Didn’t actually take my dog here and won’t be either. Called to see if this was the same place that had groomed my dogs several months ago as I didn’t write it down, was spoken to in an extremely rude tone and attitude. Questioning me rudely and then telling me “whatever call if you change your mind” about scheduling. Poor attitude from the start. Wish I could give zero stars. Good luck with your business hopefully you’ll have a better attitude one day.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in today to get my dogs nails trimmed. The groomer hit him to try and get him to calm down. I will NEVER take my dogs there again. She needs to find another line of work, if she cant refrain from abusing the animals in her care. If you care about your pet, I would find another groomer.

This Woman has amazing customer and client (doggy) service!! I was leery of bringing my dog here because of one of the reviews I read but my mother reminded me that every story has two sides, so after doing my own assertions of this business I believe this woman was in no way at fault. ( too much experience and wayy too much love for ANY animal) in my opinion of course ;) good prices too!!

I dont normally do any reviews but I was very sad to pick up my dog from here and learn that she duck taped her mouth shut while she groomed her. I dont know if this is standard practice but there is no reason to ever do this in my opinion. Not only that but my dog is very gentle, she would have only needed to ask if she couldnt tell by the way my dog slowly and calmly approached and laid down right away. This happened a while ago but I was just looking for another groomer and thought I should at least share this information. If you take your dog there, ask if she uses duck tape first because I guess I was supposed to think thats normal from the tone of the conversation.

I didnt want to leave a review because I dont like to be negative.But! It has been two days since my dog was taken here by my husband. My poor boy has TERRIBLE bleeding razor burn on his bottom because she shaved it. It has been bothering him since the moment he came home it has only gotten worse, he is frantic and whining ALL day paceing the house. The only time he has relaxed is when I gave him tramadol from an old vet visit. She also cut his nails to the quick.He has always been easy to groom at home easy to bathe brush ect I gave him a bath to see if it would soothe his bottom and he was terrified (not like him) he has been sad and nervous since his visit.Also my husband took my dog in before reading reviews I wish I would have know he was taking him, if I would have read any of these reviews I would not have let him take my dog to her.I believe she pulled his left hind leg out of socket while shaving his bottom, he has been favoring it and limping on it since he came home.

One excellent pet groomer! They know how to do things perfectly and I am really happy with the results. This dog groomer is the best in area for me and I will definitely come back. I highly recommend this dog groomer to everyone. Thanks guys and keep being this amazing pet groomer.

DONT EVER GO HERE! My poor dogs hair and nails were ruined by her. One of our dogs didnt even get a hair cut but she said she did it and the other dog she made him look like a cancer patient (chopped it so bad) when he wasnt even the one who needed a cut. I usually dont leave bad reviews but this is needed. STAY AWAY.

Do not take your dog here or anywhere where they use the dryer cage after bathing. They killed my friends dog this past weekend...
