Went there for a shuffle board tournament. Really nice place. Everyone we met there was extremely friendly. They have a very nice community center.

My grand parents used to live here and I would come with my family every year to visit them. They were always so good to them and kept everything clean and safe. The addition of the park with all of the activities made it so wonderful for them.

Excellent place for Senior living. No kids, dogs or loud music. Clean and has large community center.

I love being near the river and only a short 20 min drive to sabastian inlet or the beaches. Great for fishing. Boating or just enjoying nature. The park doesnt have much to offer on fun. No parks no play ground No pool No laundry or snack or ice machines. No ice machines. Bad lighting on dock but if you got a lantern and a pole. It will do just fine..dont forget your bug spray and sun block.

I love it here, many things going on the time for everyone. But sense I have been here there has been many changes. Some good some not so good. When I moved here rent was $90.00 per month now $248.00 per month. Now management has changed and ? I dont mangle much to Mich karma past year or so. Now. Many mobile home for sale yes most are in the 70,s/ 80s / and 90s so its very hard to get home owners on them. And let me tell you up front, there no more good deals, prices have gone crazy under real estate agents. Yes $30,000 and up for a single wide for and old mobile home is crazy. But I will remain here till I die like many others, seeing old people cant afford to go any where else. Most of us pray everyday the lot rent wont continue to rise. Being disabled or/ and on fixed incomes . Yes it was great years ago. And still is a nice place to live.

We own a place here but dont live here. The park is clean and generally well-cared for. They advertise as a no pet park, but that is not really enforced. I do know that there are a few problem residents that the office doesnt really do anything about, and service calls for things around the park often go a long time without being addressed. Overall, though, its a nice place and its rent controlled thanks to the airport!

This is a quiet over 55 community with an HOA. It is a peaceful place in a great location, convenient to the Mall, downtown Melbourne, the beaches, golf courses, and I-95, without being too close to any of them.

We bought a home at TH in spring of 2018, stayed a while then moved back north for the summer. We returned to TH for 2wks in July to check the place, and to sample hot /humid weather (it was hot and humid:). I liked the summer weather, my wife not so much. July mornings were sunny and started near 80deg; daytime temps peeked at low/mid 90s (real feel +-100). Noisy rain storms arrived most afternoons, rain cooled things just a bit. Each day seemed a repeat of the last. We returned to TH in Oct for the winter. Oct was still quite warm but now its late Nov and temps are perfect (Nov is dry compared to July). I havent found anything to complain about at TH. The people Ive met here seem helpful/friendly, involved and patriotic. Feels like home.

Tropical Haven is a great place to live if you are on a budget and like to associate with nice people.

I live in Tropical Haven. It is a great place to live. The neighbors are good. We have mostly snowbirds as we are an over 55 community.

My parents live here. Very clean and low lot rent for seniors. Its a 55 and over mobile home park. My parents love it there met a lot of nice people there

I worked at the end of the street. The residence were very rude and tried to stop us from driving through on the main road. They claimed it was private property and we were trespassing. Not sure how a main road could be private.

Park is clean but it has as very old part with very small roads that fit one car only...prices are high but ground rent is cheap probably because theres no pool...

Looks like a nice retirement community. Clean and neat lawns.

All I did was go by on my way to the air show.

Enjoyed living there, neighbors were great.Close to airport and shopping.

Dealt with a family member dying here, and were taken advantage of by a neighbor, Al, who I guess flips trailers in the park and the lady Kate at the front office. Al takes advantage of family members, and then has Kate at the front office threaten lawsuits if you do not listen and agree with what he says. Location is great, but a few bad apples really ruined it for us. Very unpleasant experience, and unethical and we were taken advantage of at a time of mourning.

My voting poll and after accidentally locking myself out of the car a kind resident offered to give me a ride to retrieve a key.
