I love this place. Its great. They are patient with beginners and know when to give a push for the more experienced aerialist. Great community atmosphere. The instructors are kind and highly skilled.

Danielle is skilled, knowledgeable & an experienced aerialist / teacher who understands the importance of safe rigging & using apparatuses free from tears or defects. Danielle & Seth own & operate the gym, in a way, that brings positive energy, encouragement & professionalism from their instructors which I appreciate as a client/aerial student. Ive been training in the aerial arts with HE for two years and feel very fortunate for finding this hidden jem in the city!
