Altitude Trampoline Park Marysville

This trampoline Park is so very awesome. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The place itself is very clean and sanitized very often during open hours. It has alot of fun things to do for and with the kids. Prices are very reasonable and they make it easy to keep an eye on your children at all times. If you are just sitting around watching and not partaking in jump, as an adult, I definitely suggest you spend the $5 on the many massage chairs there for 15 minutes. The massage is heavenly!!

Super fun. Was there for a bday party. My kids didnt want to leave! It wasnt too crowded. There was little kids and adults having fun. My only complaint is that it smelled like urine in the foam pit.

This is the best place to take the kids! We love it here! Fun times and have many great memories here. My daughter loves Altitude!

Great location for kids to burn that energy, Lots of space and trampolines also different types and angles for tons of fun, also area to climb and ball pit for added fun.Seeting area is messy and not we setup to watch kids from, could do will raising to same level or even higher to make for a great experience for parents watching also.

Thanks for being open you guys! I took my son and his friend yesterday and you’ve done a amazing job with all the extra cleaning and sanitizing. Definitely up to par with all the covid regulations, I wasn’t worried one bit and we’ll be back soon :)

This place is so fun. My girls love it and spend the entire time jumping, sweating and having a blast. It sure is a nice break from the every day hum drum.

Grands loved it. Expensive. Have to buy their socks to play.

Theyll let you line up, have you step aside and tell you to fill out a waiver. Then get back in line to tell you they are at capacity and have you wait outside. Then, no soap or paper towels in restrooms.Go figure

Fun place for the kids and the adults can relax in massage chairs

Fun place to take the kids to go jump their hearts out. Bathrooms are clean and the place usually smells okay for being full of sweaty kids all day. Average fairly decent pricing for jumping per hour. Good deals with the punch card. All you must do is fill out a waiver online or in the building. Snacks, drinks, socks and hoodies available to purchase.

We went to Altitude Trampoline Park for a birthday party. It was great! All the people that worked at Altitude were very nice and helpful. Set up all the tables for are party and they clean up after, convenient. They also let us stay 30 minutes after are allotted time because it is hard to wrangle up some kids. They gave us more cold water too.

All of the family love this place from 13 to 36....

My granddaughter LOVES this place.

This is really a great place to take kids where they can have a great time. We take our grandsons (3, 5 & 6) during Toddler Time which is 10-2PM on weekdays. Only $6.75 per kid and $3.00 per jumping adult for up to four hours of fun. Try it for a good time for you and the kids.

Always have a good time here, the staff is friendly and its always very clean. Great for parties and even better during school hours if you have young children. They have a designated young childrens area and a big kids area as well. We love coming here.

Nice facility, clean and seems organized. You need to have jump socks or purchase some for $4-5, so be prepared for that. Lots of areas for kids to play. It appears to be snacks only, ie chips etc, and they do have a public drinking fountain. Nice areas for parents to sit and watch.

Great place for your kids, everyone had an amazing time.

The park was clean and nice but we were appalled at the lack of staff on the floor. We were there on a busy Sunday and they had only one staff member watching around 200 kids jumping. The kids mostly followed the rules but there were some very rough interactions that the staff didn’t even notice. Every other trampoline park we have been to had FAR better staffing. Only go if you will be watching your own kids and prepared to intervene when necessary.

Great for birthday parties or letting the kids burn some energy. Pricing is fantastic and the toddler time is perfect before nap time :)

We went for toddler time on a Wednesday and it was great. No one there compared to the busier weekends. Lots of room to jump. I like the rope swing and my 4 year old likes the foam pit.

We had such a blast here! Its the best place to bring your rowdy kids to get rid of their extra energy! Seriously recommend!

Had a lot of fun, watch out for the pipes in the 12 and older section. They do not have foam on them and they hurt when you hit them with your head, ask me how I know

Christmas Eve the hours were advertised as going until 6:00 pm. We arrived half an hour to 4:00 with a car load of teenagers and were informed they would have less than half an hour to use the facilities. However we were still going to be charged for a full hour even after acknowledging that the hours were wrong on the website. Compared to other businesses giving extra special services for Christmas Eve, their service seemed extra terrible.

I spent 90$ for 5 kids and not all attractionsWere open and only 3 others wearing a mask out of the 30 they offered me a punchCard but 4 get the 5th one free but id have to come back to use it dont live in the area how ever my kids needed a break we wont be returning i was never given a receipt

My daughter and I brought my 2 yr old granddaughter today. Its a great place for kids and low price I think. The only reason for the 4 star is this. They said today from 11-2 was designated toddler time. To me that means toddlers only. Well its not. They have open jump every day so there is no such thing as toddler time. Any age can jump during the toddler hours so that part really makes no sense. My granddaughter got knocked down by a kid probably 10yrs old today. I would prefer toddlers time be just that, toddlers only.However, she did have a blast and thats all that matters.

There are honest people out there. Thank you to the person who found my granddaughters coin purse with money in it and turned it in. Would have given 5 stars but you need regular chairs for older people to sit in that dont vibrate .

It was really fun! Be prepared to pay for special socks that ate required in order to jump! Very clean restrooms. And equipment is about as clean as possible considering the amount of contact with jumpers. In my opinion it is on the pricey side at 12 something for a single hour. And all there is to eat available for purchase is candy. Although you can have food delivered. Overall it was a good experience. Be sure not to bring your phone into the foam pit. I temporarily misplaced mine in there was a bit concerning for a good half-hour.

Large space, lots of things for kids to play with. The area for kids under 7 is insanely small. They have a foam pit and ball pit. Unfortunately the employees working in the trampoline area arent paying attention to whats happening around them as they all just huddle together and talk. Play time is very short and overpriced.

