First time coming here. Very clean and sanitized. Cabin in the woods was a bit hard for my group but we had a great game master Jude! She was super nice & helpful and made it more fun. If you are looking for a fun well themed escape room check out this place! Much more thought into the rooms here & very nice staff. Thank you!

The experience was super fun, safe and sanitized. I went with a party from work and we were able to debunk the mystery behind the Pirate room. There was a great combination of mathematics as well as logical thinking that kept everyone on their toes. The attendants were super helpful and gave hints, if needed, that were not too revealing which furthered the suspense. 5 stars!

We went in a small group of five and did Cabin In The Woods. We didnt exactly conquer the room but we did have an amazing time trying. After leaving we decided to go back later in the evening and try our luck doing Pirates Of The Dark Sea. We came out winners the second time around. Win or lose the place gives a wonderful, fun, clean experience. The staff is very polite and give off positive fun energy. The best part is whether you go in a group of two, five or more you get the room to yourselves for the hour and they are cleaning the rooms in between guests. I highly recommend it!

Celebrated my daughters 8th birthday in the Sweet Revenge room with a few friends. I was definitely hesitant to do this at this time but we wore our masks, sanitized our hands and had a great time!!! Our hostess, Jude, was super duper helpful with giving us clues. My daughter and her friends had a great time and shes already looking forward to doing another room next year

We had so much fun doing the Cabin in the Woods escape room! Challenging and fun, we got out with seconds to spare! The staff was friendly and helpful, can’t wait to come back again! Game master John was great

John and Kyle were great! We beat the pirate room with 8 minutes left! I felt very comfortable with all of their Covid precautions, and they did a great job keeping our group separate from others. This is our second time coming here, and will definitely be back again!!

I had the BEST experience at Just Escape! The place is pristine, clean & sanitary. I felt very safe being in the place. And the room was so much fun! Angie & Lauren made our experience in the Wizard’s Last Quest room amazing & fun! I really enjoyed my time and will be returning!

Best escape room my friends and I have ever done! The rooms they have are well thought out and have every detail spot on for that theme. Our host Angie is the BEST! She is so chill and you can tell she really loves her job and wants everyone to have an amazing time. There are not enough words to say how awesome Angie is and the experience she gave us. She really went above and beyond! I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a great time and loves escape rooms as much as we do. Thanks again!

We had a great time at Just Escape LI! It was cleanly and had plenty of hand sanitizing stations. My family and I came here for my birthday and our Game Master was Jude. She wrote out Happy Birthday Anna on our screen which was nice of her! We enjoyed the Wizards Quest room a lot and ended up doing well! The only feedback wed have is that the lighting was pretty dim and made it hard to see. A little more light would be helpful in this room. But the room had a lot of nice details and props, making it a full experience. We will definitely be returning!Thanks Jude!

We did two rooms and we literally had an amazing time!! The staff was funny, understanding! Angie is really the best and made it the best time ever. such a fun covid thing to do with friends . i loved every second and will be going back!

My boyfriend and I love going to Just Escape LI. We have literally taken advantage of their 20% book now promotion the past four times in a row because we are so obsessed!! We love John and he is a great game master and makes our experience so much fun and memorable. We will be back in a week for my boyfriends birthday and I can’t wait- hopefully we win!

Very good experience here over the weekend. We did “The Cabin” room and it was challenging but a lot of fun! I can’t wait to come back and do another room! Our game master John was very nice and made our experience memorable.

We’ve come here a few times, did cabin i. The woods was very hard, Angie was our game master and very helpful. Next we did wizards quest John was our game master was similar to cabin but a lot of fun. We went to carnival after where we had Angie again and won ! Both Angie and John were terrific game masters and were definitely coming back !

We were short of plans for the day so we decided to give this place a try. Jack greeted us as we came in and was able to help us with everything we need. I was impressed with how clean the waiting room was and was shocked by how clean our room was. We chose Cabin in the Woods. Angie our Game master was extremely helpful and welcoming which adds to the experience and makes us want to come back. Fantastic place overall.

My family and I love escape rooms, and Just Escape was exceptional. John and Peter were the staff that was present, and they were extremely friendly and accommodating. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommend

Had an amazing time trying to solve the Pirates of the Dark Sea. Our game master was Kyle and we were given lots of helpful clues to assist us. The room was very clean and sanitized but it was a little too dim. Looking forward to attend another room!

We’ve been to Just Escape twice now and we really love it! The first time, we tried “Prey,” which has since been retired. The second time, we escaped from Wizard’s Last Quest! We escaped with only 38 seconds left! Don’t want to give away any spoilers but we had such a good time. We brought a friend and it was his first time- he loved it. We just had to pre-book for our next challenge!! We’ve been to another escape room and this is our preferred one! It’s a really great time for all! Definitely check it out! Staff is super friendly! Our game master was Tom- he was awesome! Angie was so great and fun to debrief with! Grab a few friends and try to escape!!!

