthday party.
My kids had a great time. Bailey was our party host and she was absolutely fabulous! So up beat, happy, fun and just great to work with. Cant wait to have the next party in the Summer.
Ive only been in one Chuck E. Cheese my whole life, so I dont know how they should normally appear, but there were tables that no one was sitting at with left over food, cups, and plates. It didnt appear overly clean, and it wasnt overly busy. Kids had a great time regardless.
Great customer service and very clean.
Havent been in since it has changed. Kids had a blast. Employees were all nice and helpful. Place was clean.
This place is fun for the grandson. Good food too.
Trash everywhere not a clean empty table in the whole establishment. Round 1 from now on.
Went here for a birthday party. It was lots of fun. There wasnt as much as I expected, but my daughter had fun. The pizza was pretty good.
Nasty. Ordered a pizza and it came sloppy and someone bit a slice. Stay away
Staff was great and response to any issues that develop!
It was tons of fun even as a teenager. The games are lots of fun to play for a reasonable price. The only thing that was kinda bad about it was the pizza, it wasnt that good.
Lots of games for both myself and 7 year old son to enjoy. Love the new swipe card feature. Only thing that bummed us out was that there was no buffet option since school was called off that day.
My kids love this place. Clean and safe also
Great place for a kids birthday party!
Our kids had a great time, staff is friendly, my only criticism is the restroom needed attention. ..good venue for a great kids party.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! My family and were visiting the US and spent a bit of our vacation in the Cleveland, Ohio area. We are from England. What an absolutely horrible experience that no parent wants to go through with their child. My wife and I took our three and five year olds to chuck e cheeses in Mentor. We dont go out to places like this often so I wanted to treat my kids to a night of fun on this family vacation. Little did I know, I was in for a night of horrors. To start the night off, my son eagerly ran up to the mouse to hug him and I took a photo. When my son approached the mouse, the employee in costume shoved the kids away. How could such an employee work at an establishment whose target market is young children? I was appalled. The mouse also reeked of cigarettes and booze.. Later I was looking for the bathrooms and accidentally made my way to the kitchen, what I saw next left me speechless. A MANAGER cooking pizzas and kneading dough... WITHOUT GLOVES. This is not only disgusting but is a safety hazard. I believe the managers name was Mark. Needless to say I will not be coming back, and in my humble opinion I believe this place should be condemned ASAP... Also, the staff was very rude to me when I voiced my concerns, even mocked the way I speak (I have a speech impediment). Im hurt, sad, and didnt know where to turn. If this review keeps one happy family from going through this It will be worth my time.
Good for very little kids and the pizza is not as bad as it use to be.. buy its still not good food. Lol
My kids love it everytime they get stuck on Batman can never pull them off of it
Chuck E. wasnt very friendly. The characters werent very interactive throughout the visit. Kids had more fun in the climbing tubes that were free than the games and fun card paid for.
Very unorganized. Took 2 hours to get food they never made
Good place to take little kids but beware chuckie looks scary to some
One of the cleaner locations. Never too crowded. I can always find a seat. Staff is friendly and bathrooms are clean. Food comes out quickly and fresh.
Ashlynn... Is a mind reader. She was AWESOME! Janet was also great! Thx guys
We were there on a Sunday & we had a wonderful time. Our hostess was the best. We will be back.
Came here for my sons birthday party. He had a blast. We are now having my daughters party there
Chuck cheese the best place for kids.
Took the boys for a birthday party. This Chuck E. Cheese better than others. The pizza was not like cardboard. More the consistency of a thinner Little Cesars pizza. The boneless barbeque chicken wings were okay not exceptional. Out of a small order I had 2 overdone and 1 gristle. They serve Pepsi products! Plenty of fun games for the kids and adults. Moderately priced.
Just the same awesome kiddo experience from our childhood brought up to date with passes and play time versus tokens.