Boing boing boing! Great for all ages, its hard not to join the kids during their session tbh. Super comfy for the parents and very accommodating to spend good lengths of time here. Food options are there but there are alternate options just outside.

Kids had fun but its not the best indoor trampoline place around. This location seemed a little dirtier and not as maintained as the other ones weve been too. But kids still had fun.

Son went to a birthday party here and loved it. When you walk in the first thing you see is the trampoline area. Hugh jumping area for the kids and they rope off a small section for the toddlers.

This place is always changing but always expensive unless you Groupon. More foam puts and this cool thing

I have only gone with the kids at hours when it is empty such as 2pm or 7pm on a school day. I understand it can get very busy. When it is less busy its great. lots of trampolines and space for kids to run around and burn off energy. Everytime we go here the kids have a blast and burn off energy. Highly recommend.

The only concern is nothing is clean! The ball pit smells like pee, according to all the kids lol. Theres a greasy film all over everything. They should take better care at cleaning on a regular basis.

We just had a party here and it was excellent! The gal and guy who were our attendants were absolutely amazing, they were great with a bunch of 3 year olds. I will definitely do another partt here, the price and service was amazing.

Great place for kids to jump, but slightly dangerous for the little ones.

Way too many kids allowed at one time, too many birthday parties at the same time, the music was insanely loud and the staff watching the kids jump were all huddled together talking to each other. Positives are that the kids loved to jump but they agreed with our negatives

These guys are awesome they didnt have the hours for day B4 Thanksgiving posted on the website and I didnt realize that they were closed and my son was kind of bummed out but they made it up to him and gave my son free passes and I totally appreciate that. Thanks guys.

I am here currently, I brought my son and his friends here for his birthday an they charged me for2 extra people then I brought an charged me for myself when I am not jumping and I was refused to refund my money that they could only credit me to jump free. the manager was rude about it. I will be looking for somewhere else to take my kids.

Fun place for kids to go. Some of the employees need an attitude adjustment though. We were there yesterday on July 27, 2019 and my seven-year-old was jumping in the seven and below area. There was a group of very extra-large teenagers that came running into that area and started bouncing. The employee that was on the floor was standing right there and said nothing to them. I had to tell them that this was for seven and below. As soon as I got up to follow my son to the next area the employee immediately jumped on me for having shoes on on the mat. I wasn’t on the trampolines I was walking around between the trampoline areas on the Matt. I’ve been coming here for eight months now and have always just kept my shoes on and stayed off of the trampoline mat and walked on the pathway around the trampolines. This time for some reason it’s not allowed. I ended up leaving my seven-year-old with my husband and going and sitting in the car Maybe next time we will go to I have a trampoline place in Bothell.

So we had never been to the trampoline park and we went Sunday I have three kids we signed the waiver forms went to desk to pay the lady asked how long we wanted to jump one hour or two we said one hour my husband stayed with the kids to jump while I ran to the store 30 min had gone by and they were sitting out side the store they said they couldnt jump any more cause they had to clean so they jumped for only 30 min I paid 55.00 for them to jump for 30 min. I called and no one answered the phone so I left a message about maybe getting a credit or something because we paid for an hour . A manager called me back and said sorry they dont do that. I felt like that was really rude no one said anything to us when we paid.

The children playing were courteous to younger kids, the bathroom was clean, they have a great rate for punch cards (4 jumps and 5th is free), and both my kids got super sweaty and stayed active for 2 hours. I am a happy mom.Great venue for parties.

The kids always have a great time and managed to hop about for 2 hours this last time. I thought the facility was pretty clean and seemed well ventilated. Its nice that they have couches for non-jumpers.

Staff incredibly rude. Nobody is watching the kids 90% of the time. The staff is generally hanging around talking with their friends at work instead of preventing kids on areas not allowed. Management seems never to found when you have a problem and unwilling to help if you can find someone. Staff change needed.

Great place for kids to let off steam. Pare nts seem to enjoy also. Good value for money, especially on a rainy day!

My 4 year old had a blast during the toddler time they have Monday they Friday from 10-2. My younger son who is 15 months was free and they didnt charge me. All three of us got in for only 6.50 plus 3 dollar for socks (they require their slip resistance socks). We will be going back often!!!

Extremely poor customer service. Bathroom floors we wet the entire time we were there. Didnt honor their own coupon for the birthday party out friend had.

This place has terrible service. You can be the only one in line for 15 minutes and no one cares to come and take your money. The General Manager doesn’t even acknowledge you and tell you she will be right with you...just keeps on ignoring you. Classy.

Had our sons 7th birthday party there. Staff was great price was decent and the jumping... Oh my gosh the jumping. I definitely got my workout in trying to entertain 10 kids jumping. The facilities were clean, and very presentable looking. We will definitely be back.

Personally did not participate. But if growing yoyngman to take care of I would be right up there...My son on the other hand has had a blast his first two times along w his two other friends that actually invited us. All three boys have disabilities or in the autism spectrum. But stop them it does not. !!All around great time.....And will be back for many more visits.

Had my kids 6th bday party there and they were great

So i use to love this place, I even had my sons 5th birthday party there. We use to come atleast once a week at toddler Time, I always would arrive around 1:30 and toddler time is over at 2, I was told as long as you arrive before 2 its fine, they can still get the whole hour. I guess they change the rules and never informed anyone of this new policy, now you have to be there before 1pm to get the full hour of toddler Time. Well I only had 8 dollars with me. I figured they would honor it for me this one last time since I been coming here atleast once a week and never once ran into this issue until now, nope she refused and I had to break my sons heart because I didnt have the other 5 bucks to let him jump and by the time I was done talking with management it was almost 2pm and I couldnt even let him play for the 30 min he had left. I am very upset about this. If they cared at all about the kids they would have let him jump for his whole hour :(
