Unfortunately I have found La Mota to be VERY INCONSISTENT! Theyre prices stay mostly the same however I often find myself paying the same price for very sporadic and low quality product. As well, their customer service leaves you feeling pressured and underappreciated. I would definetly recommend seeking different options.

Walked into this huge building to one girl and one woman helping two separate customers. Neither of them speaking very much to the customers they were with just barely here and there so I was extremely surprised when nobody said hello or I’ll be right with you within 3 minutes of me standing there. In business It’s common courtesy to greet someone into your store at your earliest convenience. Very disappointing. I walked right out.

The bud they offer is quality. The atmosphere is quite and clean and everything is spaced out evenly. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Price is probably the best in the Valley.

Saw on the menu that the GMO Cookies was being sold for $8 a gram. Requested 1 Gram, ended up paying $14 for this $8 Gram, and when I handed over my $20 bill, I received $4 in change back... How does that work?

Excellent store! One of the only places that includes tax in advertised price and not to mention the customer service here is unmatched in excellence.

I waited almost 10 minutes for someone to help me. And had to ask if someone was available before I was acknowledged. Additionally, I was quoted a certain price over the phone that was not honored. I was told I was misinformed by a new employee, but even though it was their employee who misquoted me, management would not honor the price quote.Will not be coming back here

This is a new marijuana dispensary in Medford. There really isnt anything else around the immediate area. So its great to have this place finally open up. Its really nice inside. But kind of hard to see what it is from the outside. Amazingly low prices.

Has a pretty clinical feel to the building but they are open for the latest in the area and seemed to have a good selection

This is the most shady dispneary flower selection is the worst try buying top shelf from them is impossible always trying to push old 2 dollar weed there top shelf is the Same as everyone else bottom shelf takes at least 20 mins cause there staff is always high on something most unprofessional dispneary I have ever been 2 it amazes me the olcc hasnt shut them down yet

Sold me wax that was melted all in the package when I went back in not even 1 minute later all of a sudden the manager was out to lunch and theres nothing that can be done ...dont sell none usable product theres no way to get the wax I paid for
