Its not a bad court for menomonie, no crazy rif raf and no drug problems. The street could use some love but all in all a good place.

Ya, managers here are completely unprofessional, this place is in a nice area but the manager William has no business being a manager, they need an adult managing this place.

The landlord managers are very rude and do not do anything you ask. They dont keep anything confidential. They will talk about you to anyone in the trailer court so everyone knows your business.
