Its a peaceful place to live

I love it here because Frank is awesome and its very safe,clean and convenient to access to all main arteries of travel. I highly recommend this place....

Small easy to maintain yards.. all are nice and clean .. neighbors are friendly .. close to meyer and a variety of resturants

Not sure where all the 5 stars live, because it couldnt be here. Park is very small, with very little room between the RVs. That is livable, but then you have the flooding every time it rains, some of the yards look like junkyards, and need cut most of the time. One of the mobile homes has no siding at all. Several occupants conduct businesses in the park, which lead to overcrowding of vehicles and noise. The mgr. Is a nice guy, but is letting the park go downhill. Weve been coming here for many years, but after the latest incident, today, Im not sure if well be back next year. Am very disappointed in Fred.

Very nice place to live. All the people are friendly. Its like living in d different world. U couldnt ask for better management. Very nice couple. Wish they would do some kind of activities. Like picnics everyone bring something, or park yard sales. Etc.

Close to traffic, and nightly sirens, but I was use to a quiet country resort. Otherwise, friendly RV people,and owners.

Havent lived here long but i absolutely love it. Neighbors are all nice and most are a bit older and quiet. Ive heard that the roads arent well plowed in the winter though. Trailers dont go on sale often but there are open lots to be had and space for RVs

Love living here. Everybody is nice. Fred the manager and wife are very friendly. And great location to be.

It is a one lane road with mobile homes down both sides. Homes are very close togther, not much of a yard. They do allow campers/rvs here. The rent is okay. There is no playground for the kids. Which means the kids run wild and cut through your yard. No stopping them. Management does nothing about it. Some of the homes are run down but that doesnt matter. Quite place.

Very reasonable and a true working contractors RV park.Freds an awesome guy - Id stay here anytime.
