This is my first year with the program and may I say, Im still amazed from week to week not only as parent but an assistant coach with this organization. My son as a player and his first year, of ever playing any organized sport has grown to love the program and his fellow players. Me as a parent loves everything this program does for the community, the kids and their education and us our family. My daughter is looking forward to becoming a Spartan cheerleader and her first year of something organized. I am honored to be part of this group of people and as we consider this OUR FAMILY. Looking for many years to come to part of this group and consider me a LIFER....

This is one remarkable group! I wish I could adequately explain the amount of determination and passion that is put into this program. If you are looking to enroll your child into a program that highlights sportsmanship but emphasizes academics and building individual character look no further.Dont be fooled into thinking that this isn’t real football. This is football with whipped cream and a cherry on top. Your child will be part of a community of others directly focused on comradery and teamwork.I encourage you to join the Upper Cape Spartans!

I have watched many young boys and girls this past two years shine out on the field and in their school work. The dedication on and off the field of the coaches, staff members and the player agent have given these kids the confidence boost they needed to reach far beyond their ability and to participate in volunteering around the community. I have no doubt these kids will grow into the type of people we want to take over the reigns and run the world! Great job, GO SPARTANS!!

As I reflect on the past 2 seasons with the Upper Cape Spartans I can honestly say that I had absolutely no idea what to expect. My Son joined the tackle football program and I signed on as part of the Coaching Staff. I have had the pleasure of not only watching my Son grow as a football player, but steadily become a better student and respectful young man thanks to his incredible coaches and the programs implementation of the C.A.L. program. As for me personally, I have had the Honor of coaching as well as mentoring some young Spartans and I hope I have this opportunity for years to come!! Go Spartans!!

My son played for the Flag team last year and the 9-and-under team this year. We do not have enough great things to say about the program. On the field, the kids learn to be tough, resilient, and are learning the greatest team sport ever. Of the field, the coaches stay involved in the social and academic lives of their players in tremendously positive ways. I would recommend this program to anyone interested in youth football and cheer. I recommend it as a great program for parents to be involved in as well. Working to make it an enjoyable activity for our kids is well worth it!

This is a football organization that was created to teach far more than just football. The founders of the Upper Cape Spartans were coaches who understood that football provides life lessons that are simply unavailable through most other youth sports and activities, and they sought out best practices from across the country to build a great organization for the kids. The Upper Cape Spartans organization was founded on concepts of integrity and the development of leadership and character. This is an organization that respects and recognizes academic accomplishment alongside athletic accomplishment. I wouldnt hesitate to have my child participate in this program.

This program is dedicated to the betterment of our communities youth. The feedback from the parents has been overwhelming with the differences in their children. Our hope is that our participants can become better members of society, be successful, and be leaders to their peers not followers. As we continue to grow and introduce new elements to our development program C.A.L. we will continue to make an impact on our youth. GO SPARTANS!

I have two sons playing football and a daughter cheerleading for Upper Cape Spartans this year. The program focuses on different themes each week during the season, such as 100% effort, teamwork, and leadership. These are incorporated into each practice, and discussed in length on what it means to not only encompass that quality on the field, but also at home, at school, and in the community. The differences I have seen in not only my own children, but other children in the program is outstanding. Thanks Upper Cape Spartans, for helping all us parents raise healthy, happy, caring kids!

My review of the Upper Cape Spartans will be a little bit different than most whereas my 8 year old son played AGAINST the Upper Cape Spartans in the Norton Black Knights inaugural 2014 season. I must say whenever we saw the Upper Cape Spartans play they were beyond professional, prepared, competitive, athletic, and always great sports. That can be attributed to the parents, coaches, and Upper Cape Spartans leadership.I am proud to know of such an organization and look forward to any interactions on or off the field.

To say Im happy being a part of this organization is a huge understatement. Having a cheerleader and a football player I get to see both sides of the program, as do many other families. All of the coaches are extremely dedicated to their athletes. I love that they check in with parents to see how things are going at home, and get feedback from teachers to see how the kids are doing in school. This program is so much more than just football and cheerleading. Weve met so many amazing people, spending so much time together you become more than friends it truly is like a family. The season just ended and we are already anxiously waiting for the next one to begin!

We love The Upper Cape Spartan youth football program. This was my 6 yr.olds first experience playing football. Everyone from the coaches to the families involved are 100% dedicated to these kids. My son learned to be positive, to be a team player, to work hard, to be tough and to never give up. A fantastic program run by incredible people. The AYF model is real football, not like that in other leagues with rules excluding kids from play.

The Upper Cape Spartans are the only American Youth Football & Cheerleading program on Cape Cod. This season has been an excellent experience for my whole family.

Such a wonderful group. They inspire the kids in community service, teamwork, and professionalism.

This program is what other teams should strive to be, and strive to duplicate. I have had a first hand account of how this program shape these young men. After one of the games that my son played in. We walked towards our and car my son made a point to high five each kid from the other team and say to them good job out there. Now to most it doesnt seem like much but a 7 year old who takes it upon himself to show sportsmanship on as well as off the field is a great compliment to this organization and its staff. To see the parents of the opposing team stop with a look of amazement and say to us that is so sweet makes me a proud parent and proud to be part of the USC Organization. Now it didnt stop there. He also played rec soccer this year and what he had learned from UCS trickled over to other sports.

The Upper Cape Spartans is more then just a football organization. They not only teach children how to play football they also teach them leadership, sportsmanship, character, responsibility, accountability, and teamwork. They recogonize each players accomplishments on and off the field with emphasis on academics. When I signed my 6 year old son up for flag football, I had no idea what to expect from this organization but I quickly found out how well it is run! My son started out the season as a very quiet,shy, little boy who was unsure of his ability to play football. As the season continued on the coaches really took the time to teach every child the fundamentals of football in a safe, fun, rewarding enviroment. They made sure all players got equal playing time and rewarded players for their strenghts which encouraged them to do even better! By the end of the season my son not only gained friendships, he gained confidence and, perseverance in himself. He learned that if he gave it his all, worked hard, and never give up it pays off in the end. Now he has the confidence to play tackle next season! Im so please with this organization that I plan to sign my 5 year old daughter up for cheerleading next year. I truly believe they want to give every child the opportunity to shine! This is not just an organization its a family that Im proud to be apart of!
