Only great things to say here. My special needs child who has gross motor delays was not very welcomed but assisted a lot during and each class. The staff was amazing with him. They were sweet and willing to support him along the way. I was terrified he was going to be discriminated but the experience was quite the opposite. It was a lovely experience.
I singed my twin daughters up for the their first gymnastics class at 20 mos old after reading the class description. I was hesitant because the class ranges from 18-36 mos and their are large developmental gaps with this age range. After going to a couple of the classes, my daughter didnt seem to grasp the different stations and one in particular would cry and wanted to be held (I think she was overwhelmed). I called the little star gymnastics to see about a full or partial refund as I didnt think my children were quite ready for this class and was met with a rude women who argued with me. She was very defensive about the program and the instructor to which I never said anything negative and refused to help me stating I needed to just keep going. I have since called the program director and am waiting for a return call
