Thank you so much for helping us with our cat Sebastian. They took care of everything, no sales pitch, very respectful and worked directly with our vet. We are very pleased with the care and attention Green Acres provided.

I found the people at green acres cemetery, to be most personable and very kind and warm when I brought my very best friend to the cemetery. I felt that Stephanie was connected to the pain that I felt.

The staff was great during a difficult time. They explained everything in great detail. The options that where available and when we could expect to pick up our dogs cremains. I would recommend them to anyone.

Losing a pet/member of the family is never easy, but finding someone who truly cares and understands? Its at Green Acres. I was shown so much support and respect here as I say my final goodbyes, that I know there is no one else I would ever trust for something like this. Plus, there was a huge selection of beautiful urns to honor our sweet pets. So grateful we have something like Green Acres available to us here in the valley. 10/10 would highly recommend.

We lost our service dog and best friend of 11 years in the middle of the night. We called Green Acres, they answered right away and they were so kind and understanding. They penciled us in for the next morning and they handled our friend with such care. She even pet his ears and said how beautiful of a dog he was. It really made letting go a lot less painful and I felt that his body was treated with so much care and respect. Hopefully I dont need their services again soon but when the time comes this is definitely where I will bring my furry friends. Thank you so much for your sympathy and care. The wooden urn we chose is beautiful and they have a ton more beautiful options.

Stephanie has helped us with 8 dogs and numerous cats cremations and burials over the last 15+ years . Green Acres came to my home to and were so kind to me. I have never had to put one of my dogs to sleep and it was very hard. They waited for the doctor to put my big beautiful golden retriever Bubba to sleep and waited for me to have some time with him until I could let him go. They handled him with such respect and care and told me they would take good care of him. I am so grateful for the service and care they provided. Thank you Green Acres.

My beautiful baby girl passed away she was a tuxedo cat and had such an awesome purrrsonality . Her name was little girl because she was so tiny when she was born she was my little girl it just stuck. Green Acres was so amazing in our time of grieving. They were so caring and understanding. Just made us feel welcomed and gave the sense that she was in wonderful hands for her cremation. I miss her dearly and I thank green acres for being there for us. My dear old lab died while my husband was out of town, and on a weekend. I couldnt reach anyone but Green Acres, and they were very kind and responsive. Im down in Weed, CA, and my dad helped me load up Moose and get him to Medford. Stephanie met us there, and was incredibly caring and sweet. This is never an easy time, but Im so grateful that this service was available for me and Moose. It makes a huge difference to be shown compassion and empathy when your heart is breaking, and Ill always be grateful. Thank you again.

My husband was in the hospital with pneumonia when our cat took a sudden turn downhill. Stephanie at Green Acres was very kind and efficient to make sure I could take our cat to the cemetery within two hours of my first phone call. Stephanie helped me place our kitty in the casket and made sure he was arranged gently. It was a very difficult day for me, yet Stephanie was there to help me thru it. When my husband got better Stephanie helped us pick out a suitable headstone. Now we stop by the cemetery to sit near our cat’s grave and remember him. I’m very grateful to Stephanie and Green Acres Pet Cemetery.

I called Green Acres in the morning, after having found Giorgio, our English Bulldog passed away only a half hour before. I was obviously heart-broken and grief-stricken, so it was hard to pick up the phone and call a company to cremate my pet. The person who answered was unprofessional and rude. No way to treat a customer, especially one that has just just lost their pet, which is a profit to your business, so some kindness and assistance is pretty fundamental. I was surprised how the person on the other end of the line was speaking to me being the business and the circumstances. I was even more distressed by the price. I decided to call the other company, Forever Friends, and got a much better, sweeter result. I want my pet to go in caring, understanding, empathetic hands versus unfriendly, unhelpful ones.

When we lost our Lhasa, we enlisted the services of Green Acres Pet Cemetery. We couldn’t have been happier with their service and compassion. They were quick returning her to us and understood the pain we felt. Thank you Green Acres for what you do and especially how you do it.

My first experience with Green Acres many years ago when my dog passed away was comforting, friendly, and accommodating with quality cremation services. When my cat started to pass away late one night, I submitted an inquiry on their website. They were so responsive the first time I used their services, I was surprised not to hear from them the next morning, so I called the number on their website in the afternoon and Stephanie was caring, helpful and quickly took care of all my needs during a very difficult time. When I mentioned that I had submitted an inquiry, after a little discussion we realized that there was a glitch in their website that prevented inquiries made on mobile devices from going through. Im so glad I decided to give them a call! They are working on getting the mobile features of the website fixed. I highly recommend Green Acres.

Ive taken several of my pets here when the need arose. They were very informative, answered all of my questions. They are very patient, caring and sympathetic. I did not feel rushed to make any decisions. They know that at that time we are grieving and dont always know exactly what we want, they inform and guide and then give you the time to make your decision. I highly recommend them.