The one positive thing I can say is that all of the rides and the games were in operating condition. The employee at the door was very pleasant but the one behind the cashier acted like it was a huge imposition to have us in the store. I made the mistake of ordering the lunch buffet before looking at it. The salad was inedible. I didnt dare complain because of the rude treatment to a customer before me. With the money I spent I could have gone to the Science Center or the Natural History Museum.
Came here last night with my family and daughters friend, after noticing a woman walking around stealing tickets and asking kids to swipe their cards for her kids, I alerted staff. I then noticed my daughters friends card went missing! I alerted a lady (i wish I had gotten her name but she had a blue shirt on with blonde hair) I gave her my receipt with our card numbers and she approached the woman who now had a card hanging from her wrist, the woman got our card back, gave my daughters friend 800 extra tickets towards a prize too. Although the woman shouldve been kicked out, the woman who worked here was amazing and handled things on our end perfectly.
Fun place for kids! Good pizza. Celebrate kids Birthdays with lots of games and special attention! Or do a family outing
Never received any of the food we spent $81 on.
Its obviously a place for kids, so it is improper to judge on any other criteria, but in that regard, the kids love the place, the food, etc. Its clean, considering that many kids, and a friendly, patient staff
This place is just great. Our daughter had a blast! Pizza is awesome too!
Love the cali pizza. Games are fun but not enough to keep mom and dad occupied for longer than an hour. Clean. Kids love it.
Such an awesome birthday party! Our host was Britt and she was amazing!
It was great, my little niece who is 1 even had something to do! Along with the 3 year old, has combinations of different things to do depending on age of kid, and pretty cheap!
Nice selection of games. Pizza is delicious! They have it big kids section, and little kids section.
Great for kids, Of course. Food is..........not great, but staff increadible.
Soooooo expensive. Kids love it. New cards purchased in minutes are an improvement. But soooooo expensive.
The staff was helpful, the games were fun for the kids and the food was better then expected.
Great place to take your kids.
Great place to take kids 2-12 years old.Free crawl center, kept relatively clean.Friendly staff, couple use 1 or 2 more staff members when busy. This location regularly has Chuck E. Come out and leads the kids in a parade with song and dance at the end. Either once every 30 min or once an hour.Pizza is ok, better than it use to be. Bundling food with game tokens saves a bunch of money, otherwise I would probably eat else where most of the time.
Here for a bday party. Amazing staff. Eric is awesome.
Had a great time but the chuck ride/picture was broken
Looks mostly like Slot Machines.. Very Crowed with Birthday Row after Row Parties
I feel like the food is a little pricy for a family of four but worth it bc the kids have so much fun!
Is okay for the kids, but costly on their food pizza and drinks combos
Fun for the kids. Food is fresh.
Thee absolute worst place ever!!! Took my children there for a little kindergarten graduation fun. Looked online at the register to get coupons, noticed there was a 2 for $22 in Tuesday’s. Asked the cashier for the special, she went and got manager bc wasn’t sure of how to rung it up. Long story short, he told me I wasn’t getting my pizza very rudely!! Had a back and forth of words and left. I’ve spent so much money there and needless to say I’ll NEVER GO BACK!!!
Love goin here wit the kids
Dirty and over crowded. Nice staff but the environment could have been a lot better to be a place for kids.
Ok food for kids. Some service is awesome and some (at the counter) isnt. Pricey.
Just a great place for family fun
My boy had so much fun
Machines werent giving tickets and although the machines for fixed eventually we didnt get the tickets were lost. Worst Chuck e Cheese we have been to The kids had fun this the 3 stars
I liked the tokens much better
Wife and I took kids here today. While we were out playing games they came by and cleared our table which still had half our pizza on it plus all 4 of our drinks. When I asked the mgr about getting a refund for our pizza he said not with out our reciept. Which was on our table with our pizza and drinks and was also tossed out. He still wouldnt help even though the cashier said she rang us up and told him what we had. Asked for corporate number and recieved a bunch of attitude from him way to go mark H. Way to provide guest service. Will still be calling corporate
Just what you’d expect. Like that they now have “all you can play” cards
The place gets crowded fast. Glad we went early enough to get some games in.
