It was fun UNTIL THEY DIDNT ALLOW MY 18 YEAR OLD NEIGHBOR TO COME AND BOUNCE WITH US. 0/10 would demolish again. (Just kidding. I though this was monkey island. 1/10 would possibly review again.. after I go.)

Great place to have a party. They give most time and they are the best price. Kids had so much fun they love it. Can’t wait to come back next year for kids party!!!

Lets just say the best prices in town!! Had my sons 1st Birthday Party here! Place was BIG, Clean, Organized and our party host was very attentive. Lots of bounce houses the kids loved it! They had a really nice separated areas for parties and pizza was really good! Cant wait to come back!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I just had a party October 22nd,2016... they do not say verbally all the info that is in the contract, the guy in charge is very short answered and looks at people like we are idiots and dont understand what he is saying. He told us the deposit was $200 which it was given to him, then a week or 2 weeks later we went to give more $ to lower the cost. Later we found another place so we wanted to cancel with monkey zone so he said he was going to keep the $500 that were given rather than just the $200 deposit. At the end of the party he said we were over 9 people from which we had told him we were going to have so they charge $9.50 per person. This place is very unprofessional, the staff is rude and clearly does not know what they are doing. Places like this just wants to rip off people and make money the easy way. I DO NOT recommend anyone to rent this place. Dont waste your money because nothing is included. You have to bring your own food, beverages, decorations... everything!

Place was disgusting and had a horrible smell. Poor customer service. Also over charge on everything including food that they order from other restaurants and get it delivered to them as if they actually provide it smdh. Bathroom are disgusting.....This place just needs to be shut down. Im never going back and if I could give this place 0 stars I would!

This place has the worst customer service or service in all the means of the word. When I called for information about their services the guy who picked sounded like he just woke up. He was not friendly at all and seemed like every time I asked a question he had an attitude. He recalled he was the manager and was very arrogant. Even though from the bad experience I had in the phone, I decided to booked the party. They had told me that I was going to get a host to help me with my needs during the party, yeah, well I had to keep looking for him to get me the drinks. He was not attentive at all. I ended up cleaning at the end. Yet they charged me for the extra drinks I had. If you are considering this place, I truly advise not to, unless, you are okay with cheap services and cheap customer service . The place is not even that great. I rate it a Big fat 0.

Pretty nice place just needs a little more care and communication between staff and customers. And all jumpy houses need to be blown up better.

Had my sons 4th birthday party there yesterday and it was great! He and the other kids enjoyed! The guy helping out made sure we had what we needed and even the girl at the front desk was super nice! Did not have one complaint!

The worst experience ever! Most of the bouncy houses were not inflate it when we get there the arcade games were not turned on. there is no miniature golf! Dont ever book your party here customer service is terrible ! Not worth a penny. Most of the doors have locks and chains on them. the bouncy houses were blocking the entrances to the bathrooms. And to add insult to injury and the place was freezing!

Only have one stall per bathroom and employees didnt want to replenish the toilet paper, the sections where you host events arent closed off so kids from other sections can come to your party. The arcades didnt work at all but were still kept running to rob your money, and the extention cords are exposed.

This is the worst place to have bithday your party. They have the worst customer service and they charge by person which means they count parents and children oh and of course infant that are not even walking, not sure why the counted infants.Not to mention that the owner and employee from there just went to and grab food without letting me know, cause I had my foood counted for only certain people. Its very expensive and not worth a lot of money for 125 people end up paying over 1000 dollars plus I had to share room and in top had only ten tables with 6 chairs each.

I am beyond irrate, with the service. I have been coming here for the past 5years. Today was one of the worst experiences. Upon arrival the service by the manager Karen was so unpleasent not only to me but my guest.Everytime i had a question Karen would roll her eyes or talk to me like shes doing me a favor. I did not pay over 400 to celebrate my kids birthday and get this type of service. Everytime i asked to speak with someone above her, they couldnt get a hold of him. Instead of pulling me to the side she brought up the cost and balance infront of my guest.I will no longer come here nor do i recommend for anyone to come here. As we all know service is a big part of a buisness.I wouldve been better of renting a moonwalk for under 150 and saved myself the embarrasement and money.Notice to the owner; i would hire someone with better customer service skills. Not an ignorant teen who has no respect for the customers. You will lose alot of business and i will make sure of that!

I would not recommend this place to any it’s extremely cold it’s unsanitary the location is horrible the staff is horrible attended my granddaughter bday party here couldn’t wait for it to b over as I’m pretty sure the kids caught the flu
