Choate Park

Green space for picnic, nature trail and walk and play. We felt very good visiting here. There is everything that an ideal park should have. A pond, walk area, a nice playground for kids, basketball court, lots of benches, picnic area, good parking space. Most important you see people with their kids running, enjoying all around. Awesome!!!If you live nearby - worth visiting with family. Glad we came here and spent a peaceful afternoon.

Great park with a lot to offer. The trail around the pond is in great condition with a few subtle hills. Plenty of wildlife to see like ducks, geese, herons, turtles, frogs and fish. The playground is set up to accommodate toddlers to young teens. There is even a free splash pad open in warmer months.

It was a wonderful there lots of things going on there. So peaceful relaxing enjoyed it nice to take a long walk activities for the kids even have a picnic and enjoy the scenery.

This park is scenic and has a playground for kids to hang out at and open fields. The park has some good baseball fields; also, the park has a basketball court which requires some maintenance however. Overall, great place to hangout!

A family favorite no matter the season. One of our favorite playgrounds around, beautiful views with the pond, clean bathrooms, and great centralized location.

We went there to play in the splash pad as well as play in the playground, but unfortunately, due to Covid, the splash pad isnt being run for summer 2020. The park is a nice place for the kids and the trails are short enough to enjoy with the little ones. Restroom was clean enough and a nice picnic area complete with benches.

In general, its well maintained, picturesque and has sprawling trails for you to explore with helpful signage, further along the gravel pathways, to prevent getting lost. Around the pond there are even exercise stations if youre interested in an outdoor alternative to say, your basement, or the recently reopened gym with its stringent distancing protocols.

Fully fenced in playground. Usually not too crowded. Great for the kids. Highly recommend if youre looking for a fully fenced playground.

It was a awesome park for my 2 year old and his best friend mia. It has a beautiful pond and water fall very safe and there so much to do.

What a beautiful park! You have an option to walk around a large pond, have a picnic, or take your kids to a large playground area. Its super clean, safe, and fun spot. We certainly need more green parks around us.

Awesome park with brand new splash pad with things to climb for both little and bigger kids. Plus its in the shade all morning which is huge.

WOW!!! Big changes since I last visited 20yrs ago!! They took away the beach for swimming but thats okay the pond was dirty! The town did a fantastic job putting in a great playground for the kids and tennis courts.also they put down gravel on the pathway around the pond to walk before it would be muddy.during the summer they have a SNACK SHACK!

Awesome new park for kids. The splash pad is a huge favorite of ours. Good parking and some shaded areas to eat and rest.

Medway is a gem of a town. People are so friendly! We moved here because every street we went down everyone waved to us. The schools are awesome and we have a dog park!

The pumpkin walk was awesome! We love the new playground!

I really liked the enclosure for the playground and all the things inside. But they have raised curbs inside and I think a little kid running around might fall and slam their head on it. I would give 5 stars but I feel someone is gonna get hurt.

All brand new playground. Many added pick nick tables under a new giant gazebo. Benches around park. Also theres a nice new small water park for those hot days of summer.

Nice new park, all the equipment is in really great shape, soft rubber flooring with no sand, gravel, or mulch and a water splash area for the kids in the summer.

Great new playground with something for all age groups. Bathrooms, water fountains, cover pavilion area with picnic tables, and plenty of green space for a picnic.

Although the area is under construction, Choate has always been a great playground to visit. One side is for younger and one is for the older. There is also a,fitness trail that goes around a small pond. In the summer they run family movies on the grass. There is a picnic area and bathrooms as well as a couple of baseball diamonds

Nice little park in Medway. The pond looks nice, but is best avoided for swimming. There is a trail around the pond, plus a kids playground. Nice place for a walk.

Love this park to bring my grandson fishing. Plenty of bluegill and bass.
