Place was beautiful it had an old fashioned saloon in it, snack bar, restaurant. And the staff was amazing would definitely recommend.

I chose this hotel specifically because it was listed to have covid responder rooms, so I (wrongly) assumed it would follow covid safety guidelines better. Unfortunately, when returning to my room, there were 4-5 men unmasked checking in. It was too late in the eve for me to find another hotel.The room itself was quite spacious and pretty clean (bathroom wall could use a scrub).

I loved it they have nice cozy rooms and the beds are super awesome and best for all its super clean you guys a step up on other establishment

We booked at the last minute and were pleasantly greeted by Mark. He was very friendly and professional. He, as well as all the staff made us feel comfortable. The motel is beautiful. I showed up at 3am after driving 13 hours. The front desk lady was nice. They had a room for my family and I including our dog and cat. . I left my purse there by accident and they sent it back to me in the mail. I wouldve given 5 stars but some of my perfume was missing from my purse. Im glad to have my purse back nonetheless. I would probably stay here again I just wont leave anything behind next time.

The food (breakfast) was very good. However, the coffee a bit strong for us, had to water it down some. Our waiter was very efficient and courteous. Will return.

Its a nice hotel. For being an old building, it has held its self for a 3 1/2 STARS.

Top notch for the price. Very clean, ATM on site, really good breakfast, and of course is conveniently located next to the airport. The Mattress and sheets are very comfortable. The pool room has a spacious hot tub and is very warm.

Free 24 hr shuttle. Responsive staff and maintenance. Attached restaurant/bar. Nice facilities. I’ll definitely stay here again if I need to.

I was extremely disappointed for what I was charged. They didnt provide drinking glasses or kleenex in the room. The coffee was extremely strong and they only provided four tiny packets of creamer. I was unable to open the window as it looked like it had been broken and not repaired. I was given a garden floor room. Even if I would have been able to open the window, the outside screen was off the track which would have allowed anyone to enter from the outside. I have never stayed here before, and for the amount I was charged for one night, I expected better. I will not stay there again.

The facility location, cleanliness, and in-room amenities are fine. Restaurant and sports bar, landscaping, are all fine. The pool was closed due to Covid restrictions. The personnel were extremely courteous and appeared happy to be employed there. There were no problems.

The room was clean the bed was really cozy better then most. Having the restaurant attached so you can walk to dinner was a nice treat.

We stayed in the executive suite which had the nicest jacuzzi in there! Fireplace with a switch was so nice to warm up to as well. I LOVE that they use eco friendly utensils and the customer service was amazing. Thanks Marc :) to top it all off, our baby crawled here for the first time!

Real nice place to stay. We stayed there 3 nights. The staff treated us real good. The restaurant staff were extra extraordinary and the employees made us feel really welcomed and room were very nice. Would recommend it to anyone.

This is a phenomenal place to stay. I had some issues don’t get me wrong. But when I voiced them the daytime staff did everything they could to make sure that what I was upset about what corrected. Then they gave for my next stay some discounts and went above and beyond, especially in these crazy times, to be sure that I was happy. So there is always room for improvement but this staff has shown me this is how a hotel staff should operate. Thanx you guys!Wow, I’m not sure what happened in six months but I went to stay here again and it was the worst service I have ever gotten. I have never been treated so poorly and it was because I am a local. That’s a huge disappointment to me considering that some folks just want to get away but they can’t leave town. Not all locals ruin things and are disrespectful. Bradly who works the front desk, I hope you learn some manners young man. Shameful how rude you were to me.

We had a small issue with our 1st room, but staff was excellent and helped us quickly. Rooms were nice, had all amenities, restaurant attached was delicious. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

I loved that they didnt charge for our dog, the staff was nice, and the hotel was clean. We had other dogs near our room and I never heard them. Im not sure if the continental breakfast is better when were not in a crisis but it was disappointing and there was a lot going on in the parking lot every night, like people hanging out that werent staying there and RVs parked in the parking lot with people sleeping & hanging out (not staying at the hotel) which was not an inviting feature. Good location for stores and food but a little difficult to get to when you are not from the area but easy to figure out.

Positive: Room was dirty, rotten pizza in microwave, bathroom not cleaned. Put us in a suite, which had mold on the curtain above jacuzzi tub. Air conditioner was very loud and dripped water, kept us awake. Negative: Hotel needs major updates, old and things not working. Would not stay here again.

Stay here every year (26 in a row) love the PET friendly rooms and jacuzzi suites! Regency grill on site with decent food. Miss the outdoor pool but I guess thats a plus in winter. See you next year!

