This is one of my favorite courses in Northeast Ohio. Great weekend rates after 1:00. Always in really good shape. Greens roll fantastic. The practice facilities are awesome as well. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back!

This is a beautiful golf course! Always in great shape. Challenging yet fair.. only negative, its gonna take 5 or more hours to play 18. Could be a number of reasons for that... Doesnt really matter Im sure Ill be back!!!!

I have come here to golf about 5-7 times in the last three years. Ive never had such a bad experience as I have had today. I had called on Friday to set a tee time at 9:52 and was running a little behind. I get it, thats my fault.But the people behind the counter were rude to me upon my arrival, and the ranger was even more rude when we went to tee off. The ranger, who we were waiting on to assign us carts and tell us which of the three courses to begin on, spoke down to us, argued with us, and told us when we told him we were waiting on him dont pull that s*** with me.The course is well maintained, but I will never come back here. We are leisure golfers, just playing nine for fun. I dont need this kind of treatment.

What a great public course and great value. Greens are true and in GREAT condition. Tee boxes very good. Layout it awesome. Only negative is condition of sand traps, mostly dirt/sand mix (it’s also not $65 to golf here, so I get it). Overall this is a great course and a great golfing experience. I’ll be back!

Fairways are firm and fast greens putt true always a challenge from every tee box

Course is in great shape and price is best in our area. If only they would buy good sand and get the traps in shape.

Its a bit of a drive (no pun intended) but my friend wanted to go so I made the trip. Its a beautiful course. They have three 9s. The course length was perfect for me, and its very well-kept. Also we only paid 18 each for 18 holes

Lots of fun for us to play there. We try to play this course at least twice a year.

Great club house. They have a nice pro shop with a great selection. A nice dining area and bar. Nice golf carts. Also have a wedding reception area for party’s . The course is big and nice wide open. They have a few bodies of water around the course. A great place to go and either play a round of nine or 18. If you haven’t checked it out. Give it a try it won’t disappoint you.

I golfed there on Labor day and got chased off the course by lightning and course rules. (Horn sounded). They offered rain checks. I had played 2 holes. Two players from my foursome recieved full 18 hole rain checks and the other two recieved prorated rain checks.I am very disappointed in the lack of a consistent policy and cannot recommend this course.

Course in great shape all things considered. Greens were smooth and true. Only complaint is the non removerable plastic dividers on the golf carts.

South course was my favorite but all 3 9s are nice and in great shape. Will be back to play them all again soon

Friendly staff. Todays starter is one very funny dude; he had me laughing for 15 minutes.Oh yeah, the golf course is always in very good condition. Played all 27 holes!!

Had an early morning tee time, never had been to the course before. As me and my dad get there starter was very unhelpful and rude. Also did not help us in any way to find the first hole. Course was in good shape but the bunkers are pretty bad rocks everywhere!

Greens were good cheap rate

Got chased off the course by lightning. Played 2 holes. Got a prorated rain check for 16 holes. I have never heard of such a thing. Cheapskates!

We have our Annual Condo meetings there. Food always great, beverages as well. They just remodeled the meeting hall. It looks very nice and updated for parties, weddings & receptions indoors. Very nice!

Just played the “South” course yesterday. I got to say this is one of the nicest courses I’ve been on. Very well taken care of. Everyone I encountered was very nice. Will go back very soon. I highly recommend

My favorite course in Stark county

About a 3 due to the lack of mowing everywhere. Not used to seeing this gem look so beaten down.

The layout wasnt bad but every trap was unplayable. Some holes are just baffling in their design. A par four you can hit 7 iron from the tee? I dont get it. Pretty baked out when I played in late July.

Great place to

5:30pm 78 degrees and sunny. Driving range is closed so we can mow it tomorrow. Apparently it takes 3 hours to pick the driving range in a golf cart. Lost revenue and another poor decision at the Legends. No wonder the game of golf is shrinking. When in Massillon, play The Elms...much better condition, golf course and management.

Several fairways damaged from what appeared to be skunks rooting for grubs......Overall course was in very nice condition given the time of year......we would definitely recommend are returning next week...

1st time playing here and found the course to be in great shape even with all the rain. Greens were very receptive to holding your shot and putted true. Enjoyable round and will be bgg ack.

Great course, friendly staff, 91 degrees out extremely hot they gave free water at the clubhouse. Ball cleaners that werent trashed, complaint is only that there were no places to get water on the course. Water, sand and an accuracy requirement makes for a fun and challenging course.

Great golf course that is open 7 days a week and has 27 holes to play. I found that their prices are very competitive both in golf, banquets and catering. Chef Steve makes really good food too.

Great coarse, least in great shape

Great facility. Driving range, practice putting green, huge parking, pro shop with lots of items, and good snack bar.Theres 3 courses, today I played the east and north. The course crosses some streets but signs are abundant so you be able to find your way.The course can play tricks with your eyes. There are plenty of bunkers to get you in trouble so choose wisely. I found myself reaching for the 3 wood on many occasions. Using a 7i wasnt out the question on one particular hole from the tee. Most of the greens are large. Theres some quickness, especially when you find yourself on a downhill putt.Overall we had a ball. Out of bounds only became apparent when there was a wild shot. Some water but usually not in play except on 9 and 18.Would I play this course again? Thats a fat yes.

This course is always well maintained and had a great layout on all 3 nines. The greens play true and there are some great opportunities to score on a well hit tee shot.

Nicely maintained golf course. The starter was uppity and made you feel like you were a peasant at a 5 star golf course but otherwise we had a great experience.

3.5. It was much better before the city owned it. Went on 9/3. Ton of sandtraps were in horrible shape and/or had gravel in them. Starter was an old crotchety fellow. He made a comment about my group being a few minutes late for our tee time. We were waiting at the starter shack when he finally rolled up. Tool.

The course has gone downhill from years ago. Their sand traps are garbage, and the greens are never fixed or repaired. The only nice thing about this course is the scenic views. The starters are always in a grumpy mood, but the workers at the bar are very friendly.

It is a 4 star course for Northeast Ohio. Well maintained property, friendly and helpful staff, the driving range could use some tlc.. Not a great course, but overall good.
