My sister and I went to a classic throwback showing of Jaws tonight. Contrary to popular opinion it didnt break us. And yes we did hit the concession stand . It was great to enjoy a normal activity in a pandemic. You need a release in hard times . Our grandparents did it during the Great Depression . I admit I was leery about going but afterwards my fears were unfounded. Go to the show folks! I plan on it in the future.

My 4yr old saw her 1st movie in the theaters Toy Story 4

This place still has stadium seating, which is really weird nowadays.. I cant remember the last time I was at a movie theater that DIDNT have recliner seating. My 5 yr old is tiny and she had a hard time keeping the seat open on her own whenever she needed to adjust her position. Other than that, typical theater. Nice staff. Not sure Ill return though as our family much prefers the recliner seating.

Very nice theater, popcorn was great seats were nice . Probably the cleanest restrooms of any theater I’ve been to.

If I could give less than one star I would. There was only one person selling tickets and doing concessions after standing in line for more than 20 minutes and missing the first 15 minutes of the movie we gave up and decided to save our $11 matinee price.

It doesnt seem to be busy at all, so we actually bought our tickets at the Concessions counter. Theater was nice, and we got great seats (despite it being a brand new, highly anticipated movie, and despite being a few minutes late). Great place to watch a movie! I recommend it.

Placed is closed down, but when it was open it was awesome

No recliners and food WAY overpriced!Was easy to access and maneuver around compare to a mall destination but the cons outweigh pros.

The new policy of making us buy our tickets at the concessions stand is horrible! I have to wait 20 mins for 3 families of 4 to decide what they want, only to have their friends show up and let them cut in line. Now I have to wait for all of them to decide...when all I want is a single ticket!The lines are ALWAYS super long.When some people order popcorn with butter, they get the butter halfway down and on top as well. I NEVER seem to get this courtesy extended to me. The bald guy never does it for me and always seems super annoyed.Also, the 29 minutes of trailers ( I timed it) before movies is way too much. I guess this is for all of us standing miles deep in lines for a ticket.The prices are just as gouging as every other theater.I walked in today at 10 till 1 for a 1pm showing and the place was mobbed. There was an attendant whose job was to tell people to go through an open door and say thanks for your patience. I just didnt have it today. I turned around and will go to another theater from now on.

Great place for a family movie night and theres a picture booth in the arcade so you and your little princess can get pictures together.

It was so hot in there!!! Also, there was no sound for the previews (future visits to the ) & the beginning of the film. The staff was complacent about the problems. They finally rewound the film with sound after watching it for 5 minutes without sound. Ill give them one more chance.

Love the cleanliness the workers are all fantastic. I think it might be under new ownership from the difference we saw tonight.

Great theater. The staff are very helpful, and the theater is kept very clean. Compared to other regal cinemas, this one definitely stands out in its own way. While it doesnt have RPX, it does have a larger variety of food, and the theater design itself is very nice.

Horrible, we went to see frozen 2 and the mother of 5 teenagers told my 4 year old to shut up many times in a Pg rated Disney movie!!! Very rude!!!

Regal 16 Medina is a great location for seeing blockbusters. It is large enough that you typically are not up against other viewers. Their Tuesdays and Sundays are special matinee pricing all day. A good value! As with all major theaters, the concessions are overpriced but you have to have the goodies!

I spend so much time here the staff should know me by name. They dont, humph. Its clean, the floors arent sticky, and the Wednesday and Sunday deals are great.

Really wish the chairs were more comfy. I always get fidgety half way through. Sound is nice though. Drowns out my snoring when I fall asleep lol.

Staff at this location is awesome! Popcorn was fresh and movies were not packed for early showings! Plus every Tuesday you get in for less than 6 dollars!!! This theater always gives us a good experience and its our go to theater. Its nothing fancy but the price you pay for tickets reflects that!

The movie was great. Saw Captain Marvel and didnt have any issues or anything during the movie. The popcorn was delicious. Fair warning that the medium slurpee is like the same size as a large soda and I was SHOOK

Senior taking my grandson to see Lego movie. Told I had to be a member to get matinee price and senior discount. No advertising or information outside of show venue for this very stupid requirement. Wont be back.

To get a family of 3 in your looking at close to 40 dollars . Then if u think thats bad .... try going to the concession stand . By the time your family sits down for the movie u have spent close to 100 dollars. Everything at the concession is 3 to 4 times its normal price. I could see if we were in the middle of the desert charging those prices. Its ludacris and robbery. The seats dont recline and are NOT plush as their description states. They are rock hard . I no longer go to regal. Cinemark at strongsville mall is our go to. Leather reclining seats and we go on tuesdays when its half off. Even if we go on a different day its still worth it . The seats are comfortable !!!

