Great place for events. We did craft night tonight.

The Chestnut Center is an outstanding asset to the Marshfield community in every way. Theyve done a fantastic job of turning this old church into a multi-use space to promote and support local arts and artists. I love coming here for the Downtown Friday Nights concert series, which features local and regional music of all genres. Central Wisconsins longest running DIY music festival, Dangerfest, also has their home here. If youre a fan of the arts, youll be a fan of this place.

Live music every Friday night across the street at the new Family Plaza is fantastic! Rain brings the music indoors at the Center. Juried shows, classes, and a fantastic vibe all await you from the moment you extricate yourself from your vehicle! The walk to the front door includes a PVC and flip-flop percussion instrument, a classic Grecian head with a plant growing out (rather than hair) and many other sculptural gems hidden amongst the annuals and perennials.Go for the gardens, stay for the spirit of acceptance and gratitude towards beauty.

The world needs more places like the Chestnut that provide spaces to hold all ages music events.

Went here to see a band. Band was great! But they need to learn how to keep beer cold!

Great venue for all things art. From gallery openings, to art classes. Full summer events. Art camp,concerts,Also great for weddings, family reunions,. Quarterly High Teas..list is endless. A true gem in Marshfield!

I am very grateful Chestnut Center for the Arts exists. I enjoy going to the live music they have and seeing the art gallery.

Chestnut Center for the Arts is housed in an incredible older church. The performance hall has some of the best acoustics in the area. Thw gallery could be expanded. And, there are areas of the building needing somw TLC. That said, I am biased on this one. My studio is here and I am a board member. CCA is a dream in progress. It has a solid foundation, but we need to get the community more engaged in the arts.

No air conditioning at the event I went to. It was hot.

Loved the concert with Alaska String Band but facility was so cold had to wear mittens throughout the night.

Attended a performance that was not well promoted 10 persons in a auditorium tat could hold a hundred what a shame.

Great place for any event.
