Awesome store and me personally being only recently curious about the lifestyle, i went in here not knowing what to expect. It is a high quality adult toy store that is gay themes and focuses on the lgbt side a lil more than just “vanilla” lol! They carry all sorts of high quality items for all types of folks and their tastes. Prices are well set, staff are all very very friendly and helpful with your interests. But most inportantly if u are like me and love to add some incense, nail polish remover or lether conditioner, this is ur place! They have ALL the best brands and they stock the REAL THING! I love this store and i will be going there very soon!! Thanks to all of you at Inz & Outz for making every trip to memphis from Kennett, Missouri worthwhile ️

OMG I had the best time shopping here! Im so sorry to say I did not get the fellas name who was helping my husband and myself, but he was amazing! Very helpful and attentive, talked and laughed with us for almost an hour as he explained his different suggestions for items we were looking for. He made it fun and made us feel very comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend this place and WILL be back again!

Great selection so you wont be disappointed there. However, the shocker comes when you notice the prices. This store is extremely taxing ($$$). I have never paid such a premium for the items I bought. The customer service (older gentleman) like the prices could use some adjustments. Its an adult store so you will likely find what you are looking for.

Big selection, but kind of pricey. They dont carry a lot of the well known brands that I see at other stores. The staff are always helpful and polite. Its nice when the people seem more like they are doing something they enjoy.

I was very amazed that it wasnt window tinted. But Im very very pleased with the customer service it was Awesome. And it wasnt expensive like other places. So I give you a 5star rating

Good selection however everything is more than double the price of what you would expect. Order the stuff online or get at one of the other store less than 5 miles away for half the price. I will never spend money in here again and strongly suggest shopping elsewhere. I mean really over 50 bucks for something you can get for 10 bucks elsewhere and all the guy behind the desk did was bad mouth other stores. Very unprofessional

My spot for the summer rush, it but, if you want cheaper products, there are facilities near the airport with the exact same products for less than half the cost at Inz&Outz... Try it!

Horrible customer service

Probably the only adult store that actually posts stuff online, others dont even have their business hours. They had exactly what i wanted, and even had a broader selection than I expected, they have more than just lingerie, and school girl outfits.My only issue is it didnt feel like he wanted me to stay as long as i did, but I could be wrong, and he still helped me by answering my questions, so im not bothered by it.
