Worst streets ever. So many pot holes.

Roads are awful. Are these pot holes or speed bumps?

Have been unable to use water, bathrooms or bathe for 7 days??? Multiple calls made to on-site manager, if there is still one, corporate office, information number with no call backs. For plumbing issues, you have to go through office??? Have called Wood County Human Services, Dept of Aging, Marshfield Utilities, and Disability Rights. They advised me to call Mayors office. Wish me luck! Very bad rep as far as service providers go. Many have cut ties with them and wont even come out! Also had to replace both tie rods which Im sure was caused by the roads here! Five managers since I moved in a year ago!!! Need to hire a manager who is in the office during work hours. Only time anyone goes to the office is to collect rent of course!Love my home... management or lack of sucks!!!!

Much management turnover with no maintenance person. Any concerns fall on deaf ears as there no longer is an office to take problems to and actually talk to anyone in person. Phone calls are met with a voice mail. Very little road repairs that last more than one rain storm. All this being said, they keep raising rent and want their money on time.

Family and friends have resided here. I must say that in comparison to other local options it is the better choice. However I think some road work could be appreciated by all! Use caution on the S. end.

Well because they dont fix their driveways they have terrible management that dont help people or get them to mow their lawns on the plate is completely a disaster it looks like some of the places are straight out of the ghetto

Roads are terrible..if mgmts around???, they arent on top of things and park is filthy around many of the MHs. .this place really needs some attention and upgrading !

Unfortunately this park is one of the least maintained, least cared for places Ive seen to date. Unfriendly manager. Uncaring tenants. Way too many sex offenders and drug dealers. Complaints over nonsense. Nevertheless it has a small society within the park, a small community, park for the children, quiet, mostly safe, neighborhood thats easy to stay out of trouble in.

They need to fix the drives going in and out their a lier on the cars