This theater is so consistent with their service. Ticket booth is always appropriately staff as is the concession stand. They have current releases and a party room and the theaters are so clean every time.

Great theater. Fantastic discount price for a movie on Tuesdays. Popcorn is just about the best anywhere! But its stupid expensive. Friendly staff, and clean floors in the theater. Happy to see they have NOT adopted the new trend of assigned seating...Nice to see a theater that doesnt treat you like 3rd grade. Even the preshow entertainment was decent, not a lot of celebrity drivel. Recommend this place highly.

I was not thrilled sitting through a half an hour of previews with a 3 year old to watch Frozen 2. I get previews are necessary but a half hour?????

People are nice. Sun and Tue ticket prices are a good deal. I had a seat in theater 12, that was VERY uncomfortable. It didnt recline and the fixed seat back position is at a very bad angle for me. Maybe just that seat. My girlfriend was not bothered.

They have a terrific summer program for kids with $1. movies starting at 10:00 am on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. When you buy a popcorn they will give you little trays if you ask, so each child can have their own little tray of popcorn. They are super nice here and make it a great experience for the kids and adults. Its pretty smart of them too, because they are creating little movie lovers!

Goid place to go on Sunday when the weather is bad outside. Prices at the concessions are crazy.

The movie I saw was pretty loud but I love the design of the place and loved the movie! The seating is ok.

As usual, bright lights and too many snack choices. Its a Hollywood experience with bigger than life displays. Saw Spiderman and had a great time

A great time had by all as always. Best time to go here is Tuesdays and Sundays as the movies are cheap. With our Regal points we were able to save money. The theaters and bathrooms were clean as always. The line at the box office and concession stands were longer due to the cheap movie day but were quick and the concession stand attendant used the right amount of upselling as not to be annoying. As always they helped us by telling us the best way to use our points.

Absolutely love Regal! I stop in almost every week. Food can be a bit pricey but other than that, theaters are clean, staff is fantastic, and movies are great!

Decent popcorn, better than most theaters. Pop glasses leave much to be desired, too thin to carry properly. Stadium seating is up a few steps.

I lost a necklace here which was very sentimental to me, when I came back to look for it I asked where the lost and found and staff asked for a description of it then told me they probably threw it away because it sounds like a kid toy. Which it is definitely not at all and I was extremely shocked she would say so. Then continued to not let us look in the lost and found, then she told her manager to look and when the she got back she was disturbingly rude with me.

Theater is good. Seats are packed in and would be nice to have recliners/reserve seats like other theaters around the area. Arcade is ok... Good games... Staff are very friendly so big positive. As always, concession is expensive. Clean theaters. Would recommend.

My old place of employment. Staff is extremely homey! Prices are a little high on concessions. Its always been that way though. Laura Mock (Mgmnt) is amazing! Shes always very help and shes a breath of fresh air.

Regal Cinema may not be the lowest price of the theaters in my area... But the friendliness of the staff, the Quick Service and the cleanliness of the theaters and restrooms make it worth the minor premium increase in ticket pricing.This is definitely a case where quality matters more than cheap price!!

Regal Medina is always clean with a friendly staff. They dont have reclining chairs, but the chairs are comfortable. The sound and screen quality is good. I also like that its never really all that busy.

Excellent picture and sound. The auditoriums are kept clean. One of the best features is that the theaters are kept at a comfortable temperature. This is a very welcome change from 99% of other places I’ve been, which are normally freezing.I would like to see a few more check ins from ushers during shows. Inconsiderate people on cell phones continues to be a problem and I’d like to see more policing to keep it down.

I would like some bigger seats. Theyre close together and not very comfortable. With so many loungers available at other theaters it will be hard to compete. The theater is clean and ther prices are the same as anywhere else, but the seats make me think twice before I come.

Went today - Tuesday was not aware of change that you need Regal Rewards to get the Tuesday price of $5.90. Had to pay $8.25. Not happy about it!!! Its getting ridiculous, you have to have the card everywhere you go or you pay a higher price!

Very disappointed with this movie theater in comparison with Cinemark and AMC theaters. Other theater are modern with power recliners for seating and the food options were minimal. For the money that I spend, I want at least everyone elses standard. Definitely in need of an upgrade, overhaul and updating!

Not easy to see from route 3. Overall, this is a good theater. Since I live in the area, its the theater I visit most often. Barely ever crowded, except for Friday and Saturday after 7, bust most of the time, youll have the whole theater to yourself. Friendly staff and ample parking.

Great location for bringing the family or just enjoying time seeing movie with friends.