Wonderful and Fun time here, this is our second time here with both experiences being great. Our game master for both was Tom and was the best. The rooms are definitely challenging even for seasoned players which keeps the excitement up. Definitely will be going back for more fun.

We did Wizards Last Quest, one of the newer rooms, with Ashley as our game master. We had a blast doing it, and even placed 5th all time! Our group has done many escape rooms in the past, here and else where, and this one was great and unique. It was set up very well, and had a great aesthetic, and we had no problems. We used 2 clues and we got responses very quickly, and just had a great time in general. We are definitely coming back to do more!

The perfect escape room location! A great variety of rooms with different difficulty levels. Lauren have my friends and I a rundown of everything and she was the best!! My friends and I chose to do Cabin in the Woods room. It was So. Cool. Definitely harder than some, but challenging in the best way! Go here for a guaranteed good time!

Angie and John were awesome Game Masters! Gone to this place two times now since they reopened after quarantine and both times had a great experience! Love going here for date night, family night or a night out with friends! Highly recommend this venue for an escape the room! Super clean and definitely very responsive to COVID regulations.

Amazing, honestly! I’ve been here twice and I’ve done the Wizard’s Last Quest (failed, but had SO much fun!) and the Pirates of the Dark Sea (CRUSHED IT but only because of our amazing game master) and they were amazing, and so challenging! And the staff, oh my GOD they were so accommodating and so sweet to us! (John and Angie, shoutout to you!) Definitely coming back here again! :D

Had an amazing time! My sister and I did Carnival Conundrum but we’ve done multiple games in the past and all of the rooms are worth attempting! Our game master Angie was amazing!!! She was super interactive and by the end we all had a big laugh! Highly recommend others to go!!

My Family and I went to Just Escape this evening and we were in the pirate room. We had a great time. Angie was the best.... She informed us of all the new Covid policies and procedures that we need to abide by and she was super helpful. I would definitely recommend going to Just Escape and if you’re lucky enough to have Angie help you when you’re there consider yourself very fortunate.

Coming here tonight was a completely spontaneous choice. I had friends over for dinner and we reminisced on amazing places we went for Escape Rooms. Next thing we knew we were online/on the phone booking the next available room! They emailed us the forms to complete at home so we could walk right in (no sitting in the waiting room). Lastly, everything was so clean and organized. Ill definitely be going back soon!!

Amazing experience! My game master Ashley was so professional, Courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. She was so enthusiastic which really made it more exciting! The room we did, wizards last quest, was amazingly interesting and it’s decor was incredible! I would highly recommend this facility and my game master Ashley!

Just had my bachelor party here! It was my first ever escape room, and it did not disappoint! Peter our game master did a great job of explaining the rules and guiding us through how the game works. The room was well decorated and immersive with the theme. And most importantly, we escaped! Tons of fun and highly recommend!

This was my first time doing an escape room. I had such a great experience with the first one, I ended up doing another right after. Clean, organized, great execution, creative themes...absolutely LOVED it!

Today has been my second time in total doing an escape room and my second time coming to Just Escape, and I will be coming back every time.I see they are creating new rooms as well, which is exciting as I can keep going back for new challenges!Now, what keeps me coming back to Just Escape is the culture of the place itself and the adrenaline rush. They are a very professional, friendly, clean, orderly, and fun staff.{COVID-Wise: There was a big jug of hand sanitizer in the room, they are very careful with social distancing and they do enforce that their visitors wear masks. It was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable.}This time around, our Game Master was Tom and he was the cherry on top. He kept us motivated, laughing, and made sure we didn’t go insane overthinking every detail (as you should quite often with most things in an escape room).He was very attentive to us, we felt the enthusiasm on both sides of the screen, and ultimately had a blast. I highly recommend everybody go to Just Escape-Massapequa whether it be as a first timer, or repeating visitor.

My 13 year old daughter and her friends had a great time at Just Escape! The facility was very clean and the manager Angie was extremely friendly and helpful. She was an excellent guide and made the experience so much fun for the girls. Ive been to several different escape rooms and this was one of the best. We will definitely be returning!

We just had our son’s 9th birthday party here and the kids had a blast. Even the adults were entertained with their own escape room adventure! Staff and owner Jacqueline went above and beyond for us. Would definitely recommend for any kids party or a fun night out with your friends.

We had an AMAZING first time experience. One of the managers, Angie, was our game master and made the experience that much better. Just Escape is a great way to spend some family time if you’re into trying new things. Will definitely be coming here again with friends and family.

Lauren and June were the best game masters! we were very impressed with the way that they were flexible with us and sanitary wise. we have done multiple rooms at this escape room now and we love it!

