Really impressed with the kitchen staff after TERRIBLE customer service on the phone. I called multiple times and was not helped and I called to find out if the Monday night wing special was Dine-In only or Take Out also... I was told BOTH was fine... Which is NOT accurate they ARE Dine-In Only which is fine but when you call to ask so you can bring everyone with if need be BUT that was not what I was told. Eventually I was told to Just come down and order cause theyre swamped! So I did and when I arrived I was informed that not only were they not for Take-Out but that they were OUT OF WINGS! The kitchen seeing my dismay and frustration told me they could make frozen wings that would take extra time and they are not the same as the usual Monday night wings but we didnt care cause at least it wasnt a wasted trip.I have to say THE WINGS WERE AMAZING! They were just as good as the usual ones and the kitchen staff made what would have been a terrible experience around to a FANTASTIC customer service experience! I dont remember both the gentlemans names but THANK YOU AGAIN! It was a blond gentleman and a Hispanic gentleman I wish I had remembered there names but yall Rock!

No social distancing. Hardly anyone wearing masks. This is definitely not a good place to go if your looking for a fun way to spend your day and not catch covid-19. There are tons of places you can go that keep their facilities clean, keep social distancing and mask protocols in place, and keep you safe from potential risk. This is not one of those places.

We love Lava Lanes and now theyre taking many measures to make bowling a clean and sanitized sport. They clean the balls after each use and wipe down the touchscreens and tables. They have even installed hand sanitizer units next to each of the stairs going into the alley.Thank you for being part of summer bowling program for kids and their parents.My 6 year old is finally starting to bowl without the ramps, but knowing the ramps for younger bowlers are available gave my boy the confidence to bowl and do a family activity together.

Well waitress took 20 min to bring a water next we get someone else’s food then we our food cam we didn’t get the whole order trip here was mehhh

Really fun...wish I would have spent more time trying their food...the beer was yummy and the bowling was even better...even if we were only allowed 1/2 a game

Poor experience, my husband and I went in with a few friends for drink. Upon leaving he closed his tab. I paid for a single drink earlier in the night and after getting home and looking at my bank statement I was charged over $60 as was my husband whom actually closed a tab at the end of the night. From now on I will only be paying cash if I ever go back.

Mask rules unenforced and social distancing impossible. Only a matter of time before a covid outbreak occurs. And that doesnt even address the ridiculously slow staff.

We just had our annual Christmas party at Lava lanes. They did an amazing job providing a taco buffet, nachos, turkey wraps, chicken wings and unlimited drinks. It was the perfect environment for everyone and their families to enjoy getting together to celebrate an excellent year at Christmas time. Thank you Lava lanes for your hospitality..

During times of social distancing it was nice to know we can still bowl without masks. There were not too many here and for the ones that were there was 4 to 7 lanes apart from the next group.

Really dont bowl, just go there to eat in the restaurant. The lanes are always packed so thats a good sign. People are super friendly despite being busy all the time.

Wifes 45th birthday. They were more than accommodating. We were there during a snow storm. Food was good. I would suggest getting more 8 -10 pound bowling balls.

First time going here. Didnt realize this place was so big. Lots of bowling lanes, arcade, food, bar, pool, lotto, and probably more that I did not even get to. Beer was well priced and bowling was reasonably priced. My son was able to bowl with bumpers and had a good time. Saw some people eating pizza that looked really good. Fun for all ages.

This place is great. Lots to do. Bowling is always fun, only ever had to wait for a lane once. Large arcade. Bar with billiards. The building is kept clean, which everyone appreciates.

I wont throw out a five star rating very often but Lava Lanes has earned it.Good job Lava Lanes...

Fun games and great food

Really a great place with something to do for everyone here. If u love sports on TV but hate watching the games alone then try watching the game here. Very exciting.

Affordable, fun and they definitely make it kid friendly. Big arcade area, lots of quarter machines. The lanes have bumpers as well as a little ramp for them to push their bowling balls. Nice portions for the food. Made a great playdate destination.

Was in town meeting a friend and stopped in for something to do. The bowling was reasonably priced. Pool tables and huge TVs to catch a game. This will definitely go on my list of things to do in Medford.

This is a really cool bowling alley. Huge bar with tons of tvs and you can bet on horse races, apparently. They have a decent arcade, but its not great.

Trash service, bar staff is confused on basic cocktails and slow. Front desk staff is uninformed on when or if reservations are available and confrontational when asked questions they don’t know the answer. Lanes and balls are in ok shape but overall a less than stellar bowling alley. Roxy Ann Lanes is a much nicer venue

Called to ensure there would be open bowling on a Monday morning. Was advised the lanes were open. Arrived with a large (5 year old birthday party) to find the lanes were closed to a league and wouldnt be open until 1:30pm. There were literally 2 lanes being used at 12pm. Sarah, the front desk person was unapologetic and didnt care at all. Apparently theres a reason Roxy Lanes are rated slightly higher.

This place is the best if you can hold your liquor. You can have endless amounts of fun. You get bored of bowling? Go grab some beers and then keep bowling. Is that getting boring? Go play pool. Is that getting boring? Get some more alcohol. Are you a teenager and under or a square? Then go play in the arcade and get some silly putty and yoyos that in reality cost you 30 dollars!

The bowling facility is cool but the bar is great. Good food, good drinks and super friendly folks. If youre into sports they have a ton of tvs. They even have a heated/cooled smoking area if thats your thing.

Its way too expensive and not as clean as it should be. Lanes are kind of slow.

Fun Family environment with Bowling. And for the adults a huge bar with good bar tenders, lots of TVs. On Sunday there brunch with Football is good fun...

Facilities were nice and clean. Electronic scoreboards offered a lot of options for bowling.

Love their tacos. Chicken beef or pork. All where great. Love their chile sauces and Mexican cheese. So much like feta cheese.

Disappointed in the arcade. First of the the sign on the machines lies in order to truck you into buying multiple cards. It says you can only at one game per card at a time or else youll lose your credits and you points! This is a bold faced lie to sell more cards! Dont fall for it folks! Lots of games didnt work right. Took money and wouldnt let us play. Then if you win tickets the machine wouldnt put them on your card.

Been a zillion times, rented the party room for a baby shower, just brought kids yesterday and they added more arcade games! Great place! Great fun for everyone! The French Fries are awesome too!
