Process seemed shady to me, and when they called with my estimate it still seemed shady because the estimate was almost the cost of the watch. I said just send it back and they wanted to charge me for shipping it back which their site says they dont, but when I stated that they said they needed to change that. They then cut the estimate in half and I agreed to have it fixed. They fixed it a reasonable price, but the website need to be accurate and it shouldnt be a negotiation because thats not how the process shows on the website. Love the idea and the concept, but it was a little rocky getting through it, but in the end my favorite watch was repaired.
