Its a Michaels. You know what youre getting. I did find a good selection and when I had a question, it was answered pretty thoroughly. Checkout was fast and helpful with coupons.

Jeff is a magician with the custom framing for my daughters nursey:)

As always my experience there was positive. They are knowledgeable and helpful. My advice for persons eligible to receive the military discounts, is to sign up on the Micheals website so that you would automatically get the discount upon finalizing your purchase.

There are always many beautiful and useful things. good discounts

Took advantage of the buy 2 get 1 free deal on yarn. Bought yarn for projects for my husband and sis-in-law. Also got surprise buy 1/get half off on baby blanket yarn.

The associates were helpful, knowledgeable and very patient. Im not really a craft person but I may try doing something in the future, so its to know that I have place to go to for information.

The store was very neat and organized when we came through. There was a good amount of inventory and compared to other locations in that area, it was easy to navigate through and find what you need. The cashier was very friendly and nice but she was the only associate who acknowledged us or even spoke to us and there was quite a few employees all throughout the store, hence the 3 star rating.

Went in to frame a picture, except for the waiting in line it went really well. Cant wait to get in back now.

I like Michaels for their holiday decor sales and art supplies.

This location is always clean and the staff is always kind.

Its ok. Need to get a better selection of yarn at reasonable prices.

On of my favorite Art supply store. I just love it.

Really cute things and great prices

They usually have what I need. Staff is helpful as well.

Quick find using the app and fast check outs

My go to for all things arts, crafts, and decor. Their membership program helps you plug in to great discounts and specials. They also off classes to help improve your crafting skills.

For all your crafting needs.

Just a few ornaments and my newest Santa!

Bought lots of crafts to keep the kiddos busy. Loved the $.99 bins!

I love Michaels they have great prices and especially when things are on sale and the employees are pretty nice also

Staff were not very attentive and just walked around pretending to be. Maybe it was a bad day.

Great selections of seasonal decorations and great prices!

My planner just ran out in June 2020, I saw this really cute one online and had to have it. My life always feels kind of out of my control at times being a 2 time domestic violence survivor and all. I enjoy the little thing in life like gardening, homeschooling, coffee and most of all organizing my planner. I came in about 30 minutes to closing tonight due to receiving a ride from someone very close to me after my car broke down during the pandemic. I didn’t really see the actual planner I was looking for but knew they were in stock at this location, I was on the app days ago scouting out the one I wanted in particular when I asked a very sweet girl with duo colored hair weather or not they were in stock. she climbed down for her ladder on another shelf and proceeded to assist me in looking for the one I wanted, she was very kind about it and I made sure to take a photo of her name tag so that I was able to give her credit for her patience and kindness today. I felt like she went above and beyond today because she could have just shrugged me off since it was close to closing but she did not and she made my night. I’m sure if you checked the cameras you’d see me leaving section 10 smiling with the planner in hand and holding it tight to my heart. It’s truly the small things in life and during this time we need that ! AUNIKA

Good clean store, packed with goodies.

Anything and everything crafts. Nice sales. Clean store and helpful and friendly staff.

Not that helpful but I have to consider the season

I like it but is a little bit expensive and does not always have what Im looking for, but I like the offers

Yarn department is a little small but there was some good sales

This Michaels always gets slammed with hordes of elderly people. I always enjoy that though. It fills my heart with joy to know that these people are still lively and enjoying new hobbies they otherwise might not have. Removed a star because they dont have the TIE Fighter models I wanted though.

Great variety of items from painting, cake decorating, artificial flowers, beads and other items to make jewelry, yarn, home decorations and so much more! I went there to buy some beads and they were on sale. I got some beautiful beads for a lot less than they are at Walmart and their selection blows Walmart out of the water! Everywhere I looked they had many items on sale. It was worth the drive to get exactly what I was looking for at such good prices. I will definitely go back!

I dont come here often but this location is a very well laid out store and the employees are super nice. Even though I always come here for my wife or daughter, I will definitely come back for my self in order to possibly have some more input in decorating our home. Its not all frilly stuff like I imagined, although mostly.

Has everything I need when Im feeling crafty. My favorite place.

This place is murder on my wallet. The staff is ever so helpful. Its great to know that they are also artists and can tell me about products. I like that there is usually a good coupon to use. Todays visit was productive and it was at to a badge on my wallet.

So much to do love it

I got one of the BEST DEALS EVER here. The EXACT thing i needed for my moms Christmas present was on sale from $64.99 down to $19.99 ... cant go wrong!

Great found what i waned. An more??

Low on supplies due to covid.

Well stocked on their craft items. Good selections, well priced. Plenty folks to help you if needed.

Pretty good place for a variety of items. Prices are moderate to expensive depending on what you are looking for. They are not responsible for parents who dont discipline their screaming tykes and/or letting them play around in the store.

Its Michaels. They have crafts. Duh...

The saleswoman really didnt know how to help us. But she was SOOOOO VERY FRIENDLY AND FRIENDLY.

