This is about the 3rd time purchasing from this particular store and my buying experience was great! I love the prices they are very reasonable,I love how attentive the staff can be when you’re purchasing. The delivery guys were polite, respectful and quick. My only issue is when the furniture came the dresser was chipped and I sent it back and lost communication with the staff for a re-delivery, then I had to wait a few days which inconvenienced me and when I spoke with the young girl there she didn’t have any regard to the issue that I had about that particular delivery date. That was actually the only issue out of everything that I purchased. I will purchase from them again.

I absolutely love my furniture/rug. The store associates were very helpful and friendly. As well as the delivery drivers. They called ahead of time to let me know they were in route, made sure they placed my furniture exactly where I wanted it.& took all furniture boxes out to the trash for me. I will definitely be back to shop. Just waiting on the bedroom set Ive saw there to be restocked. & Im ordering again.

I had been looking for a bedroom set for a minute before I came here. I found a set that included everything I wanted well almost everything. The bundle price was well under my budget but I was satisfied. I was in the store no more than one hour. The delivery was on time. They even tried to deliver days before the expected date. My bed is so comfortable.

The owner Mohammed is the most disrespectful, dismissive person Ive ever encountered. Furniture is sub-par. Policies are one sided, to protect themselves. They tried to deliver used furniture, when I clearly paid for brand new and when I refused delivery, Mohammed would not be flexible. No customer service skills at all. Spend your money elsewhere where thry will respect you and your dollar.

My experience was ok...I dont like that they went up on their prices on everything due to the Pandemic. I guess they are trying to recover the money loss. Not fair to the consumers who have lost their jobs or have pay cuts. We are all trying to survive.

Great furniture and nice people..my only compliant is the owner isnt really up to price negotiations...not that I wanted anything for free but I bought 4 rooms of furniture within 30 days or so and he wouldnt even give me a break on the delivery but overall his delivery men made up for it because they were really nice and they worked extremely fast! The customer service was horrible I spent over $1,000.00 with this company only for them to deliver me a mattress that had no springs and they also wanted me to bring the mattress back when I had paid a delivery fee already. They also didn’t offer a discount and instead I ended up spending $100.00 more to get the correct mattress on top of that the delivery for the new mattress was not next day.

Great deals on some nice furniture

They were very helpful. I purched a full/full bunkbed. The delivery and installation was quick. They gave me a delivery window of 11am to 2 pm and arrived at 1130a. They had the bed installed and in place within 45 minutues. And were very respectful when going in and out of my house to help ensure my cat did not get loose.

I ordered my funiture during the covid virus and it was being shipped from another factory so deliveries were delayed and of course I just wanted my funiture but discount rugs and furniture kept me in the loop and was very helpful during the whole process and believe me they were busy with alot of customers very friendly service and on delivery day it was very hot the 2 guys were excellent in bringing my sectional up to the third fl might I add, I offered them cold water for their time and walla singned sealed delivered.. another happy customer...

I always have a great experience & have been shopping with them for about 6 years or so!! The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was because the last thing I ordered was a bunk bed set and the stairs had attached drawers, 2 of the 3 drawers were put together uneven/off track and they don’t quite close all the way...
