We went today for a private play for my son and 2 of his friends. He loved it and the place was very clean and the owner was keeping up with covid guidelines. We will definitely be back!

Parents are easy to stress out. When youre getting close to your breaking point, give this place a shot. Theyve got everything you need to keep your kid entertained, and some really comfy spots for the adults to hang.

This is a great place particularly for the younger range of kids (1-4 yes old). There are not as many bounce houses or larger play spaces as there are at other locations. However, there are a ton of toys.

We had a wonderful time at Jam time! My son had his second birthday party and the staff is absolutely amazing! They set up decorations and food, cleaned up and put our gifts together! 10/10 would recommend

Had a last minute birthday party here after checking the weather 4 days before our planned outdoor party. Luckily they had availability. The staff was great, the space was clean, bright and fun. All we had to do was bring the food and show up. They decorated, set up the food, made goody bags. The kids had a great time and it felt smooth and stress free for us. Well definitely be back on a rainy day.

My son is 10 months and he loves Miss Mandys classes! She is so patient, kind and attentive. We have tried several other classes in the area but Miss Mandys class by far exceeds all of the others.

People complain about stuff and its crazy to me. Listen, 1) you dont need more than one staff member up front just to save you five mins, lady. 2) messy areas happen, dude. Wah, you had to wipe a table. Get over it. 3) vibe of room lady: you cant make people behave in a way that tingles your brain correctly. 4) the staff isnt rude, youre just egocentric.Jt is big big fun...period. only critiques which are ACTUAL critiques would be a) door leading out toward bathroom closes way too quickly and is dangerous. B) lets get some potty training options on your toilets.

Kudos to the team at Jam Time for creating a wonderful indoor play space where kids can have fun and explore in a safe clean environment.

Price was great, went there for an animal show and it wasnt any extra.

Pretty nice indoor play area for those really hot/cold days. Lots of toys, some showing their age. A few big wooden climbing/slide structures, which is nice. The space is not huge, so with a moderate amount of kids it gets pretty loud and rambunctious.

This place is great to let little ones run around. Even my toddler feels comfortable here, although the general feel of the room varies depending on the other children (and parents), but the staff is so great with the kids, and the events weve been to at Jam Time have all been coordinated so well.

Good place to take your Kids out of the house during the long Mass winters. Is big enough, the size of a parks playground.

Lots to do for 1-4 year olds (climbing structures/slides, bounce house, play house, ride on toys, ball pit, trains, cars, dollhouses, and more) and there’s a good baby area too. Nice area to eat snacks or lunch (and the pizza place next door gives 10% off if you show your receipt)

My kids had a blast! That being said, one staff member for the entire facility was not nearly enough. When we entered, we waited 5+ minutes before I gave up and just sent my kids in (I came back to pay). Later, there was a parent feeding her kid peanut butter crackers and the lady was too busy to notice. Another time I wanted to buy a snack but the lady was gone setting up the birthday room. I hope she got the money I left on the counter...

Good for kids under 6 years old. My 4 year old loves this place. Clean and friendly. they have tables so You can bring your own snacks for kids to eat as well as they sell little snacks and coffee for adults. There is also a pizza place next door :)

My kids love it, and thats what really matters. Seating for tired parents, a small cafe area, clean bathrooms, etc.

Fun play area for young kids.

We have been going to Jam Time since the first opening day! My girls love it here! They have so many options as far as classes go for all age groups. The owners are so nice and great with kids! If you have a daughter be sure to check out the princess etiquette class, its a blast!

The staff was extremely rude to my children and I. We also had to ask for the food tables to be cleaned because of their lack of attentiveness. Their toys need to be washed and upgraded. Definitely geared towards kids under 4.

This place needs an upgrade and effective management. No staff were on the floor to keep things neat and organized. A lot of worn out play things and missing pieces. And they are raising prices on 12/1/17.

My kids absolutely love this place. It is free play based with some athletic equipment suitable from age 1 to age 8 or so. We go every week and the kids never get tired of it. Mandy and Malcolm Sim run an impeccable operation, well managed, clean, etc. They pay attention to the details.We also just had a private birthday party at there and I can not speak highly enough of what a great time it was. I highly recommend this place for fun and or for a party!

Fantastic staff!

Despite having 3 kids this was my first trip to jam time with my 21 month old. It was Halloween so the had an animal show as well as crafts and treats for the kids. My child and her friend were entertained for the entire time we were there. I found it to be clean and the staff friendly.

Mother and nanny dream. $12 but lots to do.

Super fun indoor play place!! Nice and open, makes it easy to keep an eye on busy kiddos

This place has a wonderful variety of indoor activities for every child 1-6 years in age. From climbing walls, to cars to sit and ride in, to play houses to ball pits to slides, Id highly suggest this place to anyone who is looking for an indoor activity for a day.Dont forget to wear socks: id recommend socks with grippers on the bottom because some of the equipment is slippery in smooth socks.

Excellent gym alternative for small children to release their energy. They also have classes for kids and do birthday parties.