This Michael’s is ok, just the issue to bare shelves in certain places and too crowded isle of additional things. Also around 70% of the store is Christmas instead of crafts and supplies.Things are all over the floor in places and there seems to be no real order to it all...

Love this Michaels. Great layout and friendly staff. Very easy to get to.

Love shopping with their 40-50% coupon! Great selection.

Lucky me, yesterday was 40% off Spring flowers! I havent filled this vase in 30 yrs.

Neat items for your crafts and projects located here... And,great place to shop.

If you love crafts then you will love Michaels they have everything.

Nothing compared to hobby lobby or AC Moore. Store is cluttered and its hard to find anything

I needed to frame some odd sized art work. I wanted it to match and make a statement in 1 room. Karen was able to help me select mat colors and frames. She did a fantastic job of bringing everything together. Thank you so much they will make a great Christmas Gift !

I love Michaels! Got a bunch of Halloween decorations ...cheap! I love crafty stuff! I just wander around for hours getting ideas.

Aunika and Mila were awesome friendly staff that made my shopping experience enjoyable.

Michael is the place to go if you are a Crafter.... there is so many things to choose from... its like being in a candy store

If you like shopping off the floor, then this is the place for you.

Empty shelves, invisible help

They have everything I am looking for,

My daughter and I love getting all kinds of crafts from Michaels

Nice place, has everything you need to make crafts and develop our creativity.

They dont accept competitors coupons anymore

One of my favorite places! You dont have to be crafty to fall in love with this store. They have something for EVERYONE!

As always, lots of new items to spark my creativity.

Very messy. Extremely low on merchandise.

They were really helpful! Really nice & handed us coupons at check out! We really enjoyed going! We really only picked up a couple of canvases but they were not really going for anything in particular. So it was nice to find something to do

Always a fun place to visit and get good ideas.

Always friendly and for a small store they have a good amount of stock.

Michaels used to be pretty well stocked, for an all around Crafts and Arts (yep, in that order) store.as of yesterday, my. is it left me with the opinion that it is just a craft store that sells cheap pain and brushes for artists. if you love crafts, Michaels is great. If youre a fine artist or cartoonist, seek out Cheap Joes, because Michaels doesnt want our good dollars.

Store seemed to be a little dated. Shelves were somewhat bare in certain sections. Sufficient staff at checkout lanes which I appreciate.

Fairly good choice and due to sales some good prices. Overall items not on sale are high.

They always have great deals, my Mom an I Love this place

Cashier went out her way to assist and was able to help me find the item i was looking for.... Thanks

So much stuff. Fun place

Went in for a picture frame and was blown away with just how many frames they offer. Small to large and various styles per size.

Great photo albums at Michaels my granddaugher wanted for Christmas at fantastic prices.

Unfortunately, they were out of most items. The items I did fine only one of them were on sale.

Great service. Very helpful employees

We liked it. We thought convenient, clean, friendly.

One of my favorite craft stores. They always have what I am looking for and then some!

It was messy but had some great deals

Can be hard to navigate and find what youre looking for but the staff are generally friendly and helpful and you should always check their website for coupons.

Michaels is very well stocked and organized. They offer classes in making wreaths and decorating special occasion cakes. I was looking for new buttons for my coat and was disappointed in their selection. I did better at Joannes. Michaels is a bit pricey, but it works well if you use coupons and collect your materials gradually.

Awesome store for all your craft needs!

Love this store. Asked for help and was trying to load a coupon on my cell and sweet girl at register gave it to me

Fantastic store for Arts n Crafts, Seasonal and homemaking supplies!Sad to see that Model(air planes, cars etc) have dwindled so much!

Think this was the worst craft store Ive ever been in. Hobby Lobby has put a hurting on this chain. Store was dirty, over priced, and under stocked.

Always has cool art supplies and decor

Great place for decorations and arts and craft supplies. So many things you can get here.

Nice clean and orderly

The store was well let, the employees were all very nice. It was well kept in general. We really appreciated that fact that the register person provided us coupons to reduce the cost of our products!

The best, cleanest, most organized Michaels Ive ever been to.

I am an artist and buy canvas and oil paints and brushes. I always take advantage of 40 off weekly coupon. It saves me money. I wish they built a store in Monroe

Always has what I am looking for and most of the time while in there I find other items that will work on another item. Wide variety so lots of choices and they have ideas and displays too that may help with whatever you may be working on.

Great deals and personal. .

Its a good place to shop

Michaels always has good stuff and most times good prices. But watch and read the tiny print if you think you will redeem a coupon on a product you want to purchase. Those fabulous coupons dont always apply .

Clean and knowledgeable staff

This place is great to walk around in and get ideas for ur home its a little pricey for my pockets but I love getting ideas for my home!!!

Clean. Staff was helpful. Sales were clearly visible.

Great selection of items. Great prices as i could always catch a deal if you sign up for the rewards program. Store is always clean and not usually too busy.

Great selection and variety. Stop here first for your craft shopping.

Clean, wise aisle and loaded with awesome deals on seasonal secor

Clean. Well organized. Plenty of parking. Some of the aisles are narrow.
