Very quiet, clean neighborhood. I havent been through the whole place but the roads Ive seen are in great shape. Some of the homes may be older but all look to be maintained well. The park manager is very nice and helpful.

Super clean and quiet. My Mom has lived here about 10 years and shes very happy. Owners are nice and reasonable.

This Is a nicer mobile home park. There are new owners who seem like they are bound and determined to upgrade the park. Which is nice.

All buildings are small and cramped, though some are very nice inside and the area has great people.

Drugs, drama and shady people everywhere. New owners just took over so not really sure what to expect but I dont plan on sticking around much longer.

Beautiful trailer park.Only reason i gave it a 4 star is because everything is electric and no gas so the electric bill is always outrageous especially in the winter.

Drove thru this park, many of the trailers are so unkept, sloppy... park not maintained . Dont know how anyone can say its a beautiful park. Clearly the management doesnt manage anything or uphold trailer home standards. Horrible.
