Clean, friendly community, great place for your grandma

Nice little place. Ive been living here for 4 years, and the biggest problem Ive had are people with bad kids, they break into mail boxes and try to get dogs to bite them so they can get the dog put down. But the manager does what she can to get rid of these people.

Thats where I live and Its the best place to be!

Decent neighborhood houses look decent its a mobile home park.

Looked at a place here with my brother, who is looking for a rental home. HUNDREDS of roaches, dead and alive. An indescribable smell in the house, who can only know what was in it. All this with mostly laminate flooring. I didnt know that laminate would actually absorb a stink. Wow. In all seriousness, I would believe that someone died in the house and wasnt found until the rent was weeks overdue. Sadly, the house and lot looked great from the outside. If only a little more concern was taken with presentation.

To the following post below this one....The park has cleaned up alot of drug dealer and is a nice place to be. To you Ms. Heandon you have no place to say anything because you do not live there and you ralk about drugs and everything else when your just mad because your family is being evicted so i would really learn to shut my mouth

Horrible mangement. The manager of the trailer park acts like a teenager. I advice no one to rent in this place. You will be stalled and watched dailey by the manager. She will also call the police on you for no reason. She will watch your parenting as well. If she does not like something you do, she will throw you out without allowing you to get your things from your own home. She also tends to write about renters on her Facebook. She is very childish. If you get on her bad side good luck living in peace. This is a horrible place to live. The owners should know how bad things have gotten since they made her the manager.

All Im gonna say is, Two trailerpark girls go round the outside....

Loved it so beautiful in Tennessee

I hated this place when lived there. Neighborhood is not kid friendly, this is a lot of drug activities there and the manager knows about it because she does drugs herself. This place is what you call trailer park trash. Anybody can move there, sex a finders, drug dealers, homeless, hood rats, etc. (I give this park 1/2 point)