We came here for my girls birthday when we got a babysitter last minute, and it ended up being way better than I could’ve thought. It was our first time here and I personally couldn’t be happier. Angie was super helpful and personable. The room itself was very clever and borderline devious lol. We did the illusionist and had a blast... be warned though, “just escape” is a tricky spot. Be prepared to have an awesome time giving your common sense an extreme workout. I’m definitely gonna be going back. Top notch, thanks Angie.

We have been coming to Just Escape for a few years and have always had a blast! This time was no exception. Angie the Game Manager was super kind and thorough in her explanations of new policies while making us feel safe and comfortable. She was also super helpful and funny in giving us clues and encouragement to complete the room. Can’t wait to come back :)

This place is great, I tried two rooms so far Carnival and wizard, they were quite tricky and interesting. Very nicely decorated. Also love the music in the lobby and the parking available in the back. Will come again!

Was looking for something fun to do with our daughter and stumbled upon this place! We had such an amazing time !! Our game master Angie was amazing! She was super detailed in explaining how to work our way through the room and was so helpful10/10 reccomed this place. We booked our next room for the next night right as we finished our current room!

Had an amazing time at the Just Escape in Massapequa. Angie was our clue master and was a wonder. We loved every single min of it we had to do another room. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to come and do sweet revenge, and if you want a real challenge do the wood cabin one.

This was an excellent escape room experience! Ive done quite a few escape rooms before, but this one was recommended by a friend so I had to check it out. The room we did was challenging but the hints were there, thankfully our game master Caitlyn (sorry if I misspelled! I should have asked her how she spells it) was incredible and offered us hints along the way. We made it out with 6 minutes to spare! We had an incredible time, and after they gave us popcorn. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for fun try out this place. It is totally worth the time and money!

One of the best escape rooms Long Island has to offer. The staff is friendly, they walk you through the plot of the room you have chosen. They have a tv in the room that writes out clues if you ask for them instead of having someone talk to you on a walkie talkie. If you’re looking for difficult puzzling rooms, this place has got them. The staff is also very conscious of keeping the place hygenic and safe for everyone during this covid-era. Having played mafia, prey, and the illusionist, other long island escape rooms just can’t match this place.

Came here for the first time with a couple of friends and our hostess Angie was amazing! She made sure we had a lot of fun as well as staying safe. The room was awesome and she made sure it was cleaned thoroughly. Highly recommend this place with you and all your friends!!

Just came here with my brother and his girlfriend and we did the Illusionist escape room. Our game master and also Just Escape Manager was amazing and helped us through the room. She was so nice and enthusiastic, and friendly. Her clues and hints were so helpful and we escaped the room with 2 minutes left! After escaping we booked another escape room for later tonight with my whole family, and Angie offered to be our Game Master again! If youre looking for a fun hour to spend during quarantine, definitely come here!

“I have done escape rooms with various groups of people all across NY as well as in a few neighboring states. Ive probably done something like 20 different rooms. I can confidently say that Just Escape is one of the best escape room establishments that Ive ever visited. They are clean, professional, friendly, and well thought out.”This would have been my plain review for Just Escape after visiting them a handful of times over the last two years or so. Then, they spent the first half of 2020 helping me plan my wedding proposal. Thats where the review gets a little longer.Jacqueline and her staff at Just Escape were cordial and helpful from the first time I called them asking about the possibility of planning a proposal. I spoke with multiple staff members throughout the process and every single person was great! Ill try to still keep it short and sweet, but heres a breakdown of my vision that Just Escape helped bring to life.I bought a blank white puzzle (only 12 pieces, and the whole puzzle was the size of a sheet of paper so the pieces were big) and had a picture glued onto it that said FLIP ME OVER. On the back of the puzzle, written in invisible ink were the words TURN AROUND. Without ruining the escape room itself, heres how it went down:In the final object which opened in the room, there was an envelope. The envelope read To escape, you must solve the puzzle and answer the question. Inside the envelope was the puzzle I described above, along with the UV flashlight to see the invisible ink. We completed the puzzle and saw that it said to flip over, which we did. Then, we used the UV flashlight to reveal the TURN AROUND. I pretended to be confused, mentioning that the envelope said we had to answer a question. I told my girlfriend to use the UV flashlight to check again for any other clues, while I stood behind her. Then I said Oh, I think I know what the question is! I got down on one knee and asked her to marry me. She said yes!The staff at Just Escape walked me through the room in advance to prepare me and ease any nerves I had about the actual escape so that I knew we could get to the end. They allowed me to slightly manipulate their room to my liking to plan my perfect proposal. Specifically, Hailey - our game master - was an immense help to me. She was the one who personally walked me through the room and made sure we would escape. She even let me borrow her GoPro and hid the camera in the room so that we were able to get a video of our special moment to cherish forever. Jacqueline, Hailey, and the entire staff at Just Escape truly went above and beyond to make my proposal come to life and I could not be more thankful for all of them.

Angie was a great host and made the experience worthwhile. It was my first time in an escape room and o enjoyed it !