To be fair, Ive stayed at the Rogue Regency Inn 26 nights this year on a business and most of the time Im pretty happy. Mmy dog likes too, especially since theres no extra charge for pets and good walking spots close by. The rooms are clean an comfortable too. So why the bad review? My last 3 stays have been plagued by slow-to-no internet. Like 0.4 mbs download and 0.1 upload. I cant watch a video and sometimes its so bad I cant run the speed test. At least the woman at the front desk admitted its been a problem, which I appreciate, but they really need to get this fixed. A few $200 range extenders would do it...

The omelets are always really good. I like the ability to create your own. For people watching their cholesterol or who prefer a healthier alternative, they offer egg whites. The servers are usually very friendly. They have outdoor seating and a relaxed atmosphere.

Sorry for my book in advance.Not a good stay for us at all... we left the next morning. I made reservations a couple weeks in advance online and decided to call and make sure we could get conjoined rooms for our big family and make sure everything went through OK and of course everything was good.. called the day before our travel out to double check our stay and they lost our reservation and than found it but only for 1 room.. So came the phonecalls back and fourth all day with the hotel.. first they had it than a call back saying they didnt they have to move others around for us, price adjustments more money less money more money blahblahblah.. finally squared everything up and get to the hotel, turns out our rooms in the basement. Theyre saying its the best room in the house with a hot tub yadayada... well wallpaper is peeling off, the French doors to the sweet had a hole punched in it that was patched and different color than the rest of the door,, the bed was like a hard dirt floor in place you wouldnt want to be, all the window screens were kicked out and windows were muddy and your sitting eye level with dirt and garbage in the bushes and a mechanics eye view of the cars parked in back lol. We deal with it trying not to be picky but things are adding up... smell of Marijuana seems to be present everywhere.. so 11pm kids are asleep im showering and fire alarms go off for evac, get the kids up kids are freaking and grab valuables and head out to the hall which is shoulder to shoulder with everyone else during covid. Alarms shutoff and everyone can return back. Exp with food wasnt great either and is nothing like the pictures online, buyer beware. I slept on it thinking if I really wanted to cancel and try to find another hotel or not. So through out the stay our key cards wont work. Not even the front desks master would work at one point. This went on 4 times locking us out. Next morning we leave and come back to cancel. Go back and fourth again no apologies made and the lady in the lil office seemed to giggle at what we were experiencing.. took alot for me to hold myself together and not make a scene. So they say we have rooms on the fourth floor that we can have and theyll be ready at 1.. we say ok, go down and keycards lock out again. About 20min and no one can get it open.. finally the door opens and my wife gives me the look and I do the math. Lol. We canceled our stay and left... honestly one of the worse exp with a hotel ever. Ive traveled alot and stayed in a ton of hotels all over our nation due to work and pleasure and this was definitely number one on do not return. No one ever apologized for any of our experiences and the lady in the office seemed to mock and laugh from inside her office as I described our concerns to the guy... I was real polite and level headed when speaking and was amazed at the level of disrespect and how apathetic the front desk was to us.

I was driving a 28 Uhaul towing a car hauler. I was able to get in and out of the parking lot without too much trouble. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Id stay here again.

Recently stayed there to attend a family wedding. Worst service from any hotels I have attended before. I did a reservation a couple of weeks prior because a family member that lives in Medford,OR recommended it. My family and I did a 13 hour drive and we were tired so we went to see if I could check in a bit early. I arrived at 1pm and went to the front desk and was attended by Kira, she told me that there were no rooms available at the moment because they didn’t have many staff members to clean the rooms. I understood the situation and asked her about how long was the wait time for two rooms, she gave an approximate time frame of “no more than an hour,” she asked for my phone number and said she would give me a call when any rooms because available. We waited in the lobby since we didn’t have anywhere to go. After the hour pass I did not get an acknowledgment or call from Kira which seemed like she may have forgotten so I proceeded to ask her if the rooms were ready. She told me that only one room was available and that she would tell me as soon as the other one became available. She did not apologize for the delay or for giving me a wrong time frame which is normal when providing good customer service. Waited another 30 mins with still no acknowledgement or call from Kira. I proceeded to talk to her again to at least get the one room that was available so we could rest for a bit. As soon as she saw me she emitted a displeasure groan, which honestly took me by surprise and I asked her if I could get the one room that was available. Very unprofessionally she responded with an agitated tone that she still haven’t heard from the cleaning staff and that it was not her fault that the other room was not available. I was frustrated by this point that I told her that I did not care if both rooms were close to each other, I just needed two rooms to rest. Again very unprofessional she raised her voice at me in front of another customer and told me that I needed to wait and that she had no control when rooms became available. She did not give me a resolution nor did she even bother to keep me informed for an hour and a half even though we were in the lobby and she was aware of my presence. She has no experience on how to treat customers or provide customer service. I waited another 30 mins, keep in mind this is 2 hours after I arrived, when I saw that Kira had no intention of helping me or provide her job title, customer service, I ended up going to another front desk clerk who quickly gave me the two rooms, in different floors, I had requested 2 hours ago. Kira needs to retake her training on how to provide great customer service.To top it off, the following day the power went off 10am and did not come back around 2 hours later. Also later that day we went out to the wedding and requested to have the room clean up, like any hotel does every afternoon, we came back that night and both rooms were not touch, no extra towels were provided or restrooms cleaned. Worst experience ever!

Very nice rooms for the price. Great location because its right near the epicenter of all the major HWYs and Interstate 5 so getting anywhere from there makes this a great choice for travelers who need a good rest.

To start with my expectations are abnormally High. I give it 8 out of 10 for cleanliness. The staff is attentive and cordial without being over the top. My main b****** is when I got all set up in my room, 2 shower the travel off, I always wear my shower shoes cuz Im prone to athletes foot. Well, Im showering and the bathtub is filling up with water because the drain lever is broken. Well I can take a very educated guess, Ive been in hotel management and started in the maintenance end of the business and I find it hard to believe that they didnt know that the shower tub was broken. As I stated in beginning it only takes one negative incidents to wreck the good deal.

No room service due to the Covid situation, however they did have a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel and they even gave us a breakfast voucher for the morning. I dont think the meal was free but with the voucher I believe the full hot breakfast was only about 5 bucks....not bad!

As most people know. We are in town for my husbands little brothers funeral. We went and stayed at the Rogue Regency Inn. It was the absolute worst experience of hotels of our lives. Booking online you get FREE breakfast. There were supposed to be 4 for their Restaurant that’s attached. The first morning we presented the cards stating that we were eating there and it was comped. The second morning we went down once again. We had the cards once again, and the waitress told us that they didn’t work that way. I had the booking information on my phone saved. She then loudly stated accusing us of just “Not paying for your food for days?!” We hadn’t been for days. It was the second morning. The first waiter and waitress took the cards the first morning, explaining that it’s free because we booked online. They’re given from the hotel themselves. Then we had our rooms stolen from. I requested to not have room service til we left. We clean it ourselves. I happened to need a broom, and the maid knocked on our door 5 minutes later. Demanding for it back. Saying she had to run all the way downstairs for it. She needed it now. Huffing, and puffing. She wouldn’t leave and said that she would do it. We didn’t want her in our room. Her attitude was so uncomfortable. We quickly did it ourselves and she was outside standing there behind our door. A hotel that’s supposed to be of such high standards, should surely have more than 1 broom to use. At checkout my husband goes in and to address the problem, as we did when it happened. They were passive, brushed it off. Not at checkout. The lady was adamant that nobody cleaned our room. My husband said that nobody would say that they cleaned, because they didn’t clean. They just stole from us. They said we must’ve just left our door open. We came for a peaceful experience.. The lady, I assume a manager said that someone must’ve gone through our room. They wouldn’t check the cameras either. Our room was gone through. Special things we had ordered for Francisco Lopez funeral were stolen. Do not stay here, they are cruel and a disgusting atmosphere.

I was pleasantly surprised. For the price we paid I wasnt expecting too much. Ive gotten less for much more in the past. I was happy with the room and the service. The room felt clean and appeared well maintained. No pool, but thats due to Covid-19. The food at the restaurant wasnt great but it got the job done. We had a great rate with no added fee for the pup and they even helped us out with a roll away for our third baby. Next time were in Medford this will be on the top of our list.

Stay here is nice and comfortable. The hotel is a little dated, but its clean and bed is not bad. The restuarant/bar attached is good. We had lunch and the food was good. Went for drinks that evening and we enjoyed it. The bartender was a sweet lady. Gave us great ideas of things to do around Medford.

Ive been staying at this property since around 1990. Always a pleasant experience. Good to see the restaurant and bar back open since the lock down. And thanks for the unsolicited upgrade to the Presidential Suite this last visit. I really appreciated the gesture.

We got robbed. In a room next to the main front desk. And were treated like we were liars and the police were not called. Til the next day. Where we were told it was our resposabilty to take care of this through our insurance .

Would have made it all one review but I assumed the room was okay. we got here and it looked alright. I checked out the bathroom, public hairs were everywhere and and it was stained on the floor and in the toilet bowl. As I’m ready to go to bed, I find a chewed up piece of gum right next to where I placed my phone. I am absolutely disgusted.

Very nice people work here and they have worked hard to update the hotel but they literally have the worst pillows and beds I have ever used in my life. Called down to see if they had anything but rockhard pillows and they said no. Shower head was awful as well.

First time staying at a hotel in the town I live in. We stayed for the date night, food was okay, service was great, comedians were great, hostess and servers were great. Room was clean and very nice, bed was comfortable, jet tub amazing. Only negative was the dinky shower head that was from the $ store lol and the crackheads in the motel 6 parking lot right next door. Would definitely stay again!

Easy place to rest eat efficiently and within budget.

I want to give a shout out to Erik Adelman and his amazing understanding and adaption to our situation. I told him we had a rough drive and were needing a hotel because our car broke down halfway to our California, Malibu from Vancouver, Washington trip. He gave me a negotiation rate which saved us in a time in need. I thank Rogue Regency and appreciate the accommodation from their employees for my girlfriends birthday trip being salvaged and to be recognized for their employees understanding of people in need. Thank you guys again youve made a big difference!!

Got us in a room in a timely matter we were so tired from the trip the employees were kind and friendly the rooms were clean and had everything we needed it was Soo hot in Medford OR when we got in our room they had the air-conditioning on and it was perfect I would stay at the Rogue Regency absolutely our visit was a great one Sophia & I are glad to be home now untill next time hmmm where will we go next I wonder

Ran out of facial tissues after 4 pulls. No spare box like they normally do with the toilet paper. No outlets on the night stands. I had to move the night stand and unplug the alarm clock to plug in my phone. A power strip or a lamp with a plug would be a simple fix. When I let the front desk know, their response is there are outlets in the room. Poor customer service on their part. They charge $3 for a bottle of water. Be careful its in the room with small print next to it. I would never charge my guests for water and I normally offer it and will serve it to them personally. No contintental breakfast. its not the worst place Ive stayed, but its not one I would recommend. Ill pick a different place next time I stay in this town.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We needed a rollaway for my stepson and the maintenance gentlemen exceeded our expectations!Our favorite part qbout staying at the Regency is going up to the restaurant.

The bar has really good drinks the staff is amazing. Im glad to see them step up the drink menu we went to comedy club yesterday and it was awesome they were busy but they kept up. I was really impressed with their new manager that they have. She was always on it, she looked after her staff and if our waitress was busy the manager was always at our table checking on us!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay!! If I could give it 10 stars I would. I was upgraded to a VIP and given the presidential suite, just amazing!

We didnt stay in the inn, we visited the Chadwicks Pub and Sports Bar. Ill tell you this, we have made Chadwicks a must stop when riding through the valley. Super friendly, great service, and great food. Chadwickss has never been anything less than an excellent experience.

Nice hotel, great staff! Had a very nice room service dinner that came quickly and was very tasty. The only thing I didnt like was the extended parking. It was listed on the hotel website as an amenity and was the main reason I chose this hotel. When I got to the hotel, I discovered there was a $61 charge for it.

Room was clean and nicely made, but the reason for this review is to commend an employee that went above and beyond. His name was Takashi. The vending machine didn’t have my favorite drink; and he went out of his way to get it for me. You don’t find that type of service much anymore. Thanks Takashi!

Our room was very cold and we called the desk for maintenance twice. Each time the issue was not resolved with the heater. I asked the desk for another room and was told they were booked and no rooms available. The maintenance worker brought us 4 extra blankets so that was nice of Maintenance. The next morning when checking out I mentioned this to the desk and was told by a different person that it seemed they could have found us another room, so dont know why that never happened. We did not receive any kind of consideration for freezing all night because we booked through an agent.

The service is really good, food excellent, servers amazing. The time spent there is so relaxing and servers make you feel so comfortable. They become one big reason you back again and again.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Rogue Regency Inn & Suites and the place was super cool. It was very chill, quiet and safe. The place even had a connected restaurant next door with great food. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They got us checked-in and checked-out ASAP.

Had a good time considering everything was closed. Kinda sad. They had a bunch of stuff i wanted to try.

The property is very pleasing to the eye. The beds were very comfortable, pillows not soft enough, but thats probably just me, neck hurt entire next day. I know waaa. Haha its all good. Rooms very clean and quiet.

Unfortunately, the room we had did not meet expectations. The beds were hard, pillows flat and hard. The walls were thin, we could hear conversation next door, showers and vacuuming on the floor above us.The room was clean. Staff were courteous.

Called for the shuttle upon landing at the airport, I know they arent that far from the airport. It was late, I had called that morning to confirm my reservation and let them know I would be in late and need the van. Still waited 20 minutes for the shuttle.After a long day I wanted a nice hot shower. Unfortunately, in all my years of travel, have I run out of hot water at a hotel! Apparently they knew there was a problem but didnt think it was important enough to mention.
